Diese neu gebaute, luxuriöse Villa liegt in der Gegend der Côte Blue in Lagonissi in der 38 KM Athens Sounio Ave, kurz vor dem Lagonissi Grand Hotel. Die Villa liegt im südlichen Teil der Hauptstadt Athen, in den Hängen eines schönen, abgelegenen Hügels mit Pinien, sehr nah am Meer & bietet tolle & freie Aussicht auf den Saronischen Golf. Aufgrund ihrer Lage erreicht man auch schnell den internationalen Flughafen von Athen, sowie die Städte Vouliagmeni & Glyfada. Die Villa ist 500 m² groß & steht auf einem 1250 m² großen Grundstück in einer 2-Etagen-Maisonette. Im EG befinden sich 3 Hauptschlafz., ein gr. Spielzimmer mit Kamin, Heimkino & ein Fahrstuhl, der ins 1. OG führt, wo sich ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer mit modernem Kamin, Küche, Büro, WC & das größte Hauptschlafz. mit Ensuite-Bad (Whirlpool) & begehbarem Kleiderschrank befinden.

Grecian Sea Paradise

This property is outstanding. The outdoor space, where we spent most of our time, was perfect: magnificent views of the sea, sparking clean infinity pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, barbecue. The indoor space is large and spacious with 12 foot ceilings; all bedrooms had private (and modern) baths, perfect for 6 adults (the house can accommodate more); the kitchen had all the appliances and cooking utensils we needed. Hosts Theo and Angela were delightful! Welcomed us with a freshly baked cake and a fridge stocked with water, beer and a bottle of wine. Highly recommend this villa...it is worth price. We will return!

Over and Beyond

After many VRBO rentals, the reviews on this property really sealed the deal. Now from experience I can see why. My husband and I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, we travel often and are fortunate enough to stay in some of the best hotels across the world. We were treating our family to a vacation and decided on Blue Coast Villa. It was extremely spacious for 11 guests and had every amenity imaginable. Most of all I really appreciated the level of cleanliness in the home and pool. The hosts Theo and Angela truly made our stay enjoyable. They convey the true spirit of hospitality and go over and beyond. For example, we were traveling with young children and Angela was so thoughtful as to go and purchase a step stool for my children to reach the toilets and sinks and also purchased additional plasticware Plates, cups, etc) for the children. With many rental options along the coast you will not find hosts as welcoming and accommodating as Theo and Angela. We will definitely be back and I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Absolutely Stunning Property , location, views!

We booked the Vila for a week at the end of September 2018, for our daughter's destination wedding at the Athenian Riviera - Island, in Varkiza. The Vila, the location, the views, the friendly owners (Theodore and Angela) not only met but by far exceeded our expectation. The house is fantastic and better than what the photos show. the Views are panoramic and unobstructed. We had about 8 of us staying in the Vila very comfortably. we also had a pre-wedding party at the Vila the evening before the wedding with catered food etc. Again, very nice accommodations for all the above at the Vila. Not to forget the owners, Theodore and Angela: they welcomed us with a home -baked cake and champagne and they were available to help with anything we needed. plus, the have the Vila all decked out with anything you may need (from supplies to linens, dishes...etc.). You will love this property!

Better than the pictures. Everything we hoped for and more! Theo & Angela made settling in so easy!

We arrived at Athens airport around midday and were met by a smiling Theo who welcomed us by name, as old friends! He needn’t have, as the car rental company, arranged on his recommendation, was there for us too. We were in Athens for a large destination wedding with activities centred around Vouliagmeni and chose the Villa Blue Coast to be far from the maddening crowd. Traveling as a family of four with two grown up daughters, we knew we would have other guests, but weren’t sure how many, so this villa seemed to be the right kind of size with enough flexibility. The view was an important consideration and did not disappoint. An array of facilities for a chance family holiday was also important and the location was near enough to where we needed to be for the events. The neighbourhood is rustic, authentic and offered excellent privacy and security. The interior design showed the owners great passion for a simple and relaxed lifestyle and love for entertaining. There are so many chill out zones for everyone and is really perfect for large family holidays. The many great features include the panoramic windows offering expansive views of the coastline and sea beyond, the large and very deep swimming pool with glass viewing from the media room below, the Home Cinema and separate powerful stereo systems for upstairs & downstairs and the lift! The comfortable rooms and excellent bathrooms shouldn’t be overlooked either. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor BBQ an essential luxury! Theo arranged for a lovely, English speaking cook to come in every morning at our request and Athena treated us to several great local dishes that set us up well for the rest of the day. He treated us and a dozen guests to a terrific BBQ on our penultimate night, showing his hands on brilliance in this area too! We all enjoyed being in the house so much we didn’t get to see anything of Athens, not even the Acropolis! That’s how great the house is!!! Even the easy 20 minute drive to and from the airport didn’t take us past any view of the city, so we have plenty to do when we return. And that, we hope will be very soon. We arrived as guests for a 5 night stay in their lovely home, but left as though we had been friends forever! Great people and a great villa make for a great holiday!

