Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Dies ist unser Feriendomizil und als solches zu einem hohen Standard mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub benötigen. In einer ruhigen Lage 5 Minuten Fußweg vom 5-Sterne-Hotel und Resort-Center. Der lokale Spa-Supermarkt ist umgezogen und modernisiert worden und ist jetzt 15-18 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
Verbringen Sie Zeit im Garten oder in unserem privaten Pool mit römischer Treppe. Am frühen Abend genießen Sie die Sonne auf der Dachterrasse, entspannen Sie bei einem Glas Wein und beobachten Sie, wie die Sonne untergeht. Wir haben die letzten Monate damit verbracht, unsere Villa zu verbessern und zu modernisieren. Die Lounge wurde aktualisiert und wir haben ein blaues Ledersofa. Die überdachte Terrasse wurde kürzlich mit Glasvorhängen ausgestattet. Dies wird der Unterkunft an windigen Tagen zugute kommen, wenn Sie auf Wunsch eine Seite schließen können. An kühleren Wintertagen können sie geschlossen werden und Sie können die Wärme der Sonne genießen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich um ein FRONT LINE Golfhotel handelt und somit immer die Gefahr besteht, dass Bälle in den Garten geschlagen werden. Es gibt Golfnetze, aber gelegentlich kommen sie noch rein.

Beautiful well equipped villa

We had a fantastic stay at Mar Menor. The villa was spotless and well equipped, with a wonderful pool area (the kids spent the majority of the week in the pool!). Walking distance to bars and restaurants on the golf resort and just outside the entrance. Great location for exploring Murcia and Cartagena. The hosts were very helpful. We hope to return soon!

Tavernor The villa is lovely. Great looking out over the golf resort. 1 km walk to the restaurants. Extremely well equipped with everything from hoover, hairdryer, sun hats, first aid kit, hand wash, cards and games books, candles chargers , lots of cleaning products! The hosts were really good with all communication and Sarah called around to say hello on our first day to check all was ok! We would definitely stay here again.

Très belle Villa

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Le complexe Mar Menor est très bien entretenu, et est très calme. Service d'entretien, de sécurité sur place. Concernant la Villa, nous avons eu de très très bon contact avec Louise, et tous ces renseignements et conseils donnés par internet avant le séjour nous ont été très utiles. Louise a été également très réactive à notre demande de renseignements. Louise fait appel à des personnes sur place pour l'intendance, en cas de soucis avec la villa. Sarah et Mark, sont d'une très grande gentillesse et sont aux petits soins, et très très réactifs en cas de soucis. Une adresse a conservée. Seul petit bémol, ce côté de l'Espagne est relativement sec.

Great Villa. Very well kept and stocked with everything that’s needed for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is in a good location for all on site amenities. The pool is fantastic & well maintained. The reclining sofa & wide screen tv are great for relaxing when the sun gets too hot! The air conditioning units are so quiet & very effective. Overall an amazing place to stay!

Absolutely lovely holiday

The villa, the location, the atmosphere of the Mar Manor Golf Resort was fabulous. The villa was equipped to perfection. It was home from home. The pool was beautiful and such a must in the scorching Spanish sun. The beach of Los Alcazeres is only about 7 min drive from the resort although for us the pool provided perfect relaxation anyway. The resort still has very Spanish feel with many locals living there permanently and old part (port) is also very traditional and Spanish. The newer part of Los Alcazeres (the Square) is very touristy, with lots of Brits enjoying the atmosphere. There are many restaurants on the square but make sure you book to avoid disappointment. We also visited some local restaurants like 'Gateway to India' in Roldan- highly recommended, "Bombay Dream" on the Boulevard as well as some restaurants in the complex. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!

Wonderful Villa. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with my family for 7 nights in early August 2017. We loved the villa and was able to relax and enjoy the space. We much preferred it to squeezing into a hotel room. The best things about this place are; Very clean and tidy. Great decor. Great outdoor space- pool area and roof terrace. Good sized pool. Fab freeview TV and PlayStation for the kids. Comfortable beds. Great Air-conditioning. Wifi. 2 bathrooms. 1 ensuite the other next to the second bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need including dishwasher and washing machine. 10 min drive from Los Alcazares which has plenty of restaurants and a great beaches. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. On site supermarket, close to the villa and larger supermarkets nearby. The owers are wonderful - great communication, giving lots of good local information and advice. We received our deposit back the day after returning home. We didn't hire a car but used a taxi driver that the owners recommended. He was very reliable and friendly. If we have the chance to return to the villa, we would hire a car next time, so we could explore and get to see more or the area. Hopefully we will be back.

