This light and spacious villa is situated in a quiet well established cul-de-sac with its large private swimming pool and secluded garden. It has extensive terraces with fine views of the sea and the mountains, providing sun and shade throughout the day. Most of the accommodation is on the first floor with the master suite on the second floor and a self contained apartment on the ground floor, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people.

Relaxing week

The villa is very comfortable for a large family and the pool is supberb. It's a short walk to the nearest beach, however, in the summer it is very busy on the coast and the area is quite built up, being a resort location. However, it was remarkably quiet and the supermarket is very close - as are many other outings to do.

Nice house with great pool close to the beach

The house is great, with nice terraces where you can have lunch, breakfast
 overlooking the sea and feeling the breeze. I would have loved to have air conditioning in the house, although the ceiling fans helped. Overall the house, the owner and the house management were fantastic. I would recommend this listing.

Perfecta estancia en Alcossebre

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. La casa se encuentra totalmente equipada y no echas en falta ningĂșn detalle. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa de Las Fuentes a la que se puede ir andando sin esfuerzo. La piscina es estupenda. En resumen, todo perfecto para pasar unos dĂ­as tranquilos y agradables.

Disappointing

Bed linen and towels not changed during our two week stay. At the price we paid we expected this. Need your own bbq equipment. Air conditioning is needed in this villa the ceiling fans and electric fans were ineffectual. We were all bitten terribly by mosquitoes. There were only 4 sunloungers that were any good. The white plastic ones were mostly defective and the cushions unusable. We do not understand how the pool is looked after, the chlorine levels were high and our light coloured swimsuits turned green, we have tried washing them but the green will not come out. We did speak to the management company about this while we were there. You need to be fit to stay in this villa as the nearest spar shop was at least a 15 minute walk.

Ideal holiday property for a family

Great location in nice area, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Good size pool, many outside areas providing shade at different times of the day some with views of the sea. Plenty of space in the house which is well equipped.

Fantastic holidays in Alcossebre!!

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The swimming pool and lunch/dining terrace were perfect for enjoying the hot weather. The property is as described in the advert and has more than enough space to host a large group. Communication and check in was easy and friendly. Highly recommended!

Buena experiencia, recomendable

Somos un grupo familiar que pasamos 15 días en agosto. La situación de la casa es perfecta, a 8 minutos andando de la playa mås cercana y en una zona donde comienza la montaña con lo que tiene unas vistas al mar buenas y recibe el viento de la montaña. La casa tiene espacios muy amplios: la terraza es un lujo donde se puede comer y cenar cómodamente, los baños estån recién renovados, la habitación de arriba es muy grande con terraza propia y baño, ademås la casa estå rodeada de un jardín que hace que se tenga espacio suficiente. No es una vivienda amueblada ni equipada de lujo aunque cuenta con lo båsico. El trato con los propietarios ha sido perfecto desde el primer momento con seguimiento y comunicación continua. Hubo una pequeña avería que arreglaron de inmediato a través de la persona que nos recibió en la casa. El mantenimiento del jardín es perfecto y la limpieza de la piscina, 2 veces por semana, hace que esté siempre perfecta. Destacamos también la cantidad de muebles de jardín disponibles así como su buen estado. La urbanización es muy tranquila. Por matizar información que aparece en la web: la TV no se puede ver (los propietarios ya nos habían avisado previamente), la sala de juegos en realidad es el garaje que no pudimos usar para jugar ya que los anteriores inquilinos habían roto la mesa de tenis; y no se cambian las sabanas y las toallas semanalmente como se recoge en la web. En general la casa es muy agradable, amplia y cómoda. Buena experiencia, recomendable.

Simply OUTSTANDING family holiday

We had the most amazing time. A fabulous villa in a superb location. The owners have thought of every little detail and you couldn't wish for anything. A very spacious villa with plenty of 'hiding holes' for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing break. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Close to all to local attractions yet just far enough away to feel like your own little peace of heaven. We would recommend it to anyone without hesitation !

Villa review

We've stayed many times at this villa. Wonderful secluded and peaceful location with access to marina and beached on foot. We would recommend a car for your holiday but you can access the village and amenities easily enough without. The villa is beautifully situated, nicely equipped and has extensive and well thought out accommodation. The pool is lovely and is a proper swimming pool not just a plunge pool! We would strongly recommend the villa for large families, groups of friends or simply for a private family holiday.

A lovely villa

As a party of 4 this villa was more than big enough, I can see it being just as much fun when full to capacity, cracking pool, superb location with every thing being really close at hand, plenty to do in and around the resort and has a real Spanish feel. Would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to do their own thing in style.

A Very Spanish Holiday

As a group of ten we looked for a property that could accommodate us all and we came across this wonderful villa. Situated in a very spanish resort you will have the opportunity to enjoy a holiday that has a proper spanish feel. We arrived for our 8 day stay and found a villa that exceeded our expectations, the pool and property are in a great location and provides you with everything you would want from a holiday home and then some. Chris is very accommodating and contacted us before our stay. We had one small issue while there and it was dealt with quickly. The pool was maintained to an excellent standard. The town of Alcoceber is approximately a 20/25 minute walk away with a big supermarket (Consum) a five minute drive up the road. Within 5 minutes walk there is a small supermarket and ten minutes takes you to the beach and a number of restaurants. The marina is a great place for a drink or something to eat. We will without a doubt return. Great place, great atmosphere, a great holiday to remember. Thanks

We have been visiting this villa in Las Fuentas as a family since 1995. Having fallen in love with the relaxed atmosphere and stunning surroundings, we jumped at the opportunity to purchase this villa in 2004!
