SALON sehr gerĂ€umig und mit neuen Möbeln, Schlafsofa aus schwarzem Leder, 49-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher, Internet- und Satellitenfernsehen, großem Tisch und Beistelltisch. Beheizte, spektakulĂ€re Aussicht auf das Meer und die öffentlichen Bereiche, sehr ruhige Nachmittagssonne, Ideal fĂŒr Familien.

KÜCHE voll ausgestattet, Toaster, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Wasserkocher, etc ...

Die URBANISIERUNG wurde 24 Stunden lang mit Sicherheitskameras und einem Concierge ĂŒberwacht. Es gab zwei Swimmingpools, einen sehr großen und einen fĂŒr die Kleinen, Rettungsschwimmer in der Sommersaison, einen großen Garten zum Sonnenbaden, Ballspielen und direkten Zugang zu Promenade aus der gleichen Urbanisation, hat auch ein Bar-Restaurant, wo wir essen und einen Snack haben können.

200 METER HABEN WIR PUERTO MARINA, wo wir Bootsfahrten unternehmen, Wassersport betreiben, einkaufen gehen können, da es viele BekleidungsgeschÀfte, Souvenirs, Supermarkt, SEA LIFE, Meeresaquarium usw. gibt.

MALAPESQUERA BEACH, nur 60 Meter entfernt, haben wir einige der besten StrĂ€nde in BenalmĂĄdena Costa, mit feinem Sand, es ist nicht tief, es ist ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern, StrandwĂ€chter, Zugang fĂŒr Behinderte, es gibt zwei Beach Boley Kurse und einen anderen Fußball und Eine großartige Promenade, an der wir auch SouvenirlĂ€den, Eisdielen, Restaurants, Bars und Chirinquitos finden, die sich ideal fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge von Torremolinos nach Torrequebrada eignen.

Very well equipped property, clean and inviting, super air con. Great location, very short walk to beach, marina, shops, restaurants and lots in local area we didn’t have time to explore as was just a short stay.Super Sergio, our host, was available at all times and within person in 5 mins. Doesn’t speak English but has a great app for translation, genuinely felt he could advise/help with everything

Excellent stay

We stayed here for a week. The whole experience was excellent. Sergio was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay - he even went the extra mile and helped store our bags on the last day as our flight was late. Would definitely recommend this very clean and comfortable accommodation - we will be back next year for sure!

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We found the apartment to be immaculate and really well equipped. Location was fantastic, 5 mins from the beach, marina and night life. The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful and gave us lots of information on local places to visit and amenities. Overall a fantastic stay would definitely stay at this apartment again.

We have family in the area and visited over Christmas. The apartment is the nicest we have rented in about 20 visits to Benelmadena. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely rent here again.

Great apartment

Sergio is a wonderful host, he allowed us to drop our bags early whilst he cleaned the apartment to an excellent standard. On our return later he took us through all the details of the tv and other stuff in the flat. He also Whats app details of local restaurants and bus services and other details of the resort. I would recommend this apartment, it is large and very well maintained and comfortable

From making the booking until giving keys back Sergio was amazing

 when arrived at apartment earlier than checking in time Sergio was there to meet us to let us leave our luggage in apartment whilst he cleaned it to a high standard even putting a few cold beers in the fridge

Location, Location, Location!

Firstly, Sergio Thank You - for our transfers to and from Malaga and being such a great host. The condo is as you see it in the pics, comfortable bed and fully equipped. The location is fantastic, you are close to bus stops for each direction, groceries across the street, Tobacco shop for bus pass attached to the building and convenience store and Pub also on ground floor of building. It was lovely to be sitting on the balcony in full sun - we had friends staying close by who had no sun, so this is another HUGE plus for this location. We felt safe here throughout our month long stay. Would recommend this location, condo and Sergio, who kept in contact with us throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. Easy walk up and down hill to Marina, Beach and Shops, as well as Pubs and Restaurants along the main road. From this location, it is an easy walk to The Carvery, Plaza Ole and Buddy's Bar, the Paseo along the beach and the London Cafe on the main road for great tapas and prices. (2Euro Beer, wine, tapas) Lots to do and see!!

