Glad you loved the place! I’m sorry you couldn’t find the sugar. It was by the microwave in a Tupperware labeled sugar, but kinda off to the side. As far as the crumbs on the table goes, I don’t know how I missed that. I’m so sorry. I know I cleaned the table, but maybe they were hidden in one of the placemats. Apologies!

You had 5-7 cars stuffed in our shared parking lot. I asked you three times not to block our. Are. Your had far too many people as well. And you were completely rude when I asked you to move the car and left the property without even moving the car. Honestly it’s an entitled people like you that make us not want to rent our home lol

Unfortunately we host some guests that make retaliatory reviews when I ask about damaged items and broken house rules. This guest really enjoyed their week at our home., but turned angry and very sarcastic when approached about some missing items., damaged and ruined towels and check out procedures. Guest left many messes around our home and greatly exaggerated most of his comments and criticism. You can hear the sarcastic complaints in the tone of the review which is entirely unnecessary. Guest stayed mid winter… meaning the yard is in winter mode and most of the trees and plants in hibernation. Fences are intact. There are no mice or spiders as stated. I should know live in the house when not rented. This guest also received lower winter rates and a weekly discount., however complained the most and was very diva like. You know how that goes lol. Sad I even have to defend his invalid review. I’m not sure how someone could rent a stated rustic country home and expect the Hilton Suites. Oh well! Can’t please everyone. Also yes. We share a very large driveway and 8 car parking lot … that is stated and shared with all of our guests. It’s the local law to have a granny unit on property while short term rentals are in use here in Sonoma County. I wrote him s very nice review despite them being problematic… because I’m not petty.
