Es hat einen eigenen Eingang und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Picknicktisch und Grill. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Flachbild-TV, großes Bad mit Wanne / Dusche, Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit neuen Geräten, einschließlich Mikrowelle und Keurig Kaffee / Tee. Your hosts - Rick, Sabrina and Violet - love welcoming guests to this beautiful stretch of the Maine Coast! Previous owners of the Yardarm Motel in Searsport, our family recently purchased this property and are working to make it our own. We are all lovers of the arts, travel, and animals. You'll meet our friendly chickens and goats on the property and maybe our dog, Nya. Rick runs a fine art print studio (soon to be located on the property) and is happy to provide tips on great places to paint or photograph along the coast! Violet will be entering 8th grade at Searsport District Middle and High School in the fall and Sabrina teaches in the Honors College at the University of Maine. We try to keep our rates low, while providing a great home base for your time exploring Midcoast Maine. We are locals - not absentee landlords. Our housekeeper is the mom of our daughter's best friend. Rick runs a business in the community; Sabrina serves on the school board.
