WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

The property, location and host were all wonderful. The condo was clean and cozy. The location was peaceful and quiet. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. The host was amazing; very responsive, above and beyond staying in touch.

Perfect!

This was the first time ever reserving through VRBO & we loved it!! Karen was welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for us. The set up of the unit was great & decorated nicely. We wished we could have stayed all winter!

Karen was very prompt at communicating! Her place was great for our long weekend getaway. We do a lot of cooking, so I do feel the cookware could use to be updated.My only complaint was the (very) diluted dish soap, which was also the hand soap in the bathroom.

This was the ideal place for us. Newly updated studio style apartment checked off all the boxes.View, beach, pool, parking, comfy accommodations & safe. Convenient to everything. Owner very responsive & helpful. Beach chairs, towels, cooler & cart. We were THRILLED with our choice to stay here. Thank you for providing such an excellent rental.

Great place, great location

Very comfortable, quiet place. nice pool. Clean, well maintained. Basic. Literally on the beach (big plus). Residents are warm and friendly. Location is close to many many restaurants and destinations. Short drive, not really walking distance (unless you're Ok with walking over two miles one way).

Our perfect getaway

This was just the type of place we were looking for! Loved the view from our room and the easy access to the beach. The pool was also very nice. The room was clean and had everything you would need including beach gear. The host Karen was very responsive and friendly. This location was great. Plenty of places to eat and get a drink. Publix, Dunkin…etc only a mile away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Beautiful area!

Great Use of Space

Based on the previous reviews everything was as described. Karen did a fabulous job remodeling the condo and has everything you need. Space flows very well. Loved overlooking the pool and seeing the ocean from recliner sofa. Beautiful area.

Perfect for Two

We really loved this little studio. Karen has really done an amazing job- maximizing every bit of space making it comfortable. Every convenience is covered- Beach cart,cooler, freezer packs, umbrella and chairs too! Just a great stay with a pretty view. Beach is just down the stairs and out the walkway. That's it. Thank you again Karen for sharing your little slice of paradise and letting us check in early.

The Getaway!

Area around pool and side of building could be made more life giving.plants or umbrella tables. Color other than concrete. Book room was dark and gloomy!

Enjoyable Stay

A very clean, well stocked efficiency unit just north of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Not far from Sea Watch restaurant (15 minute walk south), one of several great restaurants in the area. Great place for a couple - small but well designed - has a cooler, beach chairs and towels if you want to spend the day on the beach. North on A1A is a Publics grocery and the kitchen provides all you need for meals “at home.” Owner Karen lives very close and is responsive to any questions you might have. We texted some questions at the beginning of our week’s stay and got immediate responses. They were doing some exterior repair of recent hurricane damage and preparing to paint, so she gave us access to the pool at her place - very gracious though we just used the pool there. If you are looking for a good deal for a place to stay in Lauderdale, especially for a week or more, this is it!

Wonderful Host

This unit takes me back to the days when my parents would take me on road trips to Florida’. Mid-mod shorter story building that was spotless and well maintained. The pool was wonderful. The updates to the unit were tasteful and well done! Karen was an excellent host!

Not to be missed!

This condo was perfect for us. It is very clean and decorated nicely. The location was quite and from our front window we had a nice view of the beach and the pool. We felt very safe here as you need keys to enter the property from either the parking lot or the beautiful beach. Our host Karen was awesome , and our whole check in and out was very smooth. We will definitely look to rent with her again when in Ft Lauderdale.

Location, Location, Location!

Only steps to beach or pool. View of beach from room great. Comfortable bed. Everything needed for basic cooking is available. Public transportation easy access with no need for car. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were there for the beach and it did not disappoint. Very quick responses from owner with our questions or needs exceeded our expectations.

I can rave about the location (fabulous) and the accommodations (clean, updated and exactly as advertised), but the most complimentary thing I can share is how amazingly gracious Karen (host) was for our stay. She promptly answered my questions, made excellent recommendations and was lovely to work with. Please run - don't walk- to reserve her little slice of paradise! We will definitely be back!
