Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung im ersten Stock in idealer Lage in diesem begehrten Komplex. Das Apartment liegt zentral auf dem Komplex und profitiert von der Sonne am Morgen bis zum Nachmittag und dem kühlen Schatten am späten Nachmittag. Der möblierte große private Balkon ermöglicht ein komfortables Essen im Freien und einen erweiterten Wohnbereich mit Grill und Sonnenterrasse mit 2 Liegestühlen. Der Komplex profitiert von 2 großen Schwimmbädern, die leicht zugänglich sind

Das Apartment verfügt über einen geräumigen, offenen Loungebereich mit einem internetbasierten TV-System (mit britischen Kanälen), einer intelligenten Droidenbox, die Ihnen britisches Fernsehen sowie aktuelle Filme und 7-Tage-Wiedergabe, privates, superschnelles WLAN, Flachbildfernseher und DVD bietet Player und Hifi-System, ein großer Sitzbereich mit zwei großen Sofas, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und Küche mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Mikrowelle. Schlafzimmer 1 ist mit zwei Einzelbetten, voll ausgestatteten Kleiderschränken mit integriertem Waschtisch und unabhängiger Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

From booking to arrival great communication from Stephen & Beverly, taxi was booked by them & was waiting despite flight & luggage delay, apartment was as described , everything was clean & all we needed was there, complex clean , pool was lovely ( mostly only us ), central to exploring the Island Overall a relaxed experience, getting ready to book for next year

Nice clean spacious apartment.

Working and cold airconditioning in our rooms and the place was clean. Definitely a good place to stay. Just some minor inconveniences like not having cold water at some times. And also for the first time it is a little difficult to find. But overall it's a very nice place and excellent communication.

With regards to the cold water we have just been notified by our guests who are in there now and have a plumber on their way as we think there is a leak. Hence the cold water being a bit warm. Our stay in this property

Property very clean, but there was no extra set of bedding or towels for us to change. We prefer to do our own cooking but the 3 pans were not very big and there was no lids to these, also a roasting dish for the oven would have been handy. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we had to cut short our viisit by 11 days due to the corona virus.

Winter Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your property. The apartment was very clean & comfortable albeit we would have preferred a king size bed. In places the apartments internal walls were looking ' very tired' & need to be repainted. The general external condition of the Abitare Apartments (walls, stairways, road etc) was very poor & in desperate need of a total makeover/ refurbishment. However, this did not detract from us having a very enjoyable stay in your property.

The complex will be getting painted this year as this is down to management and not us unfortunately. A sparkling clean apartment

As soon as we opened the door we were met with the welcoming scent of a freshly polished apartment. I've stayed in more modern apartments than this that we're not nearly as clean as this was. It was impressive! The location is fantastic if you want to get around. We had a car and it was no more than 10mins to the harbour. If you choose to stay on the complex there are two decent sized pools that are clean and refreshing. There aren't many sunbeds but we spent most of the time in the water so it wasn't a big deal. In the evening there's a lovely big balcony to sit on when it's cooler. I'd definitely stay here again! And the management are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Lovely break

My husband and I wanted a week chill break We love Cyprus and decided on this property to rent for a week Communication from the owners were excellent from the very start When we found our feet the location was very good, we special loved Pambis restaurant food is amazing and staff very friendly The outside seating area for the property is excellent and very comfortable for shade as well as sun. The apartment had everything you need but TBH getting very tired and some of the items were very worn and do need replacing especially the pillows on the bed they are very stained. We did need assistance with the air-con in one room and Max sorted this for us and we were informed they were due for a service. The air-con was a very big plus and the faulty one never spoilt our comfort We had a late flight home and we were able to keep the apartment untill we were ready to leave, this was very much appreciated. The Poole was lovely and clean and never very busy We really enjoyed staying at this apartment and would recommend ... 5 stars would be given if the items in the property were in better condition

This is to second time that we have stayed at this apartment. We had a number of 'niggling' issues which were dealt with promptly by the owners. Unfortunately, we initially tried contacting the property manager regarding the 'niggling' issues, telephoning them on numerous occasions but they never 'picked up'. Fortunately, these issues were not major but if they had of been it could have been a real problem. I think it would be very useful for guests if the 'apartment details' included the emergency services number along with a recommended GP & Dentist contact details. We found that the double bed became very uncomfortable by the end of our stay (4 weeks) & would suggest that this be changed for more substantial / thicker mattress. However, even in view of the above we had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment which catered for all of our needs MR A M PIKE.

Kato Pathos is a lovely safe place to stay

The apartment was well equipped clean and tidy. I would say it needs updating. It’s quite tired looking. The blinds on the lounge window are broken There’s no kitchen blind at all meaning that people on the balcony in the other building can see straight in. Personally I didn’t like the area that the apartment is located in and it’s a good 25 minute walk to the beach, which wasn’t a problem for us but would be if you had children. The swimming pool was closed due to a leak but to be fair, we were advised of that a few days before travelling and given the option to cancel for a full refund. On the plus side, whilst there were a couple of issues, the property manager dealt with them swiftly and attended the property to rectify things. Tomas was really lovely spoke perfect English and was very friendly. There are a couple of supermarkets within a 10 minute walk and a beautiful restaurant too. Kato Pathos is lovely, beautiful warm sea lots of bars and restaurants you feel safe and it’s so clean.

