Urlaubsfeeling

Wir haben eine sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden mit beheiztem Pool fĂŒr Volleyballfreaks (am Netz 2,10 m tief!!) und Zugang zum Kanal. Alles bestens. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Jack, der jederzeit hilfsbereit und verfĂŒgbar war und uns wertvolle Tipps auch fĂŒr die Freizeitgestaltung gegeben hat. Danke Jack!!! Ein bisschen spĂ€rlich fanden wir die Geschirrauswahl in der KĂŒche, sonst gab es nur Positives! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfect weekend getaway!

My mom and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The place was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, not very far from some great beaches. The pool was wonderful and warm! Lonny was very helpful and responsive to anything that we needed. We had a great stay! It was a perfect place for the 2 of us!

Good location for us. Somewhat disappointed in the lack of utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Had some bugs in the house, spiders, silverfish and something we could not see biting us.

Excellent location and relaxing outdoor area

We were very pleased that the unit was so close to the Cape Coral city center and walking distance to restaurants, coffee, parks and much more. Really enjoyed the lovely pool and sitting outside by the canal. The duplex was plenty big for me and my husband.

Great service and location to the beach

The property managers Samantha and John were awesome. The convenience to the beach, stores, the airport, the highway were fantastic. The property itself included everything you could possibly want, it was clean and organized. We loved the private pool (shared with unit next door). The home is located immediately next to a street that can get very loud (especially with passersby jamming to loud music and pickup trucks driving at crazy speeds). The police really need to put speed bumps on the road and monitor the area. Overall, if you want a convenient place to stay that is well managed and aren't worried about noise/children running near a road, it is a great option.

Very clean centrally located property.

The property was very clean, and it had comfortable beds and a nice pool! It is located in a convenient location in the middle of all the different Fort Myers attractions. We had a small issue figuring out check-in in the dark but the owner was very nice and responsive!

The property was very nice. Had a nice time. The only issue was an ant problem in the kitchen. I bought and put out ant traps. Other than that had an excellent time. Would rent again and would recommend.

It was good

It was a good location for what we wanted. We did not use the pool, the only warm enough day was spent at the beach and Lover’s Key State Park. But the pool was clean. We had an ant problem which is common in FL, but Lonny got right on it and took care of the issue. The place is small, but we spent most of our time out and about so it didn’t matter to us. The bed was a little soft but perfectly comfortable, and I’m picky, I usually like a firm mattress.

There are better VRBO options

I wouldn’t return, and I do not recommend. On the positive side, the pool was warm and nice. The outdoor areas are great. The inside was average. On the negative end, it’s beside a busy road. There was traffic noise throughout the day and night. We walked around the neighborhood a couple times and didn’t feel safe. There were ants and ant traps throughout the house. We were also frustrated about their guest policy. The contract states an additional $30 per day per guest. We had two friends passing through town staying with us 3 of the 7 nights. We were were happy to pay the additional $60 for the three days they were there, but the owner demanded we pay the additional fee for all 7 nights without flexibility or understanding. I wouldn’t recommend based on the traffic, neighborhood, and lack of customer service. It is a below average VRBO, and you can find better places to stay for less money.

Outside amenities were nice and pool was nice and clean. The inside was cramped. Small kitchen and living room. Only had 5 channels on the TV. Close to restaurants and stores.

Disappointed

The place is nice but the sheets were soiled on the pull out bed, so my 13-year-old niece had to sleep on top of the couch cushions with just a blanket the first evening. There were ants everywhere in the house. The TV was very inadequate (only three channels to watch).And lastly the tennants next door the last three days consumed the pool day and night were quite loud not allowing us to enjoy the pool as well, you should have rules. I am a Business owner and I do not believe I recieved the value that I paid for or expeced.

Relax Recharge Enjoy!

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything in Cape Coral including the amazing Yacht Club that has a beautiful beach and play area for kids. Also near great dining, micro breweries, markets, bike paths, etc!! We loved the house,large master with private bathroom and the gorgeous, large pool that was the perfect temp. Laying in the sun near the canal was so relaxing! Thanks for the wonderful vacation myself & family!

Features Southern Exposure, Gulf Access canal, private dock, 32 ' x 14 ' heated salt water pool and wireless internet. Fun and entertainment in every direction. Fish right from our dock or pier fish at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. If you are a beach Bum the Yacht Club offers a white sand beach and a pool just a few blocks away or head to Fort Meyers Beach and get in on one of the many activities like volley ball.
