The dwelling is divided between a comfortable LIVING ROOM facing west, with Wi-Fi, Smart TV with cable channels, with direct access to the terrace and garden view, and a DINING ROOM with a dining table for 6 people facing east, perfect for family meals.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cooker and oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

REST HOURS: Respect silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

CAPACITY: Maximum of 6 guests (including children).

GROUP PROFILE: Groups under 25 years old are not admitted.

ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed.

EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.

FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (avoiding extra cleaning fees).

Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of stay without refund.

SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (300€) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests aged 16 and over.
