Great Stay!

Great new property with lots of room for a large group. A couple of suggestions would to have a more equipped kitchen and to have some information available in the house for the clubhouse amenities and nearby attractions.

Upon arrival was quite impressed when I opened the front door .When I began to look around a few things needed some attention pool, outside cushions on the lanai appeared nothing like initial description honestly they need replacing .A few minor things needed to be fixed and the hall entrance could use some attention .overall a very nice place property management needs to give it a little attention.

Family vacay

This house is in need of some repairs and new furniture. The sectional in the living room looked great in the listing but really needs to go in the trash as the corner seat was all sunk in which is very visible just by looking at it. we put pillows there so we could sit in that spot. The stove top worked but you could not control the temp setting from low to high every setting was high. I contacted the property manager they sent someone out but they said it worked, yes it worked but not properly. My daughter stepped on glass in the pool area and cut her foot that’s when we discovered several pieces of glass on the ground. Then while doing laundry a cockroach ran out from the laundry area she stomped on it. We left it in a zip lock bag on the counter when we left so hopefully they do something about that. Those were the big issues we had also we couldn’t get the projector upstairs to work. The TV in the Mario room did not work either. Also it showed a Nintendo switch but we never seen that. All the appliances are d There is a lot of cosmetic damage as well. despite all that we had a great vacation. I think the cleaning and maintenance crew need to do better and address/report the issues immediately so they can get taken care of. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool that was surprisingly nice and warm during the record breaking low temps we had during our stay. I did report these issues to the Nova management. I really hope they go inspect this property.and see its condition

Nice home

The manager was good about responding , there was a few details about the home (refrigerator issues , shelves broken, freezer wouldn’t close , they came out and fixed the issue about the door not closing right ) , missing cables to be able to use the game console , dryer taking forever to dry. Other than that the home was nice and spacious .

Great time at a great place

I booked the house without reading any of the pass guest reviews. Two weeks before our family vacation I read the reviews and got nervous by some of the reviews I emailed the owner and the probably manager about some of the poor reviews about the house. They ensure me all pass issues has been resolved. But I was still nervous until we all arrive to the house and saw how nice everything way and no pest problems. Then I was able to relax. The house was very nice lots of space to enjoy. Game room, projector area was very nice for all the kids to enjoy. The only problem I had was that the bed Linens and pot and pans could be updated. The kitchen could have more cooking equipment like electric griddles. But over all we had a great time and looking forward to next visit to the area to book this house again.

SCAMMERS, Terrible misrepresentation

This experience has been a nightmare. First they listed the house in a desired area, THIS HOUSE IS NOT ON MOON VALLEY DR. then once you book you find out it’s 6 miles away in a completely different neighborhood. Then they offer you a different house that’s in the area you want but it’s just a little more, and at that point you don’t have a choice. EVERYTHING was broken in the “new” house. The fridge the pool heat the toilets. The property managers are worthless and don’t help. It’s a disaster. AFTER ALL THAT, once you checkout they try to keep your damage waiver claiming there is damage on one of the doors. Tried hustling me for more money. Thank god I videoed the entire house and was able to prove they are scammers. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

Wonderful Stay

This house is AMAZING!!!!! The decor was great, the kitchen was fully equipped, the patio and pool were beautiful and the home was very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed this house and it was spacious, clean and well decorated. The resort was amazing as well the adults and kids loved it. We definitely would rent again.

Clean and spacious

Fabulous! The house looks just like it does on the photos! Spotless and Spacious! Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Can’t say enough! The kids rooms were so amazing they did not want to leave. The game room was such a great bonus for the kids and adults. We had so much fun and way better than any hotel we could have stayed in. I loved it!
