"Sun and Seader North" verfügt über eine aktualisierte Küche mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad. Erholen Sie sich bequem mit einem Kingsize-Bett in einem Schlafzimmer und einem mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Rollbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer.

Comfortable unit close to the beach. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had what we needed. Beach towels are there. We did end up renting beach chairs because the ones on site were broken. The neighbors renting the attached unit were pretty loud one night, so just be aware this property shares a wall with another unit. The property is in a good location.

The location of this property combined with its affordability make it a no brainer. The property itself is basic and cute but it is one house from the beach and withing easy walking distance to the Pine Ave shopping and restaurants. It is perfect for the family that is looking for a place to rest, eat, and clean up between beach time and island time. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved this sweet l little cottage. Perfect for our l purposes. Had to use outlet behind mattress for my CPAP, but it was fine! The twin beds were suoer comfy!! We are 66, so the master want them enough, but I'm sure fine for most!! Had a little living room with tv, clean kitchen with all sorts of utensils. Cooked. A little shower to rinse off outside the entrance near the kitchen and laundry room! Did laundry a couple of times. Great little cottage!!! The little sandy beach path (25 yards maybe from cottage driveway) to the ocean is sweet!! Peaceful side of the island. We had one day of overcast but a beautiful sunset and sunrise! Just lovely! Thank you!!

The beach was amazingly so close to the home.we loved everything about that. Wifi didnt work for us. The other side was rented out our last evening there..we would have liked to be notified of their arrival. All and all we left everything the way we found it adding some goodies for the cleaning ladies and a new blender to stay with the cottage

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed your time here with us. We cannot control when someone checks in and we do not have to inform you that a guest is checking in next door. We let you know ahead of booking the property that it is a duplex and you decided to rent one side of it. You are also told that the porch is a shared space. Thank you.
