Die Hill Lodge befindet sich in einer beneidenswerten Lage, nur 10 Minuten vom Hafen von Poole und nur eine halbe Stunde von einigen der schönsten Strände Europas entfernt. Es liegt am Rande der Isle of Purbeck: "Ein Ort, wo Schönheit und Abenteuer zum Leben erwachen"

Die Ferienvermietung ist der Anbau unseres Haupthauses mit eigenem Eingang. Es ist komplett eigenständig und verfügt über 3 großzügige Doppelzimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist zugänglich und hat ein eigenes Bad, geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer und Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Eines der Zimmer im Obergeschoss kann als Zweibettzimmer genutzt werden.

Das Anwesen enthält auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche und offener Essbereich und Lounge, mit einem schönen Holzofen.

Die Gäste haben die ausschließliche Nutzung der ruhigen Vorgarten mit Feature-Teich, externe Ess-und Grilleinrichtungen.

Christmas catch up

Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special. Thanks to Becky for the easy communication and thanks for sharing your lovely property.

Enjoyable

Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!

Very pleasant property

From our experience of renting cottages, we feel that the bedrooms were comfortable & spacious. However the living accommodation was too small for 6 adults, the dishwasher was very poor & the pots & pans were certainly inadequate to cater for 6. The above points did not overly impact our stay and Becky & Paul were excellent hosts. We had a lovely weekend

This property was absolutely fantastic. It had everything you needed plus more, to have a great stay. Its in a great location. Very clean, we were shown around and told we only need to knock next door if we had any problems. We didnt. Bueatiful space outside with tables and chairs and a lovely fish pond. We made use of their games on our last night. Which had us all in stitches. We get together for a long weekend every year. We have beeb using Vrbo since we started doing this in 2018. We have never been disappointed.We have travelled all over england so far. All five of us would like to say a big thank you for allowing us to rent your lovey property for the weekend. Peaceful Hideaway to relax & unwind

The property was excellent for all our needs, especially my disabled sister. The bedrooms are large & airy and all having on suite bathrooms is a bonus. It was perfect for a relaxing break for three elderly sisters with only a short drive into Poole. Would recommend especially for someone that has special disabled needs. Owners were very caring and helpful.

Fabulous place, close to lots of lovely places to explore. The accomodation was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for my elderly mum. Excellent property fir wheelchair user

Our hosts were lovely and welcoming and the property was well placed for visits along the south coast around poole and bournemouth. The facilities for a wheelchair user within the property were excellent and included a wheelchair lift for the change in level between the lounge/kitchen and the bedroom. The main bedroom had a spacious en-suite wet room. We spent a good deal of our time in the beautiful garden as the weather was so lovely

Cannot recommend enough!

Loved our stay here! The property was lovely and clean and the layout and design was just perfect, very well thought out. We instantly felt at home. There was five of us and a dog that stayed but we didn’t feel cramped at all. The location is good, everything is within half an hours drive so we were able to do lots of exploring. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area, it was just lovely!

Amazing Christmas break!

I stayed here with five other members of my family and 3 small dogs over Christmas and I can honestly say, what a fantastic find! Everything was perfect from start to finish! We wasn’t sure how well equipped the kitchen was going to be so brought a few extra bits just incase for Christmas dinner prep but we didn’t even need it. Everything you needed was there and more, clean and tidy throughout with large bedroom’s with en-suite too! Downstairs has been built to cater for people with disabilities with a huge bedroom and wet room with easy access and a profile bed. We would certainly recommend!! We will definitely be booking up again!

How lucky were we to find this wonderful property? From the outset Becky put our minds at rest so that my mobility issues and a 15month old toddlers needs would be addressed. The accommodation is set in a stunning location and it is perfect for exploring the Dorset coast. We went to Poole/Sandbanks, Wareham, Swanage, Bournemouth, Weymouth and Durdle Door. We loved staying here. It was perfect location for the things we had planned. Property was very clean and suitable for our family. Paul, my husband, and I love to travel. Knowing first-hand how tricky it can be to find suitable accessible accommodation, we are pleased to offer Hill Lodge to those with similar mobility difficulties. I am spinally-injured and a wheelchair-user following an accident over 25 years ago.

Poole is a beautiful location in the heart of the stunning county of Dorset. Hill Lodge, whilst on the edge of town, provides a tranquil rural location but within easy reach to some of Europe's top beaches and the spectacular Jurassic Coastline. There is plenty to do and explore in Dorset.
