The host was very accommodating and thoughtful. The view is great and close to many shops and restaurants. We loved the Italian restaurant next door. Lovely and comfortable place to relax.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach

We arrived tired from our flight & drive from Lisbon, and loved the Trattoria next door. It was very comfortable and we loved sitting on the porch overlooking the beach. Please note that there is no upstairs bathroom, so put younger people upstairs if possible.

Perfect location and property

Had a great holiday staying in this villa. Sandra was very welcoming. Marita couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay and ensure we had everything we needed. A big thankyou must go to them. This villa is in an ideal location backing on to the beach and just a few minutes to the old town. Villa was exactly as advertised and fully equipped. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful house right on the beach

we spent a week in the house. Beds are comfortable and the house is tastefully furnished. Staff was quick to respond to any issues and cleaned the housy thoroughly twice during the stay. The upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm, but bearable. The terracce with its stunning view of the ocean is were we spent most mornings and evenings. There is an italian restaurant next to the house and a fish restaurant right below, both which were good. We would come back any time.

Fantastic house and location!!

This is a fabulous house to rent, right on the beach and 2mins walk to the old town. This is the first time we've stayed somewhere with no air conditioning but you just don't need it. You get such a lovely sea breeze and we felt the house was cool at night. Marita was brilliant!! Very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back to Albufeira and stay here. It is in such an ideal location!! Thank you so much!! We highly recommend this house!!

Unbelievable Localtion and Villa

The Villa was exceptional, exactly has it looked on the images, we were so pleased waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was beautiful, the location of the villa could not have been any better, it felt quiet when your were in the Villa, but only 100 metres up the road was the hustle and bustle of the town. Marita was so helpful with any slightly problems we had which were only a door and a lightbulb but she was on the case immediately, very warm and friendly. On the whole we shall be booking again.

A beautiful house right next to the ocean

The house is easy to reach, with parking available right next to it. It features beautiful, well kept furniture, modern kitchen appliances,a great TV with Netflix etc. and a balcony you can use for breakfast with an amazing ocean view. We stayed there as a family of five and hat ample space for everyone. The communication with the owner was easy and quick via WhatsApp in English, so no problems there. We even got a nice welcome basket with some local fruits, biscuits, coffee pads and more, so we could have a quick bite bevor going to the supermarket. It was an excellent stay and we'd love to came back soon ;-)

Excellent Beachfront Villa

There were small hotels on the beach but this was the only single villa we saw that was beachfront. Gorgeous views,perfect for coffee or drinks on the balcony. Well equipped- even had an electric juicer to make fresh orange juice with the oranges sold roadside. Steps outside the door that lead down to the beach where you could rent chairs and umbrellas. Easy 10 minute walk to town for restaurants and nightlife. I worked with Sandra and Marita and they were extremely kind and helpful. Marita even drove us to the market on the first day so we only had to walk back to the villa. Highly recommend and would come back to enjoy this beautiful villa and surrounding area!

Perfect location

A very well equipped comfortable property in a perfect location. We stayed the week with our teenage son and friends of ours with a boy the same age. Upon our arrival we’re greeted with an ice bucket and bottle of prosecco which got the holiday started. The house is well set up for guests with easy instructions for the alarm and energy saver card. We enjoyed the beach which is right on your door step, every day we were there. We were able to reserve our beds each day at a cost of 15 euro. The weather was amazing all week with glorious sunshine and clear blue skies. There are beach restaurants and bars very close to the house and beach beds. The better of these being the Italian restaurant Toscana. We went out every night to the lively Old Town and once to the new Town. We found the atmosphere better in the old town. We would definitely return Some time soon. Everyone had a great time.

Loved it!

Perspective of an American family of 5 whom enjoyed Easter 2023 in Albufeira. Excellent stand-alone beach house situated basically on the beach. The architecture is great. The first floor interior is mix of exposed original stone wall combined with tasteful shaker white modern. The loft is a modern pine ceiling that is not to low combined with the modern glass railing system to the stairs. My one concern when I rented the house as parking. which despite Albufeira's 90% occupancy over Easter weekend was not an issue as the public residence spot was always available for our use. It is hard pressed to come up with a negative about the place other than the low class English tourists that may from time to time make noise late at night or the sorting/cleaning of the china noise from the restaurant immediately below. Neither of which would stop me from renting again. As for food: We ate out regularly O Chefe up the hill was probably the best Restaurante in the immediate neighborhood. I would not recommend eating at the Italian restuarnte next door. Host was great! She answered every question immediately and was very helpful. Our entire family loved the house and would recommend it!

It is the best location you can get. The beach villa itself is just amazing. It´s elegant. It´s contemporary. It´s stunning. It´s just prime. We have spent days out on one of the two balconies and enjoyed the view on the ocean. There are restaurants around as well as one parking spot for the residents of the beach villa. Old town is in walking distance but if you have places to go - it´s best to have a car. All in all I must say it was one of those vacations you enjoy to remember. Keep up that certain something!!! Very well done.

Traumhafte Lage, großer Erholungseffekt

Fantastische Lage, direkt am Strand und wenige Gehminuten in die Innenstadt. Wir haben das ausgedehnte Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Strand genossen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen elektr Geräten u Geschirr in zahlreicher Ausführung. Zwei schöne Bäder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Marita hat uns sehr gut umsorgt, sie spricht fließend deutsch u Englisch. Der Transport vom u zum Flughafen wurde auch zuverlässig von ihr organisiert. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus direkt am Strand tollem Meerblick!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Räume sind sehr modern ausgestattet! Der Blick auf das Meer ist toll. Es liegt direkt am Strand an einem Fischrestaurant(sehr gute Qualität,frischer Fisch und nicht laut!!!). Die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ansprechpartnerin Marita (spricht gutes Deutsch) ist wirklich jederzeit verfügbar. Bei Freizeitaktivitäten hat sie uns sehr gut unterstützt ( z.b. Mietauto ,Katamaranfahrt, Transport Strandhaus -Flughafen). Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen, man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl!!!

One of the most beautiful places we ever went on vacation.

The location of the house is absolutely unique! The only house right on the beach. It is very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Sandra Lazaro was a very good host! In December, the restaurant down the beach had closed, so we only heard the sound of the sea and the gulls .. Wonderful! We were sad when we had to leave paradise after two weeks.
