We are in a no blow zone - which makes it illegal for the conductor to sound the horn UNLESS there is imminent danger actually on the track. There is also an oil company nearby, but guests will find this gated development both quiet and inviting. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and you have a big selection of bars and entertainment venues to choose from.