Exactly as described

Firstly, many thanks to Beverley who answered all of our questions so promptly, from our first enquiry, to little questions when we were at the property. There is also a local contact, Max, who proactively contacted us to introduce himself and to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was immaculately clean and is exactly as shown in the photos (apart from there is actually a new washing machine which was great, we took only hand luggage for the week as we knew that we could wash halfway through the holiday). The kitchen has a proper fridge/freezer which was a bonus, as normally I find only a fridge with ice box which is no good for keeping ice creams etc. properly frozen. The pool was too cold to use in mid Feb, but it was clean and there are sun loungers there to use. We actually swam in the sea as it was surprisingly warm and my daughter had a great time. We had a hire car, but even so, we walked from the apartment into Paphos old town and harbour area a couple of times, and the beaches just south of Paphos. Probably about 20 mins to the town and 15 to the beach. I use Homeaway a lot and always have confidence booking a property that has plenty of positive feedback and I certainly wasn't let down this time. Gute Unterkunft für den Preis

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Und für den Preis total angemessen. 10 min zum Strand wie angegeben sind etwas wenig, wir sind gut zu Fuß und haben 30 min gebraucht. Aber mit einem Mietwagen ist das vollkommen okay weil man überall umsonst oder für 1€ für 4 Stunden parken kann.

Price performance was okay

We chose this accommodation because the beach could be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The distance to the beach is not within 10 minutes walk to reach rather 30 minutes at least. Everything else was as described. Sofa and mattresses were worn, but due to the price for the apartment still okay. Thanks

Hi, Just to confirm the beach is with in 10-15 minutes walk of the apartment. Obviously this does depend on how fast you walk and also what part of the beech you go to. The mattresses are not warn as one of them was replaced just over a year ago and these are checked regularly. So if they are worn we can replace them. The sofas are not worn either. These are fine too. They are not collapsed and are perfectly fine. I do disagree with the review and the amount of stars you have given the apartment.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts wunderbar beherbergt. Die Nähe zum Hafen von Paphos war klasse, allerdings stimmen die angegebenen 10 Minuten Fussweg nicht. Mit dem Auto waren es allerdings nur 5 Minuten. Zypern lohnt absolut eine Reise; es gibt unglaublich viel zu sehen. Mal abgesehen von dem tollen Klima und dem sehr sauberem, klarem Meer. Wir waren sehr gern hier

Schönes ruhiges Appartement mit Nähe zim Pool. Der Fußweg zum Strand ist ca. eine 1/2-Stunde entfernt. Für Unternehmungen in die Region und Selbstversorger ist die Lage ideal. Wir können das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen.

Great apartment for family vacations in Paphos

The apartment is spacious and nice and offers a wide balcony, which we used a lot. You can find two large pools in the complex and the complex is planted beautifully with citrus plants, plane trees etc. The surrounding area is nice and there are four mini-markets in walking distance. The apartment is well equipped, we found everything we needed. Yet there was a problem with the Vacuum Cleaner, an older model which produced a short circuit (in our last days there so we didn’t expect an immediate solution). After that we cleaned with the brush. We let Max, the property manager know about it, who told us the VC will be checked and probably even be exchanged. We had a car during our stay which was comfortable for grocery shoppings as well as trips to the beaches or other tours. But it‘s for sure possible to stay there without a car as there are a lot of busstops nearby and you could also walk. Communications with the owners as well as with their property manager in Paphos was great: email-responses mostly came within minutes. They were friendly and very accomodating. We received all information we could possibly need.

Apartament z mankamentami.

Apartament ogólnie OK .Ale! Ciepła woda w wannie i/pod prysznicem nie leciała ,była tylko zimna .Poinformowano gestora o problemie, niestety przez 9 dni do wyjazdu bez efektu.. Do plaży autobusem 12 min. na piechotę odpowiednio dłużej.

