Perfect short stay

We booked last minute for a NYE visit to Dollywood. This cabin is perfect for a family of 5. We had one kid on the pullout sofa and everyone else in a bed. The cabin is cozy, but we liked the decor and appreciated the Christmas vibe. The hot tub was extremely clean and a nice way to end a long day at Dollywood. As mentioned there are 37 steps to get to the cabin, but it wasn't a problem for our group. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with physical limitations though as the stairs are somewhat steep, but well appointed with hand rails and textured covering for grip. Just make sure your car has a good parking break because even the parking spots are on a steep incline. The cabin is a 25-30 minute drive to Dollywood depending on traffic, just FYI. There is a really fun alpine coaster very close to the cabin that my kids LOVED! Would stay here again, thanks!

Stairway To Heaven

Stairway to Heaven cabin was great! It was in a fantastic location with easy access to everything. It was in a “Cabin Community” but was very quiet and relaxing. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay and will definitely make a return trip in the future. We even enjoyed the friendly bear visitor on our last night there!

Beautiful Home!

The cabin was in a great location, was clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked. There were a variety of games, the kitchens was very well stocked, and everything was beautiful. The stairs were daunting and would not be good for older adults, but everything else was perfect. We had a great time!

Nice little cabin

This cabin has about 30 stairs going up to it , but wasn’t as bad as I imagined. We enjoyed our stay as it was nice and clean and comfortable. Nice pool table and a Pac-Man game that came in handy to occupy a couple hours of rain time . Quite enough area yet workers were at it right and early working below us . In a decent location away from traffic yet not to far from all the attractions.

Cute Cabin

The cabin is small but well laid out and well furnished. Everything you need is there and the Stairway to Heaven name is accurate. There are about 30 stairs from the steep driveway up to the house. Having the elevation gives you a beautiful view of the mountains from the front deck. The house was very clean and the community pool was wonderful for those hot summer days. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Perfect Pigeon Forge Cabin

My husband and I took our grandkids, ages 10 and 7, to Pigeon Forge for a couple of days to explore the Great Smoky Mts and Dollywood. We decided on Stairway to Heaven because of location, size and the game room. The cabin was fully stocked and included some extras such as lots of plastic containers for leftovers, games and extra blankets. The decor was cute and comfortable; we were tempted to count how many bear items were actually in the cabin. We loved that the cabin is away from the busy-ness of Pigeon Forge. Due to the rain, we didn't use the swimming pool but we did enjoy the hot tub. And, yes, there are about 37 stairs up to the cabin as well as a steep drive but it was well worth it. I did wish that shampoo was provided and if I'm being picky, the cabin could have used a good dusting but overall, the cleanliness was fine. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Stay

Stayed for new year, the place was beautiful and clean. At the time that we stayed there happened to be a storm and we could not check in as the road was closed due to ice on the roads. That said, the very next morning the cleaning staff came in and cleaned our cabin and we were able to check in immediately. Please understand that the amount of stairs going up to the cabin are plenty and during an icy situation the steps were frozen over with ice and potentially could be very dangerous. Thankfully we did not experience any dangers but proceeded with extreme caution both going up and coming down as well as loading into the car because the car park is at a steep incline as well. Please keep this in mind if staying during winter months. Otherwise we loved it so much. It was a beautiful place with great memories.

I’m sorry to say I really wasn’t that impressed. I shouldn’t pay the $ that we did and find a blueberry on the stairs, a dirty cup in the upstairs bathroom, a sock on the porch, be missing a light bulb in the living room lamp,and find hard plaster like things in the hot tub. Not to mention if you got minimal water on the upstairs bathroom floor, it leaked into the downstairs bedroom. The jacuzzi tub was great though. Better than the hot tub. I give that and the water pressure in the bathrooms an A+. The decor was also an A+.

Great location. Not far from anything we wanted to do. We arrived to lights being off due to a power outage and might I add it was a snow storm during 12/2022. I reported the water being off and I wasn't contacted until the next day which was very unfortunate.

Loved this place!

We had a wonderful stay and would rent this cabin again. The location was ideal in relation to Dollywood and other attractions, but the neighborhood was still quiet and easy to access and we didn’t feel like neighbors were right on top of us due to the landscaping around the cabin. It was positioned nicely and the front porch was great for sipping coffee with a view of the mountains. The cabin was super clean and had everything we expected. My kids loved the pool table and pac-man machine! The decor was cute and cozy, the beds were comfy, and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!!
