Geräumige und moderne 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer Wohnung gestylt. Lizenzierte und der lokalen Behörden genehmigt (Lizenz-Nr 18215 / AL) Voll. Im Jahr 2014 renoviert, mit neuen Möbeln und renovierten Badezimmern, befindet sich unser klimatisiertes 2-Zimmer-Apartment für Selbstversorger in günstiger Lage, nur 15 Gehminuten vom berühmten Hafenviertel von Vilamoura entfernt. Lokale zur Wohnung gibt viele Geschäfte Bars und Restaurants, mit dem Pinhal Golfplatz nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt auch die Vilamoura Tennis Academy Steinwurf entfernt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, der fähig ist als 4 Einzel konfiguriert ist, 2 Doppelzimmer oder in einer Kombination von unserem Apartment-Manager bei Bedarf, 1 Dusche und 1 Bad und eine große Wohn / Esszimmer, Küche und Balkon. Im Preis inbegriffen ist gratis WiFi-Internetzugang und ein internationales Kabel-TV-Paket. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock wird von zwei Personenaufzüge serviert. Babybett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Wöchentliche Reinigung, Strom, Wasser und WiFi-Internetkosten sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das verwaltete Wohnanlage verfügt über Gemeinschaftsgärten und Pool mit einem großen Grillplatz und Parkplatz. Gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen einzigen Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Marina ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt über flachem Boden, mit Tivoli Strand 20 Minuten zu Fuß und Faleisia Strand 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren.

Lovely and spacious apartment with pool facilities. In a quiet area making for a very peaceful stay. A little far to walk to the Marina or town but not impossible, hence the slightly lower review but all in all a great place to stay!

Very nice, great location slap bang in the middle of 4 golf courses. 1 mile walk to marina (safe) or €4 in a taxi. some nice small restaraunts very close and right next to a supermarket and laundry.

Great 2 bed apartment

We have just spent 2 weeks in Stephen’s apartment. We had a great time. 15-20 minute walk to the harbour…we loved walking down for breakfast when it is a lot quieter. 5-10 minute drive to beaches. A couple of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket that was well priced. It was spotlessly clean and the two bathrooms and air-con were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Bright and airy

We stayed in Steve's apartment for 10 days and found it to be spotlessly clean, bright modern airy and just what we were looking for. It was a lovely apartment to relax in and sit on the balcony with our obligatory glass of wine. The grounds and swimming pool were well maintained and we used the pool are each day of our stay. Would highly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic find!

We booked this property as my son was taking part in a sailing event but we didn’t want the hustle and bustle of the marina and what a perfect find it was! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The location was perfect with some good local restaurants nearby which were reasonably priced. Communication with Stephen was fantastic and he answered any questions we had quickly. We would love to return and see more of Portugal!

Nice trip to Algarve !

Nice appartement, very spacious and quite well equipped. From my view, one Hoover, one hair dryer and one Sun umbrella would be a great + 😉 Easy to Park in front of the appartment. Not far away from Vilamoura very chic Marina ! Just one point : the swimming pool you Can see from the balcony is not accessible. There is another one just behind. Overall, very nice Time here during 10 days.

Nice apartment

Nice basic apartment close to local amenities. Great shower, great Wi-Fi, beds comfy, English TV rubbish but we didn’t need it anyway. Shower cubicle door doesn’t shut but we had the extra bathroom so not an issue. Pool area ok as not busy. Would recommend this place as it’s got everything needed and at a good price.

Lovely big apartment

Located near to the old village of Quateria, not far from the Marina or the beach although we did travel by Uber to both but only around 4€. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovely and spacious, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a shower room. The balcony overlooked the pool to the next apartment block so it had a nice outlook. The down side for us was the pool area, although the pool was adequate, there were no umbrellas available and the sunbeds were very uncomfortable but only a minor criticism. Steve, the owner was brilliant and kept us updated regularly, he even gave us the option of a late check out if our flight was delayed/cancelled because of the Air Traffic Control problem. Would definitely recommend 👌

Peace and quiet

Having visited quateria and vilamoura four times previously we just needed a base which was within walking distance from vilamoura marina which was about a 15/20 mins pleasant walk, and further along quateria beach or other way falesia beach. Stephen was excellent with communications before during and after stay.Typically we would do alot of walking during the day and go to different beaches relax and then get an Uber back. Uber is fantastic in Portugal and we used this to get to and from the airport and also to visit a lovely quaint town called Loule. Within 5 mins walk there is a supermarket and self service launderette next door, within 15 minutes walk there is a pharmacy, better supermarket ,.crazy.golf and burger king. If I needed a base again to visit vilamoura this would be ideal, apartments/neighbours were peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend visiting quateria and loule.

GREAT WEEK IN LOVELY LOCATION!

Very accurate description of apartment on the HomeAway website and ideal for short or long term breaks. We were only there for 1 week but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and constantly wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was clean, bright and airy with everything provided for a relaxing holiday apart from food. For convenience there is a local SPAR shop with a fairly extensive range of products and for a bigger shop there are a number of larger stores. There is also a local restaurant but within a 15 minute walk there is the Marina with every type of food outlet, bars and retail outlets. Beaches are a little further but well worth the effort and we had a couple of wonderful days on Faleisa beach with its golden sand and red sandstone cliffs. If the beach is not your thing then the pool is a great addition to the apartment complex and was never over crowded. Overall, a great apartment in a lovely area in which to spend a relaxing holiday. We ate and drank too much but the walk to and from the Marina is a great exercise for fighting the calorie intake, as is the golf on the 5 excellent courses in the area. Thank you Stephen and team! We will hopefully get to stay with you again in the not too distant future.

Dans l’ensemble l’appartement est bien , même si par moment les voisins un peu bruyant, par contre la climatisation était pas fonctionnel et manque tout de même un lave linge pour les locations de longue durée, sinon le secteur est magnifique et agréable.

L’ appartement est propre, bien agencé et possède les ustensiles de cuisine utiles et nécessaires. Vue agréable sur une piscine. Ascenseur. Bien situé et proche du centre, plages et marina de Vilamoura. Facilité de se garer. Apartment a gentle 20 minutes stroll to the marina. Small supermarket very close by able to get all necessities. Very easy to book, owner very prompt at replying and returning breakage deposit. Nice touch with a few essential items to start off the holiday. Very clean and well equipped no hesitation in recommending or returning.

Tranquilo apartamento, perfecto para descansar !!

Apartamento amplio, en una zona muy tranquila a 8 minutos en coche del puerto deportivo de Vilamorua. En la piscina apenas habia gente y pudimos aparcar casi todos los dias sin dificultad. Echamos en falta más canales de TV ya que la mayoria eran de deportes y otro juego de llaves, tuvimos sólo uno y fue poco molesto. En general estamos satisfechos, a destacar las trabajadoras de la inmobiliaria y la limpieza, fueron muy amables.

We loved the convenient location close to all amenities that has to offer, without the need for a car. The complex is far enough away from the Marina and nightlife to be peaceful, but close enough to be a gentle stroll away.
