Die Villa Blue-Pine (türkisch Gokcam) ist eine luxuriös eingerichtete, klimatisierte, moderne Villa auf 3 Etagen mit eigenem Garten und eigenem Pool. Es wurde 2010 neu fertiggestellt und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Läden sind in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand / das Zentrum von Calis ist weitere 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt 3 große Schlafzimmer, alle mit Balkon und Bad. Die Villa bietet sehr bequem Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Es gibt eine Garderobe im Erdgeschoss und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw. Das Wohnzimmer ist offen geschnitten und führt durch Türen auf den Terrassenbereich am Pool.

Die Villa verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete, gut ausgestattete Küche und das Anwesen ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und möbliert. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude, einen gepflegten privaten Pool, einen Essbereich im Freien, eine große Terrasse und einen eingebauten Grill. Die Villa ist ideal gelegen, um die türkisfarbene Küste zu erkunden.

Die Villa ist von einem ummauerten Garten umgeben, in dem Palmen, Bananen-, Zitrus- und Olivenbäume wachsen, eine mediterrane Flora, eine große Rasenfläche vorne und hinten und Bougainvillea in Hülle und Fülle.

An der Vorderseite der Villa befindet sich eine Auffahrt mit einem Gatter und ein großer Parkplatz für ein Auto. Weitere Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Villa auf der angrenzenden Privatstraße zur Verfügung. Auf der Rückseite der privaten Garten und Pool mit kreisförmigen Stufen in den Pool von der geräumigen Sonnenterrasse.

Essen im Freien am Pool ist zu jeder Zeit (Tag und Nacht) ein Muss. Der Gartentisch aus Teakholz im Freien bietet mit einem großen Sonnenschirm ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und spendet ausreichend Schatten vor Sonne und Hitze. Es gibt sechs gepolsterte Liegestühle und zwei Sonnenschirme, die ausreichend Platz bieten, um sich zu entspannen und das mediterrane Wetter von seiner besten Seite zu genießen.

Wonderful Holiday

“Had a wonderful stay at the Villa for 2 weeks 4 x Adults and 2 Children. The Villa is very modern, large and very well maintained it was home from home for my family with the plan being a lazy holiday! Colin was extra helpful in the lead up to the holiday and during our stay, he answered any questions we had promptly and sorted excellent transfers with Oludeniz Travel. The Maintenance man come every morning at 9am to clean the pool and maintain the gardens. Great limes on the trees for your afternoon G&T’s too which was a bonus. Plenty of very good value local restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes’ walk away. A great holiday in a fantastic area, we will return to the Villa for another holiday at some point for sure! Thanks to Colin and family for allowing us to use there Villa.”

Fantastic villa!

The villa lived up to the great photos and our party were all very impressed. It certainly helped us all to have a wonderful holiday. All of the rooms are well furnished and equipped and the sense of space and airiness was lovely with 6 of us there. Colin and his team made everything very simple and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We will all be recommending the villa to friends and family and will hopefully be back in the future. The villa is absolutely perfect..

We stayed at the villa as a family of five which included 2 adults and children 18, 16 and 7. The villa is absolutely perfect, a great size, modern, well equipped and the pool is wonderful. We all felt very safe in the villa which is very important to us. I hadn't realised that all bedrooms were on suite which was great for teenagers. The villa's air conditioning worked very well and so inside was lovely and cool. An added bonus - we went hunting around all the supermarkets for limes and couldn't get any only to realise when we got home there are lime trees in the villa! At first we felt the villa was a little out of the way with a 15-20 minute walk to the beach but you can catch the local bus service at the end of the road ( you just stick your hand out and they stop) which takes you right to the restaurants & beach - there are others on the way. Chalis Beach had a stunning sunset do with going to see. Colin and his team were extremely helpful and were available to answer any questions.

Look at arranging a return visit!!

My sisters and I had a fantastic stay, which was exactly what we wanted for her 30th birhday holiday present. Colin, Gaye and their staff were on point with everything, made us feel welcome from the start and anything we asked or wanted to know pre-departure was answered fully. The house was beautiful and we loved the pool! A very professional yet friendly experience from beginning to end. While there, I even got in touch with friends back home to look at arranging a return visit!!

A lovely villa - we can highly recommend

All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at the villa. The location of the villa is superb. Lovely and quiet, but only a 15/20 min stroll to the promenade. There was everything we needed at the villa. Colin, the owner, could not have been more helpful. He answered all emails before our trip very promptly and called us before we left for Turkey just to make sure we had no further questions, and to give us a few tips for when we arrived in Calis. His colleagues in Calis could not have been more helpful and were available to help 24/7 if required. We plan to visit Calis again in two or three years and will definitely be contacting Colin again to book his lovely villa. Can highly recommend it.

A wonderful place to relax and sunbathe.....

