Dieses neu erbaute Cottage am Seeufer wurde erstmals im Sommer 2006 genutzt. Es liegt am Bellairesee, einem Teil der unteren Seenkette von Antrim County. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über 1900 Quadratmeter klimatisiertes und beheiztes geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Panoramablick auf den See kann von fast jedem Zimmer gesehen werden.

Die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite ist komfortabel mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Das erste Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen spektakulären Blick auf den Bellaire-See. Das zweite Zimmer bietet ein Doppelstockbett mit zwei Einzelbetten.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock teilen sich ein Badezimmer. Die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, komplettem Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Am Morgen erwartet Sie ein echter Gaskamin aus Stein, und auf der großen überdachten Veranda können Sie den Blick auf den See genießen. Ein 42-Zoll-LCD-Flachbild-TV mit Direkt-TV ist im Familienzimmer ebenfalls vorhanden.

Über 200 Fuß Zeder Dock ist die perfekte Kulisse für Angeln und Sonnenuntergänge. Eine Boje zum Anlegen von Booten ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Skifahrer und Golfer werden die unmittelbare Nähe zum Shanty Creek Resort, dem Schuss Mountain, The Chief und Hawk’s Eye zu schätzen wissen.

Wonderful rental

What a wonderful home with gorgeous views and close to many places. We went to Mackinac, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Torch Lake & Elk Lake. Everything we needed was stocked in this rental! Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Lake Bellaire family trip

Beautiful views in a modern comfortable lake cottage. Enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. Plenty of docking space for pontoon with easy assess to grass river, clam lake and Torch. Our 8th year at the cottage and we will be back next year.

Beautiful house! Beautiful Lake!

This house is perfect. Everything was pristine. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need including spices, dishes, utensils. There is a nice area to put in Kayaks. The dock is perfect to swim off. The fire pit is lovely. The lake is very quiet with lots of lovely loon sounds. Close to the cute town of Bellaire. Close to Glacial hills which has well marked hiking trails. Close to the Grass river for kayaking. We will definitely be back!

Our 4th annual trip to this beautiful cottage on Lake Bellaire. Beautiful space and views.

Family loves boating the chain of lakes, fishing and swimming off the dock. Beautiful views and we love hearing and seeing all the wildlife. We will return for years to come.

Our 6th consecutive summer at this cottage. It is a family favorite full of fun on the water.

Great home that is fully stocked and immaculate. Beautiful views, great dock for fishing and swimming. Easy boat docking as well. Enjoy the ease of this trip every time we visit this property.

Comfortable lake cottage

This is a modern cottage on the north end of Lake Bellaire, complete with a dock for your boat. There are no homes on the opposite shore, making for tranquil lake views. The place is clean and the kitchen is reasonably appointed. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful location on Lake Bellaire. We enjoyed birdwatching and campfires by the lake. The owner was very attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer.

We've stayed at several VRBO properties and the ratings on this property are spot on! We truly enjoyed relaxing on the pier and watching the sunrises and sunsets. The house is very clean and well situated for short drives to neighboring communities. It was perfect for our family of 4 - peaceful and private.

This cottage is well situated. We love the area around Bellaire and Alden. Nice restaurants, walking trails, woods and lakes. The cottage is well stocked with everything needed. Beds are comfortable, as is the whole cottage. Open and airy. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return.

We recently visited Tom’s property. Everything was great aside from the weather. Ease of access checking in/out and nice accommodations for the whole family. If there was an issue or something needing to be addressed Tom was quick to respond and send help.

Clean and Serene

White Birch Cottage was the perfect place for a quiet get away. The cottage was super clean and up to date. All beds were very comfortable. The view from the front porch to the lake is stunning in the morning, afternoon, and evening. It's a couple miles to downtown Bellaire. I highly recommend White Birch Cottage and can't wait to go back!

Our 6th summer on Lake Bellaire. We love this cottage on the lake.

Nice clean and comfortable cottage. All the amenities you need. Good internet to allow for those important meetings. Dock for the pontoon and easy fishing. We caught Northern Pike, bass, crappy and perch off the dock. Another fun summer trip with t3 generations of family.

Outstanding Lake Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Lake Bellaire. The house was immaculate, the view amazing and it was all around a wonderful place to relax for the week. Town was just a couple miles away with a great grocery store, a tasty pizza/pub, and a smoked meats shop that had the best brats we’ve ever had. Only downside on the property was the lack of a gas grill (charcoal grills were available) and lack of pool floaties or other water toys. Otherwise, an amazing place at a reasonable rate!!

Amazing property! Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this special lake front property. The property and setting exceeded our expectations as it was truly beautiful and calming. The home was very spacious and well furnished and layed out. We spent most mornings on the expansive front porch listening to various morning birds. We also loved sitting on the chairs on the dock and listen to the various wildlife. We also used the large hammock to read and relax. The cute town of Bellaire is minutes away which we particulate impressed with the hometown feel with lots of friendly people. Definitely check out Shorts Brewery when visiting. We made several trips around the areas including a boat rental on Torch Lake. Our host had excellent communication during the entire process. We highly recommend this place!

Great location, clean and well equipped

Beautiful cottage, super clean and well equipped kitchen. Can. Not. Beat the location. Less than 2 miles driving to Bellaire and 30 min by boat. Sitting on porch with morning coffee is the best way to start your day. Beds were comfy, linens and towels nice quality. Especially appreciated in the laundry not only detergent provided but also Iron out to deal with rusty water for your whites. Plenty of board games provided if you have to be inside or evenings. Firepit has some wood to start you off but you will have to provide more on your own. Weber grills, you will need to bring your own charcoal. Golf in the area is stellar! The Chief and Hawk's Eye will see us again! Bellaire Smokehouse is a must. Order your ribs when you get into town they are the best we have ever had!! Rented our pontoon from Northaire, highly recommend. Their customer service is superior. Torch Lake Cellars for wine tastings and test your golf skills. Glacial Hills Trails for biking or hiking also just a couple of miles from the cottage offers over 30 miles of trails. Your visit won't be complete without a visit to Alden and Lakeside Dip. We loved our visit! Owner Tom very quick to respond to all questions and pleasant to work with.