Disappointed

Long wait 3 years to get to this holiday as operation & covid years, very disappointed, place was shabby on entrance then when we entered it was disappointing to say the least, very outdated needs up date everywhere dirty not been cleaned properly, had to actually clean toilet before we used it as pee was all over it. Shower taps not good very hard to turn off, white shabby plastic curtain needs replacing. Awful towels thread bere, double bed not a proper size more like a kids bed, not enough room in it.my husband had to sleep in the other room, mattress are awful, bedding needs replacing was awful. The balcony had 2 plastic sunbeds they was bulky so no way carrying them down to the pool every day 2 flights of stairs as there was no sunbeds you can use as all had numbers on for others apartments, or damaged, one of the pools was ok but other needs sorting, toilets & showers dont work at pools either. To top it off we went out for meal on our way back in the evening my husband tripped over curb stone landed face down cutting his knee & shin both elbows, toe as metal rods sticking out of ground but you cant see as no light near them. Due to this the rest of the holiday was ruined. Overall the apartment needs a total makeover

Hi, I am disappointed to be reading this. There was no problem with the apartment being dirty and no issue with the apartment at all. You never once complained to myself or our management company. Our management company have never once left the apartment dirty in anyway. We get reports before and after a guest has stayed. We are also notified of any issues with anything in the apartment, which there was none as if there was we work quickly to get this resolved. With regards to your husband falling over this is nothing to do with us and feel you have left us a bad review because of your husband falling over. This is not our fault your husband tripped over. We as owners go out to the apartment every year to check what needs doing in the apartment. And then do them while we are out there. We have not long come back from doing so. Therefore find your comment not reasonable. We are also notified by the management company if anything needs doing at every departure report after each guest. The sun beds are for the balcony of our apartment, but do say you can take them down if you would like to. They are to be kept on the apartment balcony. With regards to the double bed, it is a double bed and big enough for 2 people. Myself and my husband have slept in the bed ourselves when we are over there and he’s 6”4 and has room. The mattress is not that old as we have had that replaced. Our management company keep our apartments clean to a very high standard and have not had a bad word said about them as they are very passionate about there cleaning. Had you actually had any problems or issues with anything you had our details to contact myself or Max and you did not. You were there for 2 weeks and had many opportunities to make contact with us. You had access to WIFI should you of wanted to email us. But you did not. Therefore I feel you are being unfair by leaving this review. As we would have sorted any issues you had notified me off straight away. I am contacting the site to see if we can have this review removed and change our rating to you as this is not a true reflection of us and us as a business. I’m sure we are not the first you have done this too.

Such experience for the first time

We spend a month in this apartment. Unfortunately we had not so pleasant experience there. On our arrival there was no electricity, the manager did not visit us to check the problem, all we got was polite discussions with owners and property manager about and around this incomprehensible problem (as they said) by phone and chat. Altogether we had to spend 20 hours without electricity, 4 days without hot water (and without presence of responsible person), as it turned out that the problem is old water heating element that knocked out electricity. Finally that was replaced in 3 minutes. Please note that in situation like this you cannot expect a money refund or compensation, or temporary replacement in other apartment or hotel. We believe that real estate cannot be managed in this way. As you can read in previous reviews, there is still no pan in the oven, kitchen window have no curtains, the kitchen pots and pans are small, used up and without lids, knifes are not sharpened at all, wall paint in the apartment is very outdated. We noticed some dirty blankets and curtains in bedroom. On arrival you are kindly asked to respect the housekeeper and wash dishes and get rid of trash after yourself (which is normal, of course) but there were no hand soap, no liquid for dish washing and no trash bags in the apartment. We failed to turn on the air conditioner for heating in living room and the electric heater was able to work only on 30%. Take in mind that during winter it is not hot outside anymore. The apartment is spacious, in quiet neighborhood, with good Wi-Fi, comfortable balcony and seating area, car parking as well, but somehow we were left with a feeling we are not welcome. For the first time in our long travel experience.

We spend a month in this apartment. As soon as the problem was brought to our attention we sent our management company out to you for 2 hours so i’m not sure how you can say no one visited you! After you being in the apartment for a day you stated you would like to leave the apartment due to no Electricity and we said to you we understood and we would refund you when you have left the apartment and we have completed a checkout check of the apartment. You said you would find alternative Accommodation. We gave you until 6pm on the Monday to vacate the apartment. Then we would do the check, then refund you. This is in all our messages to you. Then on the Monday you told me when the Electrician was there. When he fixed the problem i asked you if you still intended to leave that evening and you replied you are happy to stay! The paint in the apartment is basic Magnolia. You were asked on booking if you would like a welcome pack which does contain some of these items but you did not ask for one. This apartment is Self catering and you would also need to buy some of these products. You never made us aware of this or we could have taken a look, and sorted any problems. somehow we were left with a feeling we are not welcome. For the first time in our long travel experience. This is probably because of the way you spoke to us and our property manager. You were rude and not very understanding of how things go wrong. Because of the way you were and threatening we would not rent to you again.

An okay place to stay

This apartment is okay for location wise not views, It's walking distance to Paphos bars and restaurants, 20 to 25mins walk to the beach, The apartment itself is okay there was no Barbecue on the balcony as there should have been, no grill pan in the oven, no blind up to kitchen window which doesn't sound to bad, but there's a balcony right facing it who can see right down the hall seeing anyone walking out of the bathroom and bedroom so gotta make sure you've got something on. We have stayed on the Universal Area once before so should have known most places don't have good views in this area, I would recommend if its views you're after staying somewhere down by the front or higher up like Tala or Peyia
