Dieses Haus ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude.

Das Haus verfügt über: 2 Kingsize-Betten, 2 Queensize-Betten, 2 Doppelbetten und 2 Einzelbetten.

Die große, moderne Küche ist mit einem Herd, einer Mikrowelle, einem amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einer Eismaschine, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Toaster, einem Wasserkocher und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine gute Auswahl an Besteck und Geschirr. Das einzige, was Sie zur Verfügung stellen müssen, ist das Essen!

Der Poolbereich ist sehr privat und das Wasser kann beheizt werden (empfohlen von November bis März).
Die Poolterrasse ist vollständig abgeschirmt, wodurch der Pool sauber und die Tiere draußen bleiben. Die Bräune wird dadurch in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt, sodass Sie sicher sein können, dass er sauber und sicher zum Schwimmen ist.

Wenn Sie Ihren Laptop mitbringen, steht Ihnen auch KOSTENLOSES WIFI zur Verfügung.

Wonderful Home - August 2024

My family and I stayed at the property for the second year in a row and absolutely loved it. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property manager was super accommodating as I made a late request to extend my stay by one day and the manger swiftly responded and allowed is to stay an additional day. We will definitely be back.

Another Great Disney Trip!

This is our second time staying at Paradise Palms. We loved it here, the house was huge with more then enough room for all 13 of us! We had an issue with the washing machine and the owners sent a tech out the next day very prompt! We would stay here again, location was maybe 2 streets from the clubhouse and pool easy 5 min walk.

Great place for family

We recently stayed here for a family vacation. The location was nice and quiet. The resort community had game room, pool/hot tub, and playground for kids. There was a nice walking trail. Perfect for families. The house was big and had plenty of rooms. The pool at the house was on the smaller side but typical of a resort community. They had towels for guests to use. We wish there were some pool toys for the kids but that didn’t take away from their enjoyment of the place. Overall good place to stay for a family vacation.

New Years break

Check in was was a breeze everything I needed was sent before arrival for a seemless check in , House was huge plenty of space for the family to spread out although the photos didn’t show themed rooms upon my booking was nice for the kids so not gonna complain there, house was really clean but in my opinion the carpets upstairs could do with a clean atleast or replaced and clothes hangers for the closets would have been nice but overall had a very enjoyable stay & would definitely stay again

A Great Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. All decor was just as pictured. It was luxurious and modern! The Kids really enjoyed the pool at the house and had a great time using the resort amenities! The basketball court was a plus for the guys. The home had a nice selection of items that met the basic needs for cooking. You will need to purchase more necessities such as tissue, trash bags, and paper towels if you have more than 4 people with you. I would say that in a couple of places, the home could use some updating. I would also suggest following up with the cleaning service prior to the arrival of guests just to make sure things are properly cleaned, especially the restrooms. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Communication was fast! Even after we left, communication was great in making sure we had no issues!

Disney Trip Stay

We all loved this house! There was room for everyone in our party of 11! The themed rooms were exactly how pictured and so was the house overall! We didn’t get to use the pool because of the Florida weather but it was beautiful, clean and looked very relaxing! The distance to Disney was amazing! We would make it there in about 12-15 minutes time with smooth backroads and no stressful overflow of traffic. This is a secured community and has great amenities that are available to the guest! The only downfall which may have been my wrongdoing; except I didn’t realize it was a rule, was not to park on the driveway if blocking the sidewalk. I woke up the second day to a large green sticker on my car for a warning. Removed it, parked on the street after that and no other warnings for our stay! There are also many, many options near the house for Food (Restaurants) and fast food; last minute shopping (like me forgetting my daughters shoes and having to run to Rackrooms for backup), and any Grocery shopping for the stay! Publix, Walmart, Target.. just to make a few - all within minutes! Overall, we had a wonderful time, loved this place and will definitely choose it again for our next Disney or Orlando trip! Huge thanks to our host for their rapid responses and detailed instructions throughout our entire stay!

Needs Updating

This house was large enough to accommodate our family, however, the property needs updating. The blinds were broken and didn't cover the windows, the carpets upstairs were very dirty, the utensils, pots and pans were inadequate and I had to request new pans to cook with due to the deplorable condition of what was available. The closets didn't even have hangers so you could hang your clothes, etc. I paid extra to heat the pool, but there were problems with the heater which required a technician to repair, which took several days before it was heated adequately. Overall, the property was a disappointment and I would never rent there again. I believe the next time I need to rent a property, I'll not use VRBO, I've heard and read better reviews for AirB&B, etc.

Family vacation

House had plenty of room and was clean. Our family had a good time. Parking and driving down the roads were difficult at times because houses were close together and people parked wherever they could.
