A great location for our visit to Davidson College this past weekend! Highly recommend for Alumni or groups of friends needing more space for a weekend stay than what might be offered through local hotels. Walking distance from everything you would need in the Town of Davidson and walking distance to campus. Will note that Twin Beds listed in the listing for us were Air Mattresses, which worked for our group (total 7 travelers) but did confuse us as we assumed they were physical beds. All in all, a great visit and great space! Thank you Rob!

It was an ideal location for us, just a few minutes away from our son and his family. Being close to down town was an extra plus. It was a great place to “crash” after a busy day with family.

The house is in a wonderful location. It is walkable to downtown Davidson, which has lots of shopping and places to eat. It was easy to get to Huntersville and Mooresville where we have family. Rob was very easy to contact for any questions we had. Our dog loved the backyard and walks to the park. We would definitely stay here again

A wonderful property! We found the home to be well supplied with all that makes it a home away from home. Immaculately clean and well maintained it made provided a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is charming and made for interesting strolls. One can talk longer walks to the Main Street with its interesting shops and restaurants as well as to the beautiful campus of Davidson College. Rob is a excellent host, conveying important information in a timely manner and responding quickly to any questions/comments. Highly recommend a stay here if your travels take you to Davidson, NC.

Fantastic visit to the Davidson area. House is walking distance to the cute town center and all of its amenities. So many parks and green space to explore in addition to the shops and restaurants of the town. House is very dog-friendly, and we particularly liked the fenced in yard where they could roam around freely. House was clean and well-maintained. Cute park right around the corner where we walked the dogs. Host is very responsive and friendly. We will be back.
