Dear Denis and Magella, I am very sorry about your negative experience this time. We had it too. Your negative review helps us to improve and work harder to eliminate disadvantages. As you very well know, we did all your requests despite the fact they were very strange not only from my point of view, but also from Property Manager Andy's. In fact, as soon as you've noticed two cockroaches second day after your arrival: one in the yard, and second in the porch, we immediately fumigated the entire house, since we do care about comfort of our clients. Later Vice president of our urbanization confirmed you that after they cleaned draw wells of the urbanization, several cockroaches dissipated around. So those two cockroaches were some of them. Four days later, we took care about your strange request to buy you new sun loungers, just because those ones we had didn't recline to the fully horizontal position. You next inappropriate request was to change airfresheners at home to your "preferred lemon" scents, just because your wife didn't like lavanda scent. We immediately brought you your desired ones. Nevertheless you continued with other strange requests that you used to come up with every other day that we both know. Living for the rest 12 days until your regular check out you didn't mention nothing about cockroaches, but always were insisting in compensation for your stay if we didn't comply with your next request. It's very pity that you've lied in your review here that you moved out earlier. Instead, we were asking you kindly to return keys to our property manager Andy after your check out at the end of rental period you paid for. Only after we warned you that we may report to the police about keys missing, did you return them to us. You clearly showed us your intentions to stay in our house for free. And two cockroaches were just a reason for you to blackmail us. In fact we were happy that you've left our property without making any damage to it. We did everything to make you satisfied and leave the house without a damage that we thought you may had done, if you were left unsatisfied with any one your requests. Dear Tiina Wartti, Thanks for the review. We are a bit surprised about your feedback on kettle and a frying pan, since they are 5 months old. Nevertheless, we changed them to new ones. We bought another kettle just in case a family may need two of them at once. Thanks for the note! Regarding one of bedroom, you have not used the heater in the wardrobe, which is very powerful and very convenient. The sun from late October till the end of March is closer to the horizon and ANY of villas of the area have less sun in their yards in this period, if they have neighboring houses around. In the website of our villa it clearly states that a beach is 2200m and shops are 1500m away from the house. So, it takes 20 and 10 minutes accordingly. If you have a car then it takes 4 and 2 minutes accordingly. At the same time, we are surprised that you gave us 3 stars only, having enjoyed your stay, based on your review and your personal email addressed to us where your express your gratitude.
