Beautiful view

Loved our time at seashore allure. Amazing views, perfect location to walk to town. Condo was clean and beautiful. Stayed 2 weeks amd could have stayed longer. Dior was amazing getting us reservations and making sure that we had the perfect stay for my special birthday.

PERFECT COUPLE STAY

We had the perfect stay in STJ. Hybrid of a private villa and small hotel - full suite with kitchen and shared pool overlooking amazing ocean view. Dior was amazing and extremely easy to communicate with. Showed us everything we needed across whole island. Best part of place is the location - perfect 10 walk into town and you didn’t want to be any closer because of noise. Really perfect and we will be back!

Absolutely Fantastic!

This property has everything you need for a memorable stay in St. John. We stayed in Abalone, and it was everything it's advertised to be. The property in every corner is immaculate. Everything is provided, including a very generous welcome basket. One of the other great things is the proximity to all of the Cruz Bay restaurants. We walked to dinner every night. Hope to return next year.

Beautiful hidden gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet retreat within walking distance to town! Condo & views were amazing & the property manager kept track of our arrival & was waiting to greet us to show us directly to our unit. Welcome basket was truly appreciated & enjoyed! Everything you need to enjoy the beaches & your stay is provided. It was especially lovely to relax by pool after spending the days exploring & we loved the proximity to town & being able to walk to dinner! Thank you for a wonderful stay & the extra touches you provided to make it so special!

Beautiful property

The property was right on a pebble beach and we would listen to the waves crash on the beach every morning and evening. It was hard to justify going out to dinner we had the best seats on the island. The unit was well appointed and had everything from a blender , coffee maker, full kitchen, beach towels, and even a Nutra Bullet. Bedroom was very comfortable and the spa tub and shower beautiful. The unit even came with beach chairs and a cooler. Lee was awesome in the office and helped with dinner reservations. Can’t wait till next year to go back!

Fabulous retreat!

The property was beautiful, and the view couldn't have been more spectacular. It's the closest we've ever been to the water, and the pool felt like a private pool each time we were in it. The condo was lovely with a lot of amenities that made it easily feel like a home away from home.

Hidden gem, great access, perfect spot.

We had a perfect corner 1 br condo with perfect views, a short walk from all the great bars and restaurants of Cruz Bay. Each morning over coffee on the patio we'd see the car ferry arrive as the island came to life. When we closed the doors it was total silence. The property is beautifully laid out, clean pool and very clean common area taken care of by Delbert and Delrise who were always on site and accessible. JaMee helped us with reservations and excursions and also the best advice to rent a Jeep. It's really necessary to see all the island has to enjoy. If there was anything negative it would be the lack of hot water for showers. Hopefully that was temporary. The pool and outdoor half bath made up for it while there. Other bonus was well provisioned treats, on site laundry and use of snorkeling gear. We really enjoyed our time Sea Shore Allure!

Beautiful!

This property is one of the most well thought out and beautiful place we've stayed. The attention to detail in both the construction and maintenance make it a great place to stay. But, the real jewel of this property are the people. Delrise and Delbert take great pride in this property as you can see when you are here. They are unobtrusive but available if you need them. We have had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Seashore Allure. Thank you Delrise for helping make this a wonderful and memorable vacation.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

LOVE this place!!! Where do you begin sharing about a trip when it couldn't have gotten any better! Everything was perfect and carefully thought out to ensure you had everything you needed while away. This is an owner run property (Delrise and Dilbert) and the entire family goes above and beyond to ensure you feel at home. The views are awesome, the quality of the home, yes home, it does not feel like a room or condo you simply rent, it is top notch! This amazing family run location had high quality beach chairs, coolers, ice, toys, everything you needed to go to the beach! First class in all they do!! We can't wait to return, in fact we didn't want to leave. This location has everything and is very convenient to town, great restaurants, beaches, snorkeling, sailing, massages and shopping. In addition, the pool, hot tub, grills and sitting areas are just perfect too relax and chill! If you are going to the beautiful island of St John, this is the place to stay! You will not regret the special treatment and feeling of home you will encounter with the Sea Shore Allure family! Thank you Sea Shore Allure for making our vacation just magically!

Everything was immaculate!

The room was clean and stocked with all the essentials. I was very pleased with the convenience to Cruz Bay restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Everything was within walking distance. Delbert was professional and very accommodating. He had everything we needed for our day at the beach...chairs, coolers, umbrella, etc...It was nice to come back at the end of the day to relax in the pool. This is our 3rd trip to St John and the best place we've stayed!!

Exquisite vacation retreat!

Well built, finely appointed, impeccably maintained property that is walking distance from the local market and all the activities in Cruz Bay. We enjoyed gorgeous views from our private balcony in this peaceful, comfortable retreat. The owner, manager and staff are delightful people who give experienced attention to meeting their guests needs. The abundant welcome basket filled with hearty snacks and drinks was much appreciated after a long travel day. Outdoor pool, kitchen and covered dining area invited full days of open air relaxation. Rooftop hot tub with a stunning view of the night sky was a romantic way to end a day of exploring the island. Our one bedroom condo was comfortably furnished and included top notch amenities. As soon as we left, we started planning for our return!

Amazing - Best Week Ever

We stayed at Sea Shore Allure for a week over the 4th of July. It's the PERFECT location - an easy walk to the center of Cruz Bay and located close to the car ferry. We loved being able to explore the many different beaches that St John offers and then relaxing by the pool at the end of the day. The complex is very quiet and feels very private. Eating breakfast on our porch overlooking the bay each morning was definitely one of the highlights. The units are impeccable and we loved the option of cooking in our kitchen some nights. The beach chairs, coolers and pool floats were also a nice touch. I would recommend renting a Jeep if you stay here so that you can explore other parts of the island. I highly recommend Pam Gaffin's tourism guide "St John: Feet, Fins & 4 Wheel Drive" to help you explore areas of the island outside of Cruz Bay. I would absolutely love to come back here and have nothing but positive things to say.

Exceeded our expectations

My husband and I spent 5 days at Sea Shore Allure, enjoying a relaxing vacation. Sea Shore Allure is a beautiful, boutique resort, with easy access to shopping, beaches, and all the amenities that St. John has to offer. Our condo was beautiful, with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and the most amazing bed (comfortable AND beautiful with the canopy!). We cooked breakfast and several dinners and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is small, but overlooks the bay and the sound of the waves was wonderful. The drive to the condo is a bit odd, as it's adjacent to the car ferry (very convenient!) and a neighborhood, but the condo is gated and very private. We will definitely be back.

With one, two and 3 bedroom units all available we tailor to your personal or group accommodation needs. You can walk into town through old Cruz Bay, or you may quickly drive there, where there is access to shopping and dining venues. We like the closeness to the VI National Park, the Audobon Society's Wildlife Refuge area, and even our island's public tennis courts. And, then of course, there is the fact that we are right on the water!
