A week in York visiting newborn family
Strait forward instructions given for gaining access to the property, although it was tricky to find the the entry route at times of heavy traffic. We became expect with time.
Loved the welcomers hamper and thoughtful provision of small items often forgotten.eg.dishwasher tablet.Also enjoyed selection of cookbooks.

Would be useful to illustrate on the notice board as to the necessity of placing this at the street entrance.
The door handle on the downstairs loo was a safety hazard in an emergency situation as this came off completely and could cause panic in a child or older visitor.
Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our short break in York and apologies again as our hasty departure scrambled the location for the key on exit. My fault entirely