Diana 1 Apartment

The apartment was nice, with pool view, & views of sea looking down to marina, & mountains behind. The marina & promenade were a 5 min walk away, with all the shops, bars, & restaurants. From the marina you can walk along the promenade to La Carihuela & Torremollinos, which made the apartment an ideal base & centrally located. There are plenty of supermarkets, banks, atm machines in the local vicinity of the apartment, so again ideal location. The apartment had all the necessary amenities needed. The shower was prone to flooding the bathroom if not careful as only had a curtain, not a full glass cubicle, but a quick mop, it dried quickly, & once mastered standing over actual shower drain this was mostly eradicated. It was a shame the swimming pool was not able to be used in the winter months, but that was complex rules, so we made use of the beach & loungers by Aleysa beach most days instead. Overall we had a good holiday, with lovely warm weather, & would return again.

Had a fantastic time in Benalmadena, we stayed 4 days at the apartment. It stated in ad the apartment was about 1-1.5km away from station, we decided to walk to get our bearings also look around the area on the way, taken approx 30 mins but a taxi is recommended if you’ve kids or large luggage if you prefer. Sergio the apartment manager/owner absolutely fantastic bloke communicated with us constantly whenever we spoken, about questions etc, he was always happy to help and a genuinely pleasant cheerful guy. Sergio speaks little English so downloaded google translate & was a godsend, he met us outside apartment (which has 24hr security) and walked us round apartment showed us everything which was just as the ad states. On the 1st floor overlooking the pool was great especially sat on the balcony on a warm eve with a glass of wine. It’s not a huge apartment comfortably suitable for 3-4 folk, has 2 good size bedrooms 1double bed 2 singles. It was very clean throughout up to a high standard with cutlery, crockery, washing machine etc if you need to use them. Very quiet area as the apartment faces the rear from the street we didn’t have any problems sleeping. We stayed at the end of October and was still hot and bustling with life. The accommodation is literally 200 meters away from The Sealife centre, a short walk to the beach and the promenade with the harbour also in short walking distance from apartment. The harbour and surrounding area has restaurants shops and pubs which we loved spending time all lit up at night, but accommodation is not smack on top of them so didn’t disturb us but with plenty to do in surrounding area without the 1km Walk/taxi to the main shopping streets. We loved it here and would consider highly again to staying here I recommend it.

Great stay in this apartment!

My wife and I spent a month in the apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cleaned, it was very functional, we had everything we needed (full size fridge, a stove to cook our meals, a counter top oven, a coffee machine, a toaster,
). The view from the apartment and the balcony is great (You see the beach and the complex pool and many palm trees), the apartment faces west which is great for afternoon cocktail and diner on the balcony. The bedrooms are spacious with good beds, with large closets. The bathroom has a large shower and it includes a washing machine, which is very useful for a long stay. The apartment was quiet, no noise from the street since the apartment is on the side of the internal courtyard where the pool is located. Another very positive thing about the apartment is its location, 2–3 minute walk to go to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo; you cross Avenida Antonio Machado (Boulevard at the corner of the building) and you have a grocery store (Carrefour). The public bus stop is less than a minute away, which is good if you want to use public transportation to go to other towns (Like Malaga, Marbella). You can buy visit tours at Reubens which is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. If you buy a tour (ex. Sevilla, Gibraltar) the tour bus stops at that same public bus stop mentioned above (Very convenient). There are two beach chairs stored in main bedroom closet that we took at the beach. The owner (Sergio), really wants your stay to be great. Before we left home Sergio contacted us to arrange our arrival at the apartment. Our flight was landing in the morning, we were to arrive in Benalmadena before Check-in time, we made arrangements that we could leave him our suitcases at the apartment in the case he was not finished with the cleaning and preparation of the apartment or if he was done, we could get the keys and the apartment earlier (At the end when we got there, he had just finished his work). After Sergio was done with the apartment tour, he showed us around the building where we could find grocery stores, which way to get to the beach, where the garbage containers were located,... One day the coffee machine stopped working, I informed Sergio and the next day he showed at the door with a brand new one. He also checked on us on a regular basis during our stay to see if things were ok or if we needed anything. Thanks, Sergio, for our stay in your apartment, we had a great time!

