The house is big and spacious, yet cozy/comfy at the same time. Had 13 people, but it didn't feel crowded. The views and setting are awesome. Overall, it is a great place to stay on shore of Lake Superior.

The house is huge with a unique layout. There was plenty of space for our family gathering of 13. The kitchen is well stocked and has very nice appliances. The views of Lake Superior are spectacular. We enjoyed fires by the lake. We hope to be back again next year.

The house is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views of Lake Superior! It is as described in a quiet wooded area. Our group of 10 women very much enjoyed the many things to do in the area, such as hiking the National Lakeshore trails, visiting beaches, going to apple orchards, shopping in Cornucopia and Bayfield, visiting museums, golf at Apostle Highlands. We enjoyed a dinner The Cranberry Over Superior. Lots of fun just playing games and having a bonfire at the house!Would recommend as a great rental for larger groups!

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly want. There was a great selection of games and outdoor activities, plus several places we could split into smaller groups or stay in one area. Everything was great!

The house is beautiful, great for multigenerational families to vacation together. The property is peaceful. The sunrises are amazing. Even the rain and waves crashing into the shore is so relaxing. My kids are 6 months to 15 and they all loved staying here. It isn’t too far from many beaches, hiking trails, or other outdoor adventures. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in. We were able to easily cook large meals for our large family. We really lived staying here. Perfect way to end the summer.

The house was everything we needed with our group, ages 1 to 73. Bedrooms were spread out enough that the littlest members weren't woke up by the loudest members, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliances, utensils, etc. It was extremely hot so we didnt get to use the bonfire pit but the area was super nice and we would have loved it. Great distance from everything we wanted to do in the area. (Beach, hiking, apostle island, Bayfield, kayaking, etc( Lots of sitting area, enough space to play games, have a puzzle going, and a movie night. We had to deal with the boundary waters fires and the house had enough activities to keep us all entertained. Baby gates were a big plus for the one year old also. Several family members used the treadmill also.

A Beautiful property!!! We had a group of 6 gather here from all different locations, and we were thrilled with the place! The Lake Superior views are the highlight, for sure, but also the kitchen was very well equipped and huge enough for all of us to be working, prepping, & cleaning up. The main living area was so welcoming with windows on 2 sides, we gathered there every day and savored nature being all around us. We loved the huge dining table for meals as well as doing creative projects together. We found the layout of the house a bit confusing at first, but we all adjusted and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious layout!! We were there too early in the spring to be able to properly enjoy the great outdoor spaces - we'll be back in warmer weather!! It's a beautiful location, a beautiful property, and beautifully equipped!! We will for sure rent this place again! Thank you.

Yes, the kitchen space was wonderful! We really loved the ease of using the available space. Our dog, Marci also loved the space, and I think she felt quite at home.

Wonderful views of lake. Cabin had everything you needed. Well stocked, lots of towels and plillows. Beds were very comfortable. We had a nice campfire the last night we were there. Made some wonderful memories. Will definately come back

Family Vacation

This is the perfect private getaway for a Family Vacation right on Lake Superior. Excellent view of the Lake. The house had every amenity you could need. Great space, plenty of room. Hosts are amazing!

Beautiful Bark Bay

Beautiful views, unique design of home.

Our group of 11 all enjoyed the Superior views, plenty of beds, and the unique design of the home. The kitchen lacked nothing and the native wildlife was on display. Excellent property, highly recommend.

Perfect house for our family vacation

Everything about this house was great, plenty of room for my family of 9, location to local towns and the Apostle Islands, communication with property owner, and beautiful views of the lake! I really appreciate all of the extra towels and bedding because other VRBO’s are sometimes not so generous. We also loved the abundance of seating in the great room, we’ve been to several homes that only seat a few when the home sleeps 10-15, so that was fantastic. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
