Unsere ersten Stock Platz für sieben mit einem großen Schlafzimmer und Bad, und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und Gäste-Bad. Es ist geräumig und sauber. Es gibt Matratzenbezüge, Decken, Steppdecken und Kissen auf jedem Bett. Sie müssen Ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher oder sichern Sie diese durch Leinen Verleih bringen.
Mit nur einem Gerät nebenan und Fenstern auf drei Seiten können Sie die Privatsphäre und Sommerbrisen weht durch genießen.
Achten Sie darauf, um den Strand zu erkunden, die bei Hochwasser und wunderschönen Sandstrand Wohnungen bei Ebbe fantastische Schwimmen bietet so dass Sie etwa eine Meile zu gehen und Gezeitenbecken und Sandbänke erkunden.

Another wonderful stay!!

This was our third summer staying at the property and it was as fantastic as ever. The condo is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. It is conveniently located between the beach (which is never crowded!) and the pool. The sunsets are unmatched and the low tide is amazing for little kids. Our trip there is always the highlight of our summer and we would love to stay again!

Great Family Vacation Home

Beautiful clean home that is centrally located to both the pool and the beach, just minutes away. Modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space and storage. Was able to fit a porta-crib in the room with 2 beds no problem. Plenty of seating for dining indoors and out. Great dining table for our family game nights. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot in Brewster close to the beach

My wife, toddler and I spent a wonderful week at Pat’s home around July 4th. Spacious, well-located and well-equipped. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful, private beach as well as the nicely maintained pool. Pat was responsive, a great communicator and a wonderful host. Would love to stay again!

Happy Return

On our return visit we were so pleased to find everything we enjoyed previously, the clean,comfortable,well equipped property in a quiet community. There was also the convenience of everything being on one level. The scenic short walk to a private Cape Cod Bay beach is so appealing. Add to all this that communicating with the Brewers is so easy and friendly. The location in Brewster, our favorite Cape location , is also such a positive feature, with excellent restaurants nearby,as well as the Cape Rail Trail for biking , other beaches and ponds and good proximity to other favorite towns such as Dennis and Chatham. We highly recommend staying at the Brewers

We love this place!!

Third year back and won’t be our last! This condo is perfect for our family and right in the heart of our happiest Brewster vacation memories. The condo is spacious, super-clean, and well-appointed. It’s also an excellent bonus to have access to the pool facilities and private beach!

Brewster Hideaway

This property is absolutely amazing! The complex is very quiet but yet walkable to things to do in Brewster like the general store and Brewster scoop. Only a few minute walk to both the pool and beach which were both well maintained and not overly busy given the time of year. The beach and the nightly sunsets are stunning! We are already trying to figure out how and when we can come back next year. Thank you Pat and Phil that is an awesome spot - 5 stars all the way!!!

This was the second year we’ve stayed at the property and it is simply wonderful! The home is beautiful and as a family with young children the location is perfect with easy access to the beach, pool, and surrounding Brewster restaurants. Another wonderful stay in Brewster

A wonderful property in a great Brewster location. The home had everything needed for a relaxing early summer stay with friends. Light filled rooms, Modern updated applianes and clean , spacious living dining room made even a few soggy mornings comfortable. The community pool and landscaping was well maintained and welcoming. The Sears point private beach remains a highlight away from the crowds on the calm and warmer Bay side.Lots to do in and near Brewster. Brewster whitecaps baseball- The summer Cape Cod league local team is fun to watch and enjoy. America's pastime at its finest. CCRT nearby for biking to Nickerson Park and on thru to Orleans, Eastham, the National Seashore and Wellfleet. The Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans makes for a welcome ' rehydration and ice cream stop'. Cape Cod museum and Brewster conservancy are great walkable destinations for birdwatching and

Fantastic

This was the second year we stayed here! The home is much nicer then the pictures show! Beautiful area, quiet, yet close to everything. Three minutes to walk to your own beach, or short drive to beach! We watched the seals playing in the water every day! Pat gets right back to you with any and all questions!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The house was so comfortable and cozy. And the kitchen! Wow, new and the very best appliances. We like to cook so this was a great feature for us. The hosts were so gracious (even when we made off the the key fob to the pool!)😬 The bathrooms had been updated and the shower in the master suite was just great. If you are thinking of staying here - do it! You won’t be disappointed even a little. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations!! The condo is beautiful with updated bathrooms and kitchen and anything needed for an enjoyable stay. We are a family with two young children and the fact that it is on one floor was a huge plus! The beach and pool are both very close to the property and were never crowded. The Brewster flats are perfect for young children and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this property and we are hoping to come back next year!

Great stay right by the beach in a gorgeous community

My family just returned from a week in Sears Point and we absolutely loved our stay. The unit is spacious with great amenities, including a gorgeous kitchen and master bath. The Sears Point property is beautifully maintained. The beach is a short walk away. Many days, we were the only family on it. All in all we highly recommend this unit and can't wait to return.

Great place, great location

This property is fantastic. I’ve stayed here before and it is always a nice, well kept relaxing place. The unit is has well laid out. The kitchen and patio are new. Furniture is comfortable. Owners are easy to work with. Location is a 1 min walk through a nice path to the beach. Beach is fairly private. There is an observation deck on beach path to watch sunsets from. The association pool is clean and not busy. Rail trail is a quick bike ride. Overall relaxing

Amazing stay on Cape Cod

My adult daughter and I booked this wonderful home to avoid crowds and see the beautiful Northeast during the fall season. We could not have been happier. The home is light and breezy and the location is simply wonderful. The pool and hot tub were still open and we took full advantage. The private beach was the icing on the cake. Sunrise, sunset - oh my. We even had a fire on the beach on our last night. Everything worked seamlessly and my silly questions were immediately answered. The owner even extended herself to ship a dress that I had forgotten. If I’m able to come back to the Cape ther is no place I’d rather stay.

We spent many years on the Cape with our parents and grandparents when we were children. We have continued this tradition with our now grown children, who call the Cape their Touch Stone.