Vorzeitige 'Flucht' erforderlich - Ersatzunterkunft JSM/Tamarindos Aptos: SEHR GUT

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Aber: Obwohl wir viele Winter Langzeitaufenthalte in Spanien verbracht haben und stets Höchstbewertungen abgeben konnten, ist das dieses Mal absolut nicht der Fall. Den im Winter ĂŒblichen BaulĂ€rm in diesem 13geschossigen Hochhaus tolerierten wir. Doch das zweite Schlafzimmer war nicht nutzbar (laute Musik der Nachbarn ab 24 Uhr(!). Also konnte man nur im Master-Schlafzimmer sowie auf der Wohnzimmer-Couch nĂ€chtigen. Und dann wurde ĂŒber einen lĂ€ngeren Zeitraum hinweg wiederholt Bauschutt (Steine, Wandteile, Glas...) lautstark durch irgendwelche HohlrĂ€ume in den InnenwĂ€nden(!) von einer Totalsanierung/Umbau im 10. Stock zu uns in die Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock herunter"gejagt". Wir hatten Angst, befĂŒrchteten, dieses doch etwas Ă€ltere Hochhaus wĂŒrde ĂŒber uns zusammenbrechen, es hörte sich jedesmal an wie Weltuntergang, und sogar nachts stĂŒrzten Brocken durch die Innenwand ab, sodass auch im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch keine Nachtruhe mehr gefunden werden konnte. Trotz mehrfacher Meldung dieser Störungen an den Vermieter sowie die Hausmeister wurde diese vermutlich verbotene 'Bauschuttentsorgung' fortgesetzt. Dadurch ereignete sich ein Wasserrohrbruch (Fotos, Videos), das Wasser floss an der KĂŒchenaußenwand zum Flur neben der WohnungseingangstĂŒr in Strömen auf den Boden herab, der Wasserschaden in der Wohnung wurde erst spĂ€ter sichtbar. Daraufhin mussten wir fluchtartig diese Ferienwohnung verlassen und uns um einen Ersatz in der Nachbarschaft bemĂŒhen, mit doppeltem Kostenaufwand selbstverstĂ€ndlich. Der Vermieter Sergio nahm am 09.01.2020 die von uns frisch gereinigte Wohnung sowie sĂ€mtliche SchlĂŒssel entgegen und zahlte die Mietkaution zurĂŒck. Doch dann weigerte er sich, auch die zu viel erhaltene Miete fĂŒr 5 Wochen zurĂŒckzuzahlen. Ebenso weigerte er sich, die Wohnung weiter zu vermieten, um den Schaden einzugrenzen. Weshalb wohl? Fachanwalt fĂŒr Reiserecht sowie Verbraucherzentrale werden jetzt nochmals damit befasst. Unsere daraus gezogene Lehre: ZukĂŒnftig bei Langzeitaufenthalt niemals mehr die komplette Miete im Voraus bezahlen, sondern höchstens 4wöchentlich/monatlich! Weitere Anmerkung zur Wohnung im Winter: Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage kann vom Wohnzimmer aus gesteuert werden, dadurch werden beide Schlafzimmer im selben Umfang mit beheizt. Die Schlafzimmer-Heizungen lassen sich nicht abschalten oder individuell regulieren. (Wer's mag...). Wir fanden in unserer großen Not Gott sei Dank ein gutes Ers

Nous avons apprécié le condo trÚs bien meublé et avec un propriétaire toujours accessible à nos besoins. Nous étions prÚs des transports par autobus et aussi prÚs de la plage et les restaurants. On peut recommander ce condo à tout le monde qui voyage.

Brilliant Apartment

La ubicación es fantástica. Cocina bien equipada. Camas cómodas. Limpio. Sergio es un excelente anfitrión y respondió cualquier pregunta rápidamente y nos dio mucha información sobre eventos locales, etc. No puedo recomendar esto más altamente. The location is fantastic. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable. Clean. Sergio is an excellent host and answered any questions quickly and gave lots of information on local events etc. I can’t recommend this highly enough.