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The villa has everything you could need and is very nicely laid out and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and because it's in the sun all day is never too cold and the garden is private and quiet - a wonderful place to relax and sunbathe. The position of the villa is also ideal just a short walk from the main street in town but far enough away that it’s very peaceful.

We had an absolutely wonderful time...

Blue Pine Villa is a lovely modern villa with everything you need. It has a lovely open plan living room and kitchen which is very spacious and well equipped, as well as being comfortable and beautifully decorated. The villa is in a good location, with the garden and swimming pool area providing complete privacy, it is only a 15 minute stroll into town. Blue Pine Villa completely lived up to our expectations and more, and future guests will not be disappointed. The owners have been wonderful, their communication has been excellent from the start to the end of our booking, a pleasure to deal with.....

This was unforgettable holiday..

The house was immaculate and I don't have any complaints. Everything was to a high specification and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, I loved the laundry room at the top of the house and everything dried within minutes. The water cooler was a brilliant idea, I've only ever seen them in Kalkan. The air con was very powerful . My son loved the Jacuzzi bath, his first one ever - now he is convinced we need one too! The Wi-Fi was fab too with great coverage, the ipad even had Wi-Fi in the garden. Savas was an absolute gentleman and so helpful, honestly he couldn't do enough for us. We were awake when he arrived in the morning we are up usually at 5.30 / 6am UK so it was nice to say hi. But every time he asked if we needed anything and even organised the water man to replace the drinking water bottle. The pool and garden was immaculate, the pool was a great size and I loved that it didn't have a deep end. The limes, from the garden, were perfect with sparkling water...:) I would also like to add that you and your wife have been so helpful, when I was asking questions on location and what was in the villa - everything you said was exactly how the villa was and I am truly grateful to you for all you help and the welcome pack. This was unforgettable holiday and I would definitely love to stay at you villa again if you would have me. I loved everything about the villa and the location, it was close enough to the beach and all the action but just far enough away that you didn't hear a sound all evening or at bedtime. I can’t find any fault with the villa, everything was just great. I also felt very safe and secure in the villa, and just to add I loved that it didn't seem to be overlooked either. Thank you so much again, so after Florida next year I'll be looking to book again in 2017.

We had a fantastic holiday...

This is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential location. It is near restaurants, local supermarkets, the dolmas and a short walk to the local weekly market. It is just away from the hustle and bustle but this can be reached by a 10 minute walk! We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay in this villa again when we return to Calis! Many thanks to Colin and his wife for sharing their villa with us! Mark, Judith and friends.

Lovely villa in a quiet location

Lovely villa in a quiet location, but very easy to get into either Calis or Fethiye, Calis being a ten minute walk away, or Dolmus stopping every few minutes at the end of the road. Plenty of space in the villa and the pool area is lovely with ample sunbeds and separate eating area including barbecue. We enjoyed our stay and it is a lovely villa. We would certainly use it again and recommend to our friends who also tried to book this year but the weeks they wanted were not available.

A beautiful light and spacious villa

My family and I stayed in Gokcam in April. It is a beautiful light and spacious villa. We loved that all of the bedrooms were ensuite and all had balconies/a roof terrace. Everyone felt like they had the best room! :) The villa has lots of modern features and is very impressive. My sister in law said she felt like the 'fresh prince of the lair'! ;) It's a great place to socialise with the BBQ and large outdoor table. It was also a great base from which to explore with plenty to do in walking distance or via a quick bus ride. We would definitely recommend the area andthe villa.

This villa was perfect for us...

I would just like to say that this villa was perfect for us. We have two teenage children but we had plenty of room with the added bonus of everyone having their own bathroom, no waiting about to get showered or ready to go out for the evening. The pool was a very good size along with the gardens but you also had the privacy of not having any of the other villas looking onto your pool and garden area. The villa was ideally situated in quiet area but was only a short 15 min stroll down Calis beach prom where it was more lively. We thought it was in an ideal location for us, just far enough away from the busier Calis, where we had some great meals, but also a nice leisurely stroll back to walk them off. We had a terrific holiday and would definitely wish to return to this villa and Calis beach.

Thoroughly recommend Villa Gokham..

We had an excellent holiday, the weather in September was perfect, hot enough but not scalding. The villa is perfectly located a pleasant walk from the front and restaurants, just far enough to build up an appetite. We didn't venture too far, largely because everything at the villa was just as we would have wanted. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We'll definitely look to return and thoroughly recommend Villa Gokham

Our best villa holiday todate !

We stayed at the Blue Pine Villa beginning of July 2014 We always have a villa holiday in fact this was our second holiday at Calis Beach and this was our best villa holiday todate! The villa is of a very high standard and spotless with everything you would need for a family holiday. With little extras like towels for the sunbeds and plenty umbellas if you needed the shade, also the water cooler which was fanstatic as we did not need to go out and bring water back to the villa. The staff looked after us well,right from the transport from the airport and then the villa, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is in a lovely area of calis beach with only a short walk to the main front where you see the most amazing sunset.
