It’s located in the south Black Sea coast of Bulgaria in the region of Burgas known as one of the best Summer Holidays Addresses in Bulgaria with stunning sand beaches. Sun is shining on average of 345 days a year and rain is rare during the summer.
The Villa has a very beautiful professionally maintained garden and features a fantastic swimming pool with overhanging sunbathing beds! The 5 en-suite bedrooms will make you feel like in a 5 star hotel! The whole villa is equipped with everything you need to guarantee you the best vacation. The own private gated garden of 2000 sq.m., with matured trees is perfect place to enjoy the hot summer days! Parking is available for 4-5 cars. A fully equipped kitchen and barbecue are at guests disposal to enjoy home made meals for your private evenings. Open or closed terraces are there to ensure your comfort in any weather conditions. You may have on request daily housekeeping services. The house is fully air-conditioned.

Great villa and great area!

The villa is in a lovely quaint village with a small supermarket that's open until 10pm everyday. There's a lovely church opposite for those that go. Everyone is really friendly and the taxi drivers always drop right outside the house!

Best villa we have stayed in.

The house was very clean and had quality furnishings. We have stayed in a number of villas in France and this was definitely the best of all of them. Communication with the owner was very good and it was conveniently placed for the local shop and the bus to Sunny Beach. Sunny Beach was not like the TV programme, it was mainly families although there were groups of teenagers but all well behaved! Would thoroughly recommend a trip to Bulgaria!

We've stayed 9 days at the villa.The house is huge, with many rooms, 2 kitchens all well equiped for cooking.We've enjoyed the nice garden, and had all our meals in the outside kitchen very convenient.The pool is very big and clean.We'loved the location in a small village and enjoyed the authentical life of real Bulgaria.We had a car, so it was easy for us to go to the beaches (only 6 kilometers from the house), with the great black sea warm and very easy to swim.There are 2 very good and traditional restaurants just a few meters walking from the house.I recommand the location which is away from the noise and too much touristic sunny beaches for us, and closed to all services.

Wir fanden ein grosszügiges, modernes Haus vor, von dem man sogar das Meer und Nessebarsehen kann

Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Sonnenliegen am Pool, die man sich nach Bedarf verschieben kann. Der Pool ist sehr gross. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die praktische Aussenküche mit dem überdachten Essplatz ist grosse Klasse. In allen Räumen gibt es Klimaanlagen aber dank der Aussenjalousien erreicht man auch ein gutes Klima ohne diese "Kühltruhen" und deren Energieverbrauch. Vor dem Grundstück gibt es gleich einen kleinen Laden für die wichtigsten Dinge. Das Haus ist ruhig und abseits des Trubels am Strand gelegen. Bis zum Meer ist es aber nicht weit, man könnte sogar den Bus nehmen. Für die Grossfamilie oder befreundete Gruppen bestens geeignet.

Highly recommendable!

We had a very good two week holiday in this house in Kosharitsa! The house is spacious, with a wonderful garden and a nice swimming pool. We spent every day some time with the kids in the pool. The outside kitchen is well equipped, including with a barbecue, and we had all our meals on the terrace. The inside kitchen is also very well equipped. The house is is located in the center of the village, with shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is a beach nearby (10 minutes by car), which is however quite crowded. We therefore spent a bit more time to go to Vaya Beach (30 minutes by car). The landlords had arranged for a little welcome package, and were super responsive to any queries we had. We felt really welcome!

A fantastic family holiday

The house is great for any family as we had 3 grandchildren, aged 4, 2½ & 2. All rooms are roomy and cool as all floors are laid with marble. It is a shame that there is no bath, only showers, especially for the kids but we managed. Swimming pool is great with a adjoined paddling pool, and the garden is so lovely & safe as there is a remote-controlled gate. There are only two problems. One is the WiFi which is not very good. And it would be helpful to have an information /guide folder telling us what to see or do locally and having a map (perhaps glued on a notice board). We were sorry to leave!

would recommend this villa interior was clean with all bedrooms having en suite .outside area is spacious pool is not heated which could be a problem for some guests as quite cold at first for a few minutes .The spiral staircase could be a problem if you had elderly guests in your party but overall this is an excellent villa and would definitely recommend it

An Outstanding Property

A magnificent house in beautiful grounds and pool which are well maintained. The house is very spacious with en suite bathrooms is an added bonus with a group. The owners are very attentive and helpful for information about the area and local amenities. We have had a truly relaxing time here away from the beach resort and highly recommend.

Wonderful !

We went to Sunny Beach with my friends and weren't disappointed. The villa is huge, fully equipped, and approximately 15 minutes from sunny beach by the bus (the bus stop is in front of the villa) which is cheap (~0,60€ the ticket). There arer also a supermarket and a nice restaurant not far from the villa. The surroundings of the house are well maintained by the gardener, who's also very helpful if you've any other problem with the house. We highly recommand this house !

Beautiful villa, spacious, big pool, convenient location

We had a really good 4 days here, the house was perfect with beautiful views from the roof, a great pool and even an en suite in every room! There are a number of restaurants in the village and the house is next door to a small supermarket if you want to cook for yourself. The bus stop is directly opposite the house and takes only 10 minutes to get to the beach so there is plenty to do. Would highly recommend!

Fabiulous.

This was the most beautiful Villa ever. Myself and my family, eleven alltogether. Had a marvellous time. The pool kept the children engaged All the time. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Short trips to Sunny Beach and Nasabar, were also easy by bus or taxi. Nothing was too much trouble, with a caretaker house next door, to answer any need or question. In all it was Stupendous. A wonderful place in a lovely environment

This is a very special place , since it has access to all the activities you could wish for close up and while you live in a small authentic village where nature, animals and people is reminiscent of an untouched world. The description is in good agreement with reality. The owner and his wife are wonderful people who will do everything that their guests enjoy their stay and you feel incredibly welcome! I can recommend this fantastic house very much!

My wife and me we are the owners of this very welcoming and hospitable villa which for us is a second home where we spend a lot of our free time and where we gather together with our 3 children. Everyone of us is in love with our Summerhouse because it is the best place to relax - quiet and green, sunny and marvelous and as close as 7 minutes to the beach or a pub or an entertainment of all kind like go kart, water parks, water ski or water jets. We think anyone will enjoy the villa, the pool and the matured garden with over 51 pine trees. The Villa gives you the feeling that you are at one and the same time on the sea and in the mountains. Maybe the best place to spend your holidays in the exotic Bulgarian Black see coast.