Beautiful relaxing and peaceful

First time at villa ,owner was very welcoming and everything you needed is there ..pool was fantastic in the 34 degree heat. view from roof terrace over the 2nd hole is a fantastic place for breakfast or evening fizz !! wonderful relaxing time in a secure and well equipped resort , definitely go again .. thanks

Comfortable, peaceful and relaxing!

If you want comfort, relaxation and peacefulness then this is the place for you. We stayed here for two weeks in July 2016. We found the villa had plenty of space both internally and externally for us. The villa was like a home form home especially with having a dishwasher, even thought it was only used to clean up after breakfast, snacks and refreshments. We had some nice evening meals on the golf complex and on the outside boulevard at reasonable prices. The only down side we found was that the only form of transport away from the complex was by taxi if you haven't got your own. Thanks Lousie.

Excellent Property

I've stayed at this resort for the last 5 years, 1st time was with James Villas, 2nd 3rd and 4th with another Owners Direct Villa, and this year with Louise and Chris's Villa. There is no doubt that this was the better of the three properties. There was everything we needed for our 2 week stay, which made the holiday all the more enjoyable. It is in a nice location, front line golf so you're not overlooked, not very far from the hotel and its bars/restaurants and an easy walk to the Boulevard for more places to eat and drink. As this is a south east facing villa the sun sets at the front of the property which is ideal as you can take advantage of the roof terrace if like me your'e a sun worshiper. If I return to this resort again I will most definitely try to book with Louise and Chris.

Top Class Villa

Having stayed in a number of villas over the years, this villa is of extremely high standards and has everything that you could possible need and more. Pool is a good size with walk in steps to make it easier getting in and out. It is situated in a quiet street so is perfect for families with small children, with on site security and even has its own team of people to ensure that the every where is spotless and clean. Would recommend a car however on site shop is extremely well stocked and only a short walk from the villa. Nearest town is only about 15 minutes drive away Booking this villa was easy and very straight forward with excellent communication from the owner. Also instructions received prior to our arrival were extremely detailed and easy to understand - first time in a while we haven't got lost on route Would recommend for families, couples of all ages and would happily recommend this villa to my family and friends

We are a married couple in our 60's . We both relish our holidays in the sun. We bought the villa when the resort was in the early stages of being built and have enjoyed watching it grow into a very beautiful place. We have made lots of friends and enjoy the facilities on the complex.Our favourite pastime is playing paddle tennis. Padel Tennis is a Spanish game that is a bit like a cross between squash and tennis, but played mainly outside. We intend to keep the villa into our retirement and so will be keeping it updated and maintaining it to a high standard.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We bought the villa in Dec 2004 as we were looking for a place in the sun. We wanted a place with all the benefits of a hotel resort and local sports facilities, with our own private living space, our own pool and all the comforts of home. We found it. We enjoy the fact that we can opt for a quiet day around our pool or play golf, have a game of tennis or padel tennis ,our favourite, go to the gym, attend a class at the town centre or just walk to the hotel and spend time there. We also like to stroll out in the evening locally or to one of the many bars or restaurants. With some fantastic beaches close by, this resort is in a perfect location. We love to walk along the front in Los Alcazares and have breakfast at "The Hotel " ... La Encarnacion .... To sit outside having breakfast in the sunshine looking out on the Mar Menor in the winter is so special. A real tonic.Lo Pagan is another favourite walk, where people cover themselves in the therapautic mud to aid aches and pains. We love being here... as do our family.

The Caleia Mar Mar Menor golf resort and Spa hotel 5 mins walk from the villa has some excellent restaurants, and bars. It has an 18 hole golf course, (Jack Nicklaus design). The Spike bar "the 19 th "is a busy hub for golfers and locals to meet up and discuss their day.
The villa itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac over looking the 2nd green. We have furnished the property to a high standard as it is our second home and we spend most of our holidays there. All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
The villa is in a very quiet location. So it is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
The resort continues to grow and improve and there are now some lovely restaurants within a 20 min walk out on the boulevard.Its great to be able to walk out in the evening, have a glass of wine or two and not have to worry about driving home.
The MMGR club is a hive of activity with Padel tennis at its core , a gym, fitness, yoga and pilates classes.Its amazing doing yoga outside the sunshine. There is also a crazy golf course for the kids and a heated swimming pool. There is a local charge made for all the club facilities.( See "Club MMGR "for their website and charges)
