Room was good for us and our stay but I will offer a few things to make it better. The mattresses need updated. Like sleeping in a hole for both of us. Sheets made it feel hot too due to them being heavy material. The master shower arm is loose and coming away from wall. Maybe add Keurig for coffee to make it easier. Had several items that were either not being used or had been replaced and were left in laundry or pantry. Put those items away out of view of guests. Nothing major but things that would make the stay even better. View was great! No issues with parking or elevators.

The furniture in the condo really needed to be updated. The couch and chair were stained, the dining room table and chairs beat up. Kitchen needs a few more utensils (sharp knives, etc). Both bedroom mattresses either needed to be flipped more often or changed. We enjoyed our stay, and view was great, but I wouldn’t choose this condo again.

We really enjoyed the condo! It's really clean and nice. The patio furniture is perfect for the balcony. The building has plenty of elevators and we never had to wait. The pools were really nice and clean. It was everything we wanted.

The property overall was clean but the bed needs work it was very hard and the tv in the bunk bed room did not have cable so was basically useless.

Cleaned well upon arrival. Very musty smell in the unit, maybe this is typical in August for the condos. Kitchen is lacking a few essentials! No hot pads, functioning sharp knives, tupperware/storage containers, and blow dryer in the master bath is not functioning well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed location only being 3/4 miles from the "T" so close enough but also far enough away from crowds and stores. Beach lounge rentals were nice and well managed. Chose the $35/day (plus a tip of course) instead of the multi day discount due to the weather. The pools/hot tub/sauna/ workout room were all very nice and helped keep 6 teenage boys entertained. Unit was spacious enough for what we needed. The twin beds were a bit rough since they are built in to the walls and there is very, very little clearance on the top bunk. Sleeper sofa is rough so might want to take it off and put on floor or pack you an air mattress.Wish I had packed a blanket. There was one spare available, but the bedding is very light so if you are cold natured, pack you something to layer with. Parking passes were $30/per vehicle so plan for that as well. Loved the view and the property is well managed.

We arrived after 5:00 pm code wouldn’t work couldn’t get in touch with Liquid life/host till next morning because their office closed at 5:00, condo security had to let us in, we couldn’t leave because we couldn’t lock door locksmith came next day and fix it. In photos of condo their was a dining table but wasn’t there, we had four bar stools and 8 of us, couch was very stained, hair in bathroom vanity drawers, smelled bad, roaches all over balcony but didn’t see any inside thankfully

Convenient to beach and stores

We didn't use bunk beds but they would be suitable for someone no taller than 4 ft. There is no table,only a bar with 4 stools.Balcony is nice but needs a table like the other units so we could eat outside.Parking pass is $30, parking garage is very tight.This isn't one of those rentals that has kitchen items that people have left behind such as spices.The description is accurate about what they provide which is minimal (not even coffee filters) Would not recommend for more than 4 people as living/kitchen/eating area not big. Also wouldn't want small children on barstools.

Lots of noise

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a lot of Jack hammering and grinding on concrete during our stay. We were not aware that it would be that loud when we booked the room.

Better that expected!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo exceeded my expectations. The pics make the place look somewhat dated but it’s actually a really nice condo! The room that was made with the bunk beds was a brilliant idea. We had one issue with the tub drainage and tv not working. I called that night around 9ish and left a message expecting I would get a call back the next morning but no, the lady at the office called me back that night and had someone there that morning!!! I was very impressed! My family and I had a blast and will definitely return and rent from Liquid Life. Y’all are doing great work 😊

Great condo, hard mattresses, parking sucks

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the condo. It was super nice. However, the mattresses in all rooms were horrible. The mattresses were like sleeping on rocks. We almost did not find a parking spot the night we arrived. Parking is super tight and the top floor of the garage was closed. The lady at the front desk was not very helpful and security is a joke.