Stunning villa, outstanding sea views & sunsets.

The villa is pure Hollywood! Spacious, classy and well equipped. The rooms are huge, all with en-suites. The pool is superb (no chlorine) and has a window from the play-room, cue video fun. Great location for airport & city centre as well as Temple of Poseidon. To cap it all the hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Gorgeous property and a warm welcome

The house is beautiful. Theo and Angela are incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful hosts. Angela's carrot cake was sinfully delicious. The house itself is luxurious and well fitted. The master bedroom and bathroom were particularly enjoyable, with an enormous and comfortable bed. The pool was amazing and much deeper than most pools, which made it extra fun. The best beaches are about 15 minutes' drive. All in all we had a great stay with a big group, felt like home away from home. Theo was totally available and gave lots of good tips. Our only wish was for a bigger dishwasher.

Absolutely Perfect!

Villa Blue Coast is absolute perfection! The views are to die for and the only thing better than the house itself was our incredible hosts Theo and Angela. They were beyond accommodating to our every need throughout the duration of our stay. They welcomed us with open arms and stocked us with some essentials upon arrival. We had Angela cook us a welcome lunch after we arrived from our overnight flight; it was absolutely amazing and our best meal in Greece!! Theo and Angela have not left one detail out when designing this home. The bedrooms, living space and kitchen have absolutely everything you need and more We spent a majority of our time hanging out in the outdoor area which is absolutely spectacular!! The infinity pool with the views of the sea was utter perfection! I would recommend renting a car since there are a lot of hills in this area in Greece and a car makes it much easier to get around!

Прекрасный отдых в Греции в Villa Blue Coast

Останавливались в Blue Coast Villa с 7 по 28 июня. Нас была большая семья- пятеро взрослых и четыре ребёнка. Всё безумно понравилось. Большой уютный новый дом, два этажа, у каждого была своя спальня и ванная комната, прекрасный зал со столовой с огромными окнами и чудесным видом на море , где каждый вечер были очень красивые закаты. Большая терраса со всем необходимым для полноценного отдыха и классный большой бассейн. Ухоженная территория с деревьями лимонами. Вообщем не к чему придраться. До моря 600 метров, водичка в море очень чистая, прозрачная. Вблизи находятся супермаркеты, аптеки, рынок. Не далеко аэропорт Афин ( всего 20км), также близко достопримечательности и много вкусных ресторанов. Отдельно хочется сказать слова благодарности хозяевам этого чудесного дома - Теодору и Анжелике- очень добрым и отзывчивым людям, которые всегда с радостью реагировали на наши пожелания и просьбы. Думаю мы ещё не раз вернёмся в этот чудесный дом, так же буду его рекомендовать своим друзьям.

Stunning, charming and inviting

Blue Coast Villa is a world class luxury villa. Beautifully appointed with all ameneties necessary. The views are extensive across islands. The location is quiet yet only 5 mins to the beach and restaurants. Perhaps the most special aspect of Blue Coast Villa are her hosts, Theodore and Angela. They are extremely attentive, caring and committed to ensure you have everything you need. I highly recommend Blue Coast Villa and hope to return one day soon.

Simply amazing

Villa Blue Coast is an amazing villa, beautifully located where we were able to enjoy the sunset everyday. It is a walking distance from a public clean beach. It had all the things anybody needs (such as toiletries towels …….); we haven't stayed in any rental place any where in the world that provided what we found in this villa. The owners made us feel welcomed and well cared for. On our first day of arrival, there was welcoming cake and wine. The refrigerator was stocked with the basics for first arrival such as water, milk, cheese, bread, …….). Best of all, we felt like we had our own guides to the city and the surrounding area. Without hesitation, I would recommend this villa to anybody visiting Athens

Lovely home and owners!

We were impressed with this beautiful and modern home, and would visit again. It was very private and out of the busy city. Yet close enough to the Athens center and the airport which made it very convenient. Theodore and Angela were always there to help with any of our needs. They both speak very good English, there was no language barrier. Angela even cooked a delicious Greek meal for our party. Thank you, Angela! This property is very clean and well maintained and is really nicer than the photos can show. There is plenty of space thru-out the home, the bedrooms were spacious with en suite bathrooms, very nice. The views were fantastic! I don't think you could go wrong with this villa. Thank you again. amazing place!

stayed there for 5 days during a greek wedding with some friends. the house, rooms, terrace and every area of the house is perfectly clean, equiped with everything needed and very comfortable. close to the house you will find lots of great beaches and small coves with turquoise water. getting to athen it will takes you 30-45 minutes by car! the owners are very supportive in any case. theodore helped us exploring local shops and beaches or even organizing a taxi to the airport. angela would bring in treats such as carrot cake, greek-style marinated fish and homemade lemon ice cubes. would love to go back again one day. would highly recommend it! thank you theodore and angela for everything!

