Schöne Liegenschaft

Wir waren im Juli für 2019 für 2 Wochen da. Schöne Liegenschaft, sehr sauber, netter Eigentümer. Einzig die Bar in der Nähe war mit der Musik manchmal nervig

Dreamlike house with pool to relax

The location right on the sea with the sandy beach and the small beach bar is fantastic. The house is very spacious, with a beautiful kitchen, a small office and otherwise nicely decorated. The whole stay of 11 days we really enjoyed and felt very comfortable. Just the place to relax.

Un petit coin de paradis

Un excellent séjour à la villa luna, la petite plage à côté ambiance locale et familiale, un très beau jardin avec piscine, maison tout confort, tout ce qu'il faut à 2 pas. Une destination fortement recommandée.

Great family holiday at Sutomiscica

We are a family with 3 kids (9,2, 4 m). The property was very nice in a very small village. The house was spotless clean and it had everything it needed. Sinisa was available at all times for any questions The market next to the house had everything it needed and the beach bar in front of the house was great for a quick drink. Few things to know: Beach bar works until midnight or even later Bring a spray for mosquitos Beach in front of the house is nice but I’m sure there are better at the island as Sinisa advised Overall a definite recommendation for this property.

A real gem

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed for a wonderful week in the villa, and it's been perfect. The house, garden & pool was everything we were hoping them to be: spacious rooms, plenty of relaxation corners, enough sun and shade. The beach is about 10 m from the front door which was too good to be true. It is a small and charming beach, though there are much prettier beaches a short drive up the island. There is a small bar at the beach, if you want to get a drink, and a supermarket 20 m further. The only (small) snag is that reaching the mainland by ferry is a bit of a drag. The travel to Zadar is about 20 minutes, but boarding with a car is time consuming, and there is a limited schedule. But we had such a good time on the island we never wanted to leave. Sinisa and Zana are charming and friendly hosts.

A suuny stay at Villa Luna

This is a well presented and well equipped holiday home. The location is excellent, being on the beach ( it is just outside the garden gate! ) with a small local shop around the corner for your basic needs. Bedrooms have aircon which is fab and much needed in high summer. The gardens and pool are excellent ( the pool is the best we have ever had in a rental villa) and you are surrounded by fruit trees and lawn. The terrace is an added bonus with good views of the sea. Correspondence with Sinisa is very good and he responds very quickly to any query. The island of Ugljan is easy to navigate and car and passenger ferries are readily available at Preko just along the coast ( 5 mins by car). Highly recommended but take your mozzie spray!

Idyllic villa on friendly island

We spent a lovely week in the end of July at Villa Luna. The house turned out better than expected with a large outside area with shady parts and all day sun, great size pool (chlorinated) with a good wood fired grill which was perfect for communal dinners. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner necessary rather luxurious with regards to the heat. We were close to a local store which had all the basic needs, good hours and fairly priced if you got there early before 0900 there was fresh fish sold alongside it. Beach and beach bar just outside the gates to the villa. Sinisa was a great host friendly, helpful and trustworthy. He helped us organize transportation to/from Split which was very convenient. Sinisa helped even with where to go and what to eat and communication was never a problem. A few other things regarding the location. We found that it was very worthwhile hiring mopeds as we were able to explore a much larger area of the island with them. There is a possibility to negotiate a good deal with the information center if you hire for an extended time or hire many! We found that the north of the island was nicer than than the south and each were easily reachable by mopeds. There were many volleyball courts around the island + a few water polo courts in the sea for entertainment. A good idea is to hire a private boat if you are enough people, we went to the island Otok Iz and saw tuna being bred. The captain was very knowledgeable and we ate lunch at a great fish restaurant Konoba Diza in the town Mali Iz. We are 6 adults, 3 couples from Sweden. Would highly recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely fantastic

This was a wonderful holiday for us. The villa was perfect, the area beautiful and peaceful and the villa owner very accommodating and helpful. The only drawback was, apart from the Marina Restaurant, the nearest restaurants are three kilometers away. Other than that, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this villa.
