Perfect Vacation Rental

This home was perfect for our family with everything you can think of provided for a comfortable stay. Short drive to Falmouth town center and beaches, Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach and ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

Curlers on Cape Cod

The property was just as advertised. House was clean, beds were comfy, and the common space indoors and out was great for hanging with our group. Communication was great start to finish. If we come back to Falmouth, I’d definitely stay here again! Thanks so much, Kari!

Beautiful renovated space

We had a wonderful weekend at the Cape. And it was very easy to get around from the house, being able to avoid traffic. The place is beautifully renovated. Great kitchen that we used extensively!

Falmouth Gem

The house is adorable, quintessential Cape vibes! It's stocked with everything we needed and thoughtfully decorated. My children loved the playroom/reading space upstairs and having their own charming rooms. This house is a gem and we would love to stay again!

Excellent vacation at this beautiful house!

We absolutely loved Kari's house in Falmouth! It was spotless, it was fully stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable, and Kari was very easy to communicate with. The house is even bigger and more beautiful in person then the pictures show. We didn't want to leave! Thanks Kari for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of 8 vacationed here as our last trip of the Summer. It was a wonderful stay! The home is well stocked and the backyard was perfect for my toddler to run and play. Our family enjoyed a wonderful fire outside and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We would definitely return in the future! Thank you Kari!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful town!

We had a wonderful week in Kari’s beautiful home in Falmouth! Home was well stocked, well-appointed and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Kari went out of her way to order a pack n play and high chair for our toddler grandson. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Superb property!

This house was immaculately cleaned! The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The location was great! Kari provided outstanding recommendations and was attentive to every possible need. We traveled with our family( including our 2 year old grandson) and she had a pack in play and high chair. The yard was nice and big with a nice outdoor area. I would most definitely stay again!

Fantastic!

It is just as advertised - beautifully decorated, great location, and lovely amenities. Kari has thought of everything. We enjoyed the convenience to the bike paths, town and beaches. We also took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and rode bikes over there. The weather was perfect and the hydrangeas - wow! We highly recommend staying at this home. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home with a great backyard!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Falmouth. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals at home. Beautiful backyard with seating, a fire pit, cafe lights and a grill. Plenty of room in the house, especially if you have younger kids &/or teenagers … the upstairs would be great for them to hang out. Kari was great and responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. Great location to get all around the Cape and to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard!

The house was cozy and it was a comfortable stay. The showers were not easy to use, because it had tricky ways to put it on. The house needs more clearer instructions how to use the showers. The fire pit also not easy to put on. It needs clearer instructions. The owner did help us to get someone to come and show us how to operate the fire pit and the showers.

Exceptional!

Kari is an exceptional host. We could tell from the beginning of our stay that she takes pride in her property. It is beautifully renovated, updated, and lovingly cared for. Kari’s attention to detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. My grandchildren (4),(6) loved playing in the large back yard. We had delicious dinners on the deck and evenings with cousins around the fire pit. It was a wonderful week. I highly recommend. Thank you Kari!

Perfect Home for First Cape Cod Vacation

We loved our week on the Cape! The house was perfect for our group which consisted of 2 adults and 6 children between 9 and 12 years old. After spending the day exploring different beaches, shopping, and whale watching, we returned and relaxed in the beautiful backyard. The kids loved the fireplace and hammock and we had plenty of space for backyard games. The house is immaculately maintained and is equipped with everything you need for an easy stay. There were plenty of updates from Kari regarding Covid-19 concerns and she was quick to respond to all my questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience!

Very relaxing stay in spotlessly clean, very well equipped house

The house, situated in a very quiet neighborhood, provided everything we desired from our Cape Cod visit. It is close to Boston andvery convenient to groceries, restaurants and ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Kitchen is amazingly well equipped with absolutely everything you need to cook any meal. Beds are comfortable. Individual air conditioners cool very well and are very quiet. Bathrooms stocked with soap (even outdoor shower). Linen closets are full. Basement laundry machines were very handy. Large BBQ and outdoor table on rear deck made evening meals very pleasant. Communication with the host was prompt each and every time. Everyone in our party of four shared the same opinion and would not hesitate to return to the Cape and stay in this house.

Central family house

Beautiful, clean, and well appointed house in a great central location. We felt right at home and loved exploring the surrounded areas. Plenty to do all within a 5 - 20 minute drive in any direction.

Beautiful, spacious home in perfect location!

We had the best time at Kari’s home. We’ve been to the Cape for the past five years and this was our favorite home so far. We loved the layout of the home: my family of four stayed upstairs and the two bedrooms plus the play/TV area was perfect for our young kids. Then we had two adult family members stay in the downstairs rooms, which was perfect for privacy and not waking them up in the morning when our kids woke early! We loved the backyard and had great meals and fireside chats. Lastly, we fell in love with the Falmouth area: cute downtown, close proximity to the bike trail, and great beaches. Kari was so accommodating,warm, and responsive. We will be back for sure!

Unforgettable

We had always dreamed of a vacation on Cape Cod and when we saw this house we knew we had to make it happen. The house did not disappoint! Everything we needed was there…from air conditioning, to laundry, to birthday candles! We loved everything! Kari was also super helpful in restraunt recs and suggestions on things to do. Stayed here for week of July 4. Very nice home with all needed amenities and a very responsive host. Pretty convenient location with short drive to beaches and hikes. We would definitely stay again

Cape Cod Classic

Kari Bloom’s lovely hone in Falmouth was a perfect place for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. It’s beautifully decorated but casual and fun and situated in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nature around the home and our four grandchildren were delighted by the birds and bunnies in the backyard . The home is well stocked,organized, and immaculate. We would definitely consider returning and highly recommend it to VRBO clients looking for a pleasant stay on classically lovely Cape Cod.

Living in the Boston area for the past 20+ years, I'd head to the Cape and Martha's Vineyard every summer, always a treat to look forward to. In 2019, I purchased my home in Falmouth. While there are so many amazing towns on the Cape, I chose Falmouth for its vibrant, year-round town center, its proximity to Martha's Vineyard (a quick 40-minute ferry trip), and the ease of getting here from Boston.

In the past six years, I have discovered so many new things to explore, and I love sharing that knowledge with my guests!
