* **Kitchen & Dining:** Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including modern stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils, whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just need to prepare a quick meal.

Shared access includes the large, fenced backyard and the in-building laundry facilities. A private garage with space for one car is included for your exclusive use.
