Zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss Villa Apartment für 4 Personen und ein Baby im Kinderbett in ruhiger Umgebung mit offenem Wohnzimmer / Küche und Terrassentüren, die auf eine geräumige private Sonnenterrasse, einen Pool und einen Garten führen. Die Wohnung über uns ist nicht in Gebrauch, so dass Sie die alleinige Nutzung des Pools und der großen Sonnenterrasse haben. Voll klimatisiert, voll möbliert und gut ausgestattet. SMART TV (NETFLIX) wird wie WLAN installiert. Das ist unser Ferienhaus hier

Peaceful Neighborhood Stay

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this nice 2 bedroom villa, close to restaurants and mini markets. We loved having our own private pool at the end of a long hot day site seeing. Colin gives great directions and tips on staying in Kefalonia.

Relaxation at it's best

We stayed 2 weeks here. You do need a car for this property. We did lot of walking around in the area which was fantastic all the locals we met were friendly. The property has 2 lovely bedrooms, lounge kitchen and dining area with a lovely pool and patio. The villa managers were friendly when we met them and gave us a few ideas for us to explore.

Fantastic villa *****

We had a great stay in villa parkershaw Beautiful surroundings, everything you need Home from home. Loved the Little things like iPod doc and beach towels. There was great communication from owners . 5mins drive from the beautiful town katelios with lovely restraunts and beach. And only about 15min drive from Skala. We had a great time thank you.

Great and relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful two-week stay here. The house is spacious, has comfortable beds and sofas and more than enough room for a family. We especially liked the private pool, which always refreshed us in the afternoons during the Greek heatwave. Our daughter also had a lot of fun in the water. We were provided with a lot of information before our arrival and the property managers were always available and very friendly during our stay. We can only recommend the house for a holiday in Kefalonia.

Perfect

Absolutely stunning location, lovely villa with everything we needed. We loved the layout of the property and the pool area and views was to die for. Would come back on a heartbeat. Colin provided detailed directions and info on the villa beforehand and the managing agents were on hand if we needed anything (we didnt). Thank you Colin and Suzie we had the best time.

Heavenly villa - amazing location

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay in this villa. It is a gorgeous spot with amazing views of both the mountains and the sea. The terrace and pool are large and very well maintained with beautiful green gardens, oleander bushes and pine trees surrounding. It is the perfect spot to unwind and is even more beautiful than the photos. Our teenage kids adored the pool. The villa is perfect for 4 - open-plan, spacious, very clean and well equipped. Lovely main bedroom looking out onto terrace and pool. There is a supermarket really close by, which was super convenient, and nearby villages with lovely tavernas to eat at. The sunsets each evening were wonderful. There is easy access to lots of beaches (car is needed) and directions from the airport to the villa were great. The managers were very welcoming and on hand if we had any questions. Kefalonia is incredibly beautiful and we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and enjoy our holiday - would give 10 stars if we could -thank you.

Perfect stay!!

What a wonderful apartment! We had such an amazing stay here. It was really comfortable and had everything we could ask for with tasteful decor, all modern cons (stereo/cd player, dvd/washing machine/dishwasher etc) and incredibly peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Wifi was really good and very reliable. Beds are nice and comfy! Pool/Terrace/Garden are just gorgeous, with really comfortable sun loungers, lilo, bbq and great outdoor dining set/umbrella. Only thing to mention is to take some extra bath/face towels as ones provided are on the small side, but the beach towels provided are great; large and very soft. The owners are super helpful and bent over backwards to make our stay as perfect as possible. All one can ask for in a holiday rental and more!!

A perfect family holiday home

We have just returned from two weeks at this amazing property in Kefalonia. Colin and Suzie have created a wonderful holiday home which caters for all needs, which we found particularly helpful with a young family. We had everything we needed and the house is immaculately clean, tasteful and peaceful and is set in the perfect location if you want beaches, restaurants and amazing views. Colin and Suzie were unbelievably helpful and thoughtful during our stay, checking all was ok and providing directions etc. This has been our best holiday so far with our family and that is down to the way we felt so relaxed and chilled out at this perfect house. We have already booked for next year! Thanks Colin and Suzie for sharing your little corner of paradise with us. We are so grateful.

Peace and Tranquility

To step out of the "Rat-race" for a period for total relaxation then this is for you. Villa Parker-Shaw is clean comfortable and well equipped. A lovely surprise when we opened the fridge, a welcome pack of various groceries which started the stay very well. Lovely sunny terrace where we had breakfast every morning. and large pool with comfortable loungers, which on hot sunny days became a Godsend. The only noise surrounding us on our stay were the Crickets and the distant sound of the melon man selling his wares. Internet access was great especially during our stay the T.V was unobtainable which Colin had warned us of, so wasn't an issue. Colin and Suzie were very helpful from the beginning, giving us the name of a great local car hire company who met us at the airport. Colin & Suzie send you a pack giving concise directions from the airport, villa facilities etc, nothing seemed too much trouble. With Villa neighbours Mike and Sue adding to assistance as well. You will need a car as the fantastic choice of restaurants, beach and larger supermarket in Katelios are just 5 km away. The location gives good access to most of the islands attractions, although a lengthy drive to Assos or Fiskardo, is absolutely worth the effort. We found the local beaches down the narrow dirt tacks but one of the nicest was at Skala (12k) especially for space go to the east side. Whilst beach towels are provided we recommend you take your own to minimise bringing unwanted sand into the pool area.The boat tours from Skala are also a must do, we did the Ithaka trip and it was worth every Euro. We loved it here and if still available will return in the near future.

