Stunning 2 bedroom penthouse situated between the Old Town and the Harbour in a quiet area yet moments away from the beach and Estepona's central boulevard.

South/southwest-facing terrace with spectacular views across to Morocco and the Rock of Gibraltar.

Modern, comfortable furniture, quality beds and mattresses, fully equipped kitchen with oven, full bath with shower, centralised air-conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing, 43" smart TV, DVD player and free fibre optic wifi. A secure underground parking space is included in the rental price. All towels & bed linen are provided.

The gated complex has a large saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers & a paddle pool, set in beautiful communal gardens. The pools are usually open from Easter to October, weather permitting.

The beach promenade and new pedestrianised Boulevard are a few metres from the main entrance of the complex. The rear entrance opens onto a pedestrianised walkway with a park opposite. Restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more are all on your doorstep. A car is not necessary.

The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between stays.

Top-Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist grandios. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe nahm sich die freundliche Silvia die Zeit, uns die gut gesicherte Anlage zu zeigen. Andere Gäste haben sich darüber beschwert dass man keine deutsche TV-Sender empfangen kann. Heutzutage kann man sich einen VPN holen und dann kann man auch deutsche Sender auf dem Laptop empfangen. Und bei Bedarf mit chromecast auf dem modernem Fernseher wiedergeben. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wohnung wie beschrieben, für 3 Personen ausreichend groß, mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. TV leider ausschließlich spanisch, ist aber zu verschmerzen. Highlight klar der Ausblick und der schöne Pool, mit Liegen vor Ort, Schirmen, sanitärene Einrichtungen etc. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Hafen und auch Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great stay, a lovely apartment, well kitted out, really good balcony with sea views. The location was great for us, just a 15-20 min stroll to the centre of the old town and about 10 minutes stroll to the marina. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. We would recommend and definitely stay here again.

El apartamento se entrega muy limpio y ordenado, tiene unas vistas que abarcan todo el pueblo, el mar hasta Africa y Gibraltar... Además está a un paso de la playa y del pueblo. Great place

The apartment was great — and the best part is the spectacular 180 degree view from the terrace, and seeing the water from the living room. Sunrise was beautiful. There was excellent communication with the owner (Diana), especially when she had to warn us, as we were on our way there by bus, that the elevator had broken down. Since we couldn’t possibly lug our heavy suitcases up seven flights (we were in Europe for over two months, so not just little carry-ons!) she and Esme, who met us at the apartment, quickly found two young guys they knew to carry them up for us. Even though the elevator was out for a few days, longer than expected, Diana and Esme were so apologetic — but heavens, it wasn’t their fault! It's how they dealt with it so well that’s important. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, and they even started us off very conveniently with some basic staples in the fridge. We didn’t have a car, but everything is so walkable, which is the fun part of being there. We liked the location being close enough for an easy walk to the port and all its restaurants, as well as the beautiful walk the other way along the boardwalk to beachside cafés and the charming historic downtown. We loved Estepona and the apartment suited our needs very well!

I was born in London and decided to make the move to the Costa del Sol with my Spanish husband many years ago. I love the culture, climate and relaxed Andalusian way of life. A lot of thought and care has gone into preparing our beautiful apartment for others to enjoy. We hope to be able to share the magic of Estepona with you soon.

Estepona is a fishing village that has grown into one of the most popular and eco friendly resorts on the Costa del Sol, yet still manages to retain its authentic Spanish character.
Located at the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, it has an iconic old town adorned with hundreds of colourful flowerpots, pedestrianised streets and boulevards, a fishing port, marina, and miles of glorious sandy beaches and boardwalks. Local amenities include museums, shops, orchidarium, street markets, supermarkets, a wide selection of tapas bars and restaurants, beach bars, plus many seasonal events, concerts and festivals.
Málaga & Gibraltar airports are under an hour's drive away. Sotogrande and Marbella are less than half an hour by car. There are many wonderful places to visit for the day including Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, Ronda or the nearby Andalusian "White Villages". You can even take a day trip to Morocco.

The apartment occupies a privileged position on the top floor of a gated complex in a quiet, secure area overlooking Estepona town, beach and port, with all amenities close at hand. The views from the terrace are amazing! The nearest beach is a couple of minutes walk away and the fishing port and marina only 10 minutes on foot. The historic town centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk along the beautiful new beach boulevard. You'll find a great selection of bars, restaurants, shops & supermarkets right on your doorstep. The apartment has lift access, free fibre optic Internet/wifi & underground parking. All bed linen and towels are provided.
