Mitten in Gatlinburg gelegen. Im Winter 2015/2016 komplett renoviert.
Unsere Premier-No-Pets-Einheit verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Queensize-Bett und einem großen wandmontierten Flachbildfernseher.
Die Küche hat viele schöne Eichenschränke, einen neuen 4-Flammen-Elektroherd, einen Toaster, eine große Mikrowelle, einen neuen frostfreien Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine Kaffeemaschine.
Es gibt viele schöne Utensilien, schöne Teller und Kochgeschirr aus Edelstahl.
Die Höhle verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV und einen DVR sowie ein bequemes Sofa, das in ein Queensize-Matratzenbett (Premium 7 ") umgewandelt werden kann.
Es verfügt über zwei neue, sehr bequeme, passende Lazy-Boy-Schaukelstühle.
Die Wohnung hat keine Probleme beim Ein- / Auschecken mit KEYLESS ENTRY.
Die Höhle hat eine breite Glasschiebetür, die zum angrenzenden privaten überdachten Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen mit Blick auf den Außenpool, den Kinderpool und den Whirlpool führt.
Es gibt einen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkontisch für Raucher, da dies eine Nichtraucher-Einheit ist.

My husband and I celebrated our 11th-year wedding anniversary in Gatlinburg. We decided on this location because it is conveniently located downtown. We were especially thrilled at how close The Village Shops are to this condo. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go the entire time. The only time we drove was when we went to Pigeon Forge, which is a short drive away. There are so many great aspects to staying here. It has elevators, a pool, a hot tub, easily accessible dumpsters, and plenty of parking. The view from the balcony is nice, and the living room recliners are very comfortable to sit in. I highly recommend staying here. The only thing the condo is missing is a washer and dryer.

Unfortunately the hot tub and heated pool were out of order due to the season. Otherwise we had a great time and the walking distance to downtown was spectacular. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will be coming back this summer with our daughter.

There are lots of things to do early in the season like going to the nearby National Forest or just walking around downtown checking out all that Gatlinburg offers. Please know that our outside hot tub and the heated pool are normally open around early April through October. This schedule is followed by most lodging in Gatlinburg. Sometimes we have light snow or freezing temperatures until April. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the final destination after a two month journey through Florida and Georgia. It did not disappoint.Great walkability and lovely views. We loved this condo so much this was our second stay. It is clean, nice and up to date with wonderful views. Our favorite part was the location and how convenient it was to the strip and being able to walk every where we wanted to go.

The unit was very clean which is most important to us. No surprises. Very close walking distance to the main boulevard. We did not cook but loved the kitchen and frig and cleanliness of all. There are a lot of bears in the unit! That captures the Greay Smoky Mountain environment very well. We had a great say and highly recommend. There is an elevator and luggage carts that are very convenient where you can back your car in and load and load out from there. One draw back was no lock on the sliding glass door, only a short stick that was provided. We would highly recommend the unit for anyone. Thank You for allowing us to stay.

Thank you very much for the great review. We strive to always provide a clean, comfortable and continually updated condo that welcomes you back after a big day checking out all that Gatlinburg has or exploring the nearby National Forest's hiking trails or waterfalls. I had two different guests break the aluminum locks in about one year and I replaced the aluminum with a robust wooden dial pin that protects any possible entry from happening. GREAT LOCATION

This was a phenomenal trip! The condo was located so close to the Gatlinburg attractions. We really enjoyed being so close to The Village!

Elaine and I grew up in different towns in the Northwest corner of South Carolina and have lived and worked within a 20 mile radius of where we were born. I am retired after working over 47 years in the same place and Elaine retired last year after 30 years at the local Electric COOP. Our parents sometimes vacationed in Gatlinburg so it was just natural that when we met we realized we both loved Gatlinburg and the mountains. After we married, we continued to visit Gatlinburg whenever we could and have grown to love it even more than we did our first trip over 50 years ago.
Both our boys loved the mountains and the many hiking trails and of course playing in the pools and streams. God has blessed us with two precious grandchildren that also love to go to Gatlinburg for the same reasons their dad did plus Dollywood and all the local shows and attractions.

We looked for over three years at many different places around Gatlinburg and finally settled on what we felt like was the perfect fit for us.
It is in downtown Gatlinburg so we can walk wherever we want to go without looking for a paid parking space. There is also a trolley stop in front of the condo if we want to leave our car at the condo and go shopping.
Gatlinburg has many excellent restaurants and a great variety of shops within walking distance.
The downtown Gatlinburg Convention Center is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo and it has a lot of music shows, many trade and craft shows, sometimes there may be three different activities going on at the same time.
Gatlinburg is not only a very safe place to visit, but is also close to all types of activities that can be reached by walking, thus saving time looking for a parking place.