Special place

Colin and Suzie’s apartment is very comfortable, clean and in a very private and quiet area. The views towards the sea and of the mountain are amazing and it is in a lovely part of the island. We had an amazing holiday and didn’t want to leave - we would love to come back one day. Colin’s pre arrivals information was detailed, check in was easy and the local managing agent was very helpful and friendly.

Relaxing holiday in lovely location

Just returned from an extremely enjoyable 10 day holiday in this comfortable villa. We booked very last minute and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful in steering us through all the extra travel requirements currently in place. As a result our arrival at Kefalonia was seamless and thanks to Colin’s excellent directions we were very quickly relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The villa is very well equipped and clean. Whilst we were there, the island sadly suffered a terrible hurricane soon to be followed by a very strong thunderstorm but the villa withstood the battering well. The property manager was very helpful and stayed in contact to make sure everything was ok. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and I would highly recommend staying in this villa. It is peaceful but very convenient for getting around the island and close to good restaurants and beaches. Hope it won’t be too long until we are back!

Lovely property, fantastic holiday

My family and I have just returned from a 10 day holiday here in Kefalonia. The property is secluded, safe and private with all the amenities needed for a lovely family holiday. Our boys especially loved the private swimming pool! Check in process was seamless and any questions we had were answered promptly by the managing agents Alison and Roy. Kefalonia is a wonderful island with clean, beautiful beaches. The local restaurants were open and serving delicious food safely during the ongoing health crisis. We feel lucky to have been able to get away this year and would definitely want to return to this apartment.

2 weeks in Aug 2019

Lovely 2 week stay in this house. The location was peaceful and the mountain scenery delightful. Only 5 minutes from Katelios where there are lots of tavernas. We enjoyed a restaurant called Anemos at Kaminia beach, great food and lovely view. The house was spacious and well equipped. A coffee maker would have been a bonus. The patio and pool area were superb. Overall we had a great time in Kefalonia.

Peaceful and relaxing holiday

Just returned from a two week stay and would like thank Colin and Suzie for letting stay in there lovely apartment. They communicated regularly and provide detailed information prior to our stay. The apartment was well maintain and had everything you need to make this a home away from home. The pool is very private and is a sun trap particularly in the afternoon. Alison the property manager contacted us on arrival and was helpful and welcoming. She attend the property to changed the bedding and towels during our stay. There was a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. The apartment is well situated for a base to travel around the island. We picked this apartment for the purpose of relaxation and meet all our expectations as the only noise we could generally hear was the birds. We would definitely return again and would recommend to anyone looking for a quite and relaxing setting.

Fantastic two weeks in great location

Just got back from two week stay in Valeriano. The Villa was just what we wanted, quiet and private and a great base for exploring the South East of the island. Lovely beaches and walking near by. Colin and Suzie were great through the whole process. Loved the new Gazebo, some shade from the sun if needed. Would definitely go back again.

Idyllic few days

The apartment is exactly as described-very comfortable and with a lovely private pool.It is set in a rather strange situation-an almost empty residential cul-de-sac accessed by an unmaintained road.It suited us because it was very quiet but only a short drive to Katelios where there are loads of restaurants.We actually really enjoyed a very traditional Greek restaurant much closer to the house on the road to Katelios.The Island is small enough that we managed to visit a large part of it in only a week.

Amazing villa And a beautiful location

Loved everything about this villa from the brilliant communication with Colin, excellent maps and info provided beforehand, photos do not do this villa justice, pool is gorgeous and serviced twice weekly during our stay, everything was immaculate and was like home from home. When we arrived there was fresh bread, buttter, water, ice cubes etc which was much needed after our early start. We were traveling as a couple but wouldn’t hesitate to take our children in the future as the apartment had books, dvds, Netflix and pool toys to amuse them and beautiful beaches only a short distance away. Also extremely private and not over looked by other properties. Colin kindly put us in touch with Venus car rentals who met us at arrivals and were very professional and helpful.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful setting

We have just returned from a week in your apartment and we wish we could have stayed longer! The scenery is stunning, the photos don’t really do it justice, and the apartment itself was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed and breakfast for our first morning was waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. Having Netflix was perfect for our 5 year old when she needed some down time, and we all massively enjoyed the pool which was really well looked after. The new terrace was fantastic - built to replace the parasol - and it looks amazing. It was just a couple of miles to katelios and a short scenic drive to skala. The apartment was easy to find as it’s not far off the main road, but it’s quiet and feels private. We would love to go back and have made some lovely memories of our first family holiday abroad! Communication from Colin was great and we had all the info we needed from him to make our stay perfect- thank you :-)
