Diese wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2011 gebaut und von einem neuen Besitzer zwischen 2016 aktualisiert. Es liegt im Herzen von Puntas, einen Block vom Sandstrand entfernt. Es gibt einen schönen Pool mit Liegestühlen, einem Pavillon, zwei Bädern, einer Außendusche, einem bewachten Parkplatz abseits der Straße und einem Grill zum Abhängen vor Ort. Es ist auch behindertengerecht.

Das Haus verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, neue Baumwollbettwäsche und -bettwäsche, einen Fernseher, Highspeed-Internet, zwei Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Alle Zimmer haben große, leistungsstarke Klimaanlagen (obwohl Sie mit Meeresbrise und Deckenventilatoren kaum jemals welche brauchen) und hervorragendes WIFI Berichterstattung; Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kochgeschirr und Gewürzen.

Das Haus ist mit originaler und lokaler Kunst dekoriert. und kommt mit Schnorchelausrüstung, Boogie Boards, Pack & Play, Kinderwagen und Hochstuhl kostenlos. Es gibt auch eine vordere Sitzecke mit Adirondack Stühlen und Tisch.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das 2. Schlafzimmer haben ein Queensize-Bett, und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein vollwertiges Bett auf Rädern mit einer Doppelkoje darüber. Es gibt auch einen Futon im Wohnzimmer, der zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten für größere Gruppen bietet, wenn dies vorher vereinbart wurde.

Wenn Sie bereit sind, sich auf den Weg zu machen, sind Sie nur einen Block von Tamboo, der Kitty-Ecke zur Casa Verde und dem Rock Bottom Grill, neben Saltaire (gehobene Küche) und einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Pools Sushi-Bar entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt. Dieses Gerät ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub, einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder einen Surfausflug.

Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr habe ich einen vollen Köcher an High-End-Surfbrettern, die für Gäste verfügbar sind (9'0 Rusty Gun; 9'1 McTavish Nasenreiter; 9'0 Robert August High Performer; 7'4 "Ashton Fun Board; und ein 6'1 "Firewire).

This was one of the best places we have stayed in the Sandy’s area! The condo is so well maintained, clean and quiet. The pool was great! Ines the property manager was super helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. We will hopefully be back sooner than later! Thank you Adam for a wonderful family vacation!

The condo is only a 50 meter walk to the beautiful and uncrowded Sandy Beach. All supplies for cooking at home were provided. The bedrooms where very comfortable and it was easy to get a good night's sleep

Short walk to the beach

Great property a few minutes walk to an amazing beach (Sandy beach) for swimming, shell collecting, surfing and boogie-boarding. We also enjoyed the pool and the grill.

This condo was perfect for our family stay in Sandy Beach. The place was super clean and we loved that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was also very nice to have and the communication with the property manager was easy and helpful. We will rent here again for sure!

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect - just one block from the beach and within 3 blocks or less from a coffee/smoothie shop, a burger/taco shack, several bar/restaurants, and 2 souvenir shops with tshirts and locally made items. The local atmosphere is laidback with a lot of surfers. The beach was large and clean, with large waves, but there is a rip current so caution was necessary when venturing further into the water. The condo was clean, and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, and beach chairs. The pool was directly in front and was lit for night swims. There is a gate mainly to protect the parking, which can fit 2 cars per condo. Ines the property manager was nice and responsive.

We loved it!

This property checked all the boxes for our family’s needs. We were close to the beach, very comfortable in our rooms, they had beach gear available and also surfboards to rent. The property manager was fantastic and gave many recommendations for the area.

Adam's property is one of our favorites to stay at. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sandy Beach! The condo has everything you need...and more. The condo is extremely clean, shower has consiststant hot water, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need, including seasonings you may forget if cooking at home, plenty of cookware and dishes. Ines is a delight and so attentive to every need. Adam and Ines are very easy to communicate with and readily available for any of your needs. My husband and I had another wonderful stay at Adam's property in beautuful Sandy Beach!

Great condo unit in great location

Our family of four (adults) stayed in a two-bedroom condo over Christmas week. Everything about the unit and location were perfect. The condo was furnished exactly as described, the rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival. Plenty of beach equipment was available in our storage locker. We had no issues during our stay. Ines, the property manager was very communicative ahead of our arrival and when we had some basic questions during our stay. She helped us with eating spots, surf lessons, and other recommendations. Our son used the surfboard offered by Adam, the property owner. The location is great, a fun beach bar next door, along with a small market underneath. Access to Sandy beach and Pools beach are a short walk from the condo. Tamboo and Casa Islena, Jacks Shack and Jakes Java all walkable and very good. It is a short drive to other sections of Rincon, surf beaches, snorkeling and downtown.

Great location, awesome apartment

We stayed this past Memorial Day weekend and it was wonderful. First of all, the pictures does not do justice to the apartment. The place is huge and extra clean. Location is superb with two parking spaces, first floor entrance and just one block from the beach and at least 4 places to eat and have fun. Apartment is fully stocked, just bring your clothes and food for the fridge. Linens, towels, beach chairs and coolers are provided. Communication was excellent. Check in flawless and neighbors are polite. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for the wonderful memories

Great location

I booked this for 3 nights on a last minute trip to Rincon and had a great time. Property is in perfect location...the heart of Sandy Beach. The condo was very clean, spacious, all the amenities you would want and best if all, it had HOT water! 😁 check-in was easy and owner/management were attentive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone , whether your a family with kids or a couple.

This was a nice place to stay. Had everything you need. Close to the beach and restaurants. The one restaurant is a little loud at night until around 10:30pm with music depending on if that is your thing. Check in and communication was easy. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

I recently returned from a 4 day/3 night surf trip with my two nephews (18 and 21) to the Rincon/Puntas region and the condo could not have been more perfect. It was super clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need along with great Wi-Fi, safe and amazingly convenient to all of the local surf breaks. They even had surf racks outside for either your boards or theirs (of which they have a great selection for a reasonable fee). The check-in/check-out process was seamless and the property manager Ines was super nice and helpful. In short, this place is exactly as advertised and we all had an amazing time. We will definitely be returning!

Awesome time!

We rented this condo for our vacation and it couldn’t have more wonderful! The kids had such a great time that they now want to move to PR. Condo is located right in front of the pool which was so convenient and close to all the great beaches around Rincon. We will definitely try to rent again next time.

Great location

This is a great place my family and i stay here every year. There is beaches waking distance for my husband and i to swim and my daughters (25 and 20) to surf. You don’t need a car there is good places to eat . The apartment is always super clean and the manager is always there for you.

My family and i love the condo. We spend two weeks and didn’t want to go back home. We had so much the place was spotless have everything you need. The location is perfect the beach is a block away restaurants are walking distances. Adam ( the owner) always response to us immediately and was so much helpful. My daughters surf and this place is walking distance to the best surfing spots. We will be back for sure.