A VERY SPECIAL VILLA - TRULY SPECTACULAR

We were fortunate enough to enjoy two weeks this year at the delightful, beautiful Villa Blue Coast. I can not stress enough how lovely this villa is. The pictures don't do it justice. We were on holiday as a family of five from the UK. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by the owner Theodore who gave us a guided tour of the villa and showed us that his wife, Angela, had left us a homemade carrot cake and homemade bread. There was also local honey and olive oil; wine, beer, soft drinks, milk, tomatoes and cheese. This was all delicious and hugely appreciated. The villa is so spacious, lots of room for the children as well as us! The open plan living/dining area is beautiful, the bedrooms were all large with huge wardrobes and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. Towels and toiletries were plentiful and regularly replenished. The cinema room was fantastic. We took a couple of DVDs to watch but there was a selection there also. The outside space is truly magnificent. Everything was clean and there were plenty of chairs/sun loungers etc. The pool was lovely just a little chilly but we did arrive end of March! The views are spectacular and we did enjoy seeing the sun set each evening. Thanks to the modern alarm system we always felt very safe at night. This was welcome as the children were on a different level to us. When we managed to drag the children away from the villa we had an enjoyable day in Athens which was only 40 mins away. We also visited the Temple of Poseidon which I'd definitely recommend to anyone. There were a good selection of restaurants within a short drive away, as well as some lovely beaches. You definitely need to hire a car if you stay at this villa though as you really have to drive to everything. Theodore and Angela were extremely welcoming, always contactable by telephone if we had any questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Theodore even gave us a guided tour of the surrounding area on our first day so we knew where the supermarket was, nearest town etc etc. This was very much appreciated and saved us having to find out these things for ourselves. If you are thinking about staying at this villa all I can say is - DO IT ! You will not regret it. Just don't do what I did and take lots of toiletries, laundry products, tea/coffee etc. They very generously provide everything you can possibly need.

Beautiful house, amazing vacation

Stayed there for more than a month. Initially we were due to leave around the 20th of August, but loved it so much that we had to extend by another week, could not bring ourselves to leave! It's a beautiful house, with a most amazing relaxing view. Waking up in the morning and having coffee outside with that view of the sea is worth a million. The owners are very nice people, were always there to take care of the garden, the pool, the house, and whatever else we needed. Angela would bring in treats such as homemade bread, carrot cake, greek-style marinated fish; the kids absolutely loved it. Would love to go back again one day. Would highly recommend it! Thank you!

Extraordinary place

Beautiful place with amazing views, very calm and in a great location. The rooms the terrace and every area of the house is carefully decorated and perfectly clean, equiped and very confortable. We held professional meetings in their meeting room and the whole experience was great. I highly recommend Villa Blue Coast.

A wonderful vacation! Highlighted by our lovely stay in a breathtaking and serene location. The villa was everything you could imagine, highlighted by beautiful views and calm late night swims. Secluded from the noise of Athens but still being able to experience the ancient and modern sites of the city, including a short journey to the Acropolis. We want to thank Theodore and Angela for everything. We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful villa again!

Thank you Theo and Angela for your superb accommodations in your villa your service was excellent. Your villa is beautiful, modern, spacious and exquisite we enjoyed the magnificent sea view from the large veranda and cherished having coffee by the pool side every morning. After an adventure in the surrounding area and fun at the nearby beach it was a delight coming home to this beautiful private villa to relax. Theo and Angela , we felt that we should spend our entire vacation in your amazing villa, you both made it easy and comfortable. We will cherish the memories and again we appreciate everything you have done for us. THANK YOU!

Fantastic stay

We have stayed in a fanatastic house. Chique and quiet erea, very exquisite, comfortable and charming villa with great swimmingpool and beautiful view on the sea. Close to the beach and not gar from the center of Athens. The service was excellent with lovely owners Angela and Theo always ready to go the xtra mile. We will certainly come back.

It is located in a very quiet area very close to the beach.
At the same time, someone can easily commute to Vouliagmeni and Glyfada towns for noisy day and night entertainment or to downtown Athens for business, shopping, or other cultural activities, like visiting the Acropolis, museums and the ancient city of Athens.
