Perfekte Lage! 98 Walk Score. Seattles älteste und heißeste Nachbarschaft. East Mercer in der 10th Avenue East. Erdgeschoss-Wohnung nur vier Blocks zum Capitol Hill Light-Bahnhof ($ 3. 50 zum / vom Flughafen), Straßenbahn, besten Restaurants, Cafés und Bars und Volunteer Park. South Lake Union nur den Hügel hinunter. Fred Hutch, Krankenhäuser, Kenmore Air and Space Needle und MoPop innerhalb weniger Minuten. Straßenbahn nach Seattle University oder International District. Auto? Sie brauchen keinen, aber ich habe einen privaten Parkplatz abseits der Straße.

Wunderschöne aktualisierte 1902 Niederländisch Colonial mit einzigartigen Loft-Stil fühlen. Sie haben komplettes Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse. Perfekt für zwei Paare, Freunde oder Familien bis zu fünf. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über neue hochwertige Queensize-Betten mit eigenen Vollbad (eines hat eine Zwei-Personen-Dusche, das andere eine Dusche / Wanne) und Euro Duravit-Toiletten mit niedrigem Durchfluss. Die Betten sind mit hochwertigen Daunendecken mit Allergieschutzstoffen auf Matratzen und Kissen und weichen Mikrofaser-Bettlaken ausgestattet. Extra lange Couch im Wohnzimmer schläft einen fünften Gast. Wir haben ein Pac-n-Play für Babys / Kleinkinder.

Erstaunliche, sonnenverwöhnte Küche hat einen High-End-Gasherd, ein Farm-Waschbecken, einen eingebauten Kühlschrank aus Edelstahl und eine riesige Eicheninsel. Meine Frau ist eine tolle Französisch ausgebildete Köchin, die Küche ist gut bestückt. Wohnzimmer hat 50 "4K UHD TV mit allen Streaming-Diensten und einem Gaskamin. Umluft-Zentralheizung und Zone AC hält die Dinge genau die richtige Temperatur. Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit. Codierte Schlösser an beiden Türen bedeuten, dass keine Schlüssel zum Abholen oder Zurückgeben gehören.

Ideal für geschäftliche und geschäftliche Aufenthalte, Veranstaltungen oder Besichtigungen, für den Besuch von Verwandten oder für einen Besuch der Musik- oder Sportszene. Die Stadtbahn bringt Sie direkt in die Stadien (in 12 Minuten) und die University of Washington (in 5 Minuten). Ich weiß, du wirst diesen Raum lieben. Es hat einen wunderbaren kuscheligen Komfort, der schwer zu schlagen ist.

amazing place

We loved this place so so much! My kids did not want to leave. Very private and quiet apartment but so close to great restaurants. Owners were great to communicate with, offering many great suggestions and information. They were always quick to respond to any questions Apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was just beautiful. The apartment had a lot of character, which made it very special.

Mike and Kathleen were amazing hosts! We arrived that evening to fresh flowers, a lit house, soft music playing on Alexa, and champagne to celebrate our daughter’s upcoming wedding. Their home was so lovely. It was very comfortable, and very well stocked. They have a huge variety of books and magazines. We had everything we needed there. The off street parking was a real bonus. We don’t usually rent a car, but needed one for wedding errands. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and groceries. Our hosts were quick to reply to any questions. We were very pleased with our stay, and will definitely plan to stay again!

This rental was absolutely lovely. The two bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and clean. The place was spacious and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook with. Fully Equipped and Beautiful

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and beautiful. It has everything you need, and the kitchen is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee surrounded by all of the windows. Great location in Capitol Hill. Walkable neighborhood, only a few blocks to mass transit, great restaurants, nearby grocery. Very attentive and responsive hosts. Great property - lots of natural light, well appointed kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, comfortable beds. One of our favorite VRBO properties. Highly recommend!

Blissful Stay in One Block Off Broadway

We loved our family vacation in Capitol Hill! It was the perfect home away from home, and an ideal spring point for wandering around Seattle. We has everything we needed for a family with two children, ages 9 & 12. The home home is sweet, cozy and inviting. It was just the right a amount of space. The owners have thoughtfully provided so many things. Mike and Kat are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this home!

The location is great!! Enjoyed our stay!

It was fun to explore the Broadway area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our hosts were very accommodating, even added YouTubeTV to their streaming service so we could watch Huskie football!. Kitchen was well stocked so could easily cook. The 8 stairs up to the entry were a bit of a challenge, but otherwise our stay was great.

Friends and Family in Seattle

Renting and staying in One Off Broadway was a delightful experience. The owner was understanding and helpful when we needed to change our scheduled stay. Communication throughout was clear and thorough. The space was great for two couples and was comfortable for visits from our son and his friend. It is a great location to walk to QFC, restaurants, and Volunteer Park.

The Perfect Rental in Seattle

We could not have been more delighted with our stay at this lovely rental. Great fall weekend on Capital Hill

Feels like home

What we really enjoyed about this property is the cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen is beautiful if you want to do some cooking and there are lovely local restaurants if you want to eat out. The beds are comfortable. Everything is well stocked and thought of. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The outdoor patio was a sweet little cove to have a quiet conversation. The warm hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts was the cream on top.

Superb Stay

I have stayed at many vacation rentals here in the US as well as outside the US. This is one of the best if not the best we’ve stayed in The instructions were clear. Check in was smooth. The owners checked in during the stay offering assistance but none was needed!’ I loved the little notes left around the rental reinforcing instructions on appliances, temperature control etc. The home was extremely comfortable and tasteful. We absolutely intend to stay at this rental next time we visit Seattle

I personally manage the property to a very high standard. No management company involved.
I bought my house in 2002. It's a 1901 Dutch Colonial that was completely remodeled in the 1980s and 2012 to make it into two terrific living spaces.
I live upstairs with my lovely wife, a French trained chef and best-selling author. I'm a tech guy who studied architecture so I've also put my own stamp on this home, too. Most notably, I remodeled the downstairs apartment, moving the kitchen into what was a barely used conservatory. I completely rebuilt it, installing high-end skylights, solid wood custom cabinetry, kitchen island and even a gas stove.

It sits at the edge of the most vibrant urban neighborhood in Seattle. The ability to walk to literally dozens of restaurants, bars and coffeehouses was what attracted me to this house as I had lived in London just before purchasing it. The home has five garages in what used to be a 1900's carriage house for horses in the back. Off street parking too, a rarity in this neighborhood.
