This nice villa is situated in Quinta das Salinas, between Vale de Lobo en Quinta do Lago. Renovated in 2024, ready in july 24! The villa has sea view, a large garden and a private salt water swimming pool which can be heated (at additional costs) and jacuzzi (energy costs additional). The wifi is excellent and also works on the terrace part, close to the house. The salt water pool can be fenced off for small children. The villa has 1 masterbedroom upstairs, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 au-pairroom with bathroom in the basement, all with aircon which cools and heats. 2 Bedrooms have floor heating.
The villa is very comfortable and completely furnished with a dining kitchen, fully equipped (with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso coffee-maker, toast maker, mixer etc). In the pantry you will find a washing machine, a drying machine and an extra refrigerator. The villa is equipped with heating, which means that it is comfortable in every season. The beach is located at walking distance of 10 min. and shops and restaurants are nearby. The well-known fish restaurant "2 Passos" is located at the beach of Praia do Ancão. The famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo can be reached by car within 10 minutes. São Lorenzo Golf, Pinheiros Altos Golf Course.
The basement au-pair room with own bathroom is included in the price but is not as nice as the other rooms.
Baby sit services can be arranged.

Perfect in every way

We absolutely love this villa it has everything you could possibly need and in a great location near the lake. It is beautifully decorated and cared for and the owners and staff were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay again!

Very nice villa but rude owner

The villa was as described and the pictures are exactly like the house. But the owner was very rude in her emails and we really didn't feel welcome at all. It really ruined our second week of holidays. Wouldn't recommend this villa.

Fantastic house!

This house suited us brilliantly. It is clean, comfortable, well maintained and very well equipped. The refurbished bathrooms were lovely. It is set in huge grounds, much bigger than any other house around so you’re not overlooked at all. We were 2 families with children aged 7-12 and we all loved the pool and outside space. The pool was large with a slide which was great for the kids and the sun loungers very comfy (for the adults!) Location wise, you can walk to the beach and quite a few restaurants in the area, both near the Lake in Quinta and along the beach. You do need a car to get to any kind of shop. We knew this though so not a problem for us. Communication with both Monique (property manager) and the owner was easy and any queries dealt with promptly. Overall a wonderful holiday in a property we would love to return to in the future.

July 19 14 nights Wonderful, Relaxing Holiday

We had a wonderful two weeks in this villa in Portugal. The villa was spacious, private with plenty of facilities. The veranda was lovely to sit out on with some very comfortable outdoor furniture. We could walk to the lake and the beach very easily which was a bonus. The only down side was there was quite a bit of plane noise, but this was outweighed by the quality of the villa and pool. We had a great time and made the most of the golf and of the new sports campus nearby. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Totally renovated in 2023-2024. This property was the first to be build in Quinta das Salinas. It has a much bigger garden/property of 6800m2 and gives more privacy. Next to that, the villa is very suitable for families with (small) children because of the pool fence, optional water slide, and au pair room in the basement with private bathroom.
The interior of the house has been updated with nice furniture and new bathrooms. And a new jacuzzi is added.
