All villas have a kitchen, air conditioning, terrace with hammock, outdoor barbecue. For common use we have an ecological salt swimming pool with heated jacuzzi, games room, massage room, large barbecue area, heliport, restaurant, large terrace, relaxation area with place for meditation. Electricity is produced partially with photovoltaic panels, and with wind turbines due to the constant presence of the wind. All this to minimize the use of electricity by the private supply company. Furthermore, we are the only ones to guarantee the constant supply of purified water in the villas, extracting it from the ground.
