In zentraler Lage am Ostufer von Kauai erwartet Sie dieses perfekte Ferienhaus in Kauai. Kauai liegt neben dem Kokospalmenhain in Waipouli und ist einer der größten Kokospalmenhainen der Insel, in denen einst die Könige Hawaiis reiten gingen.

Great Place to Stay

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable. Only downside was that the unit does not have air conditioning - due to the fact that there are buildings between this unit and the water and it is a good ways away from the water the unit doesn’t get any breezes off the water. There are ceiling and poll fans in each room but it still got pretty hot in the u it at times

The unit is a 2 BR, 1.5 bath apartment of 635 SF (not including the outside lanai areas) and accommodates comfort for at least 2 people, although it sleeps up to 5 with the sofa sleeper in the living room. Great location, comfy condo

We really loved staying here and everything was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the upstairs neighbors are pretty loud. It can also get hot and stuffy even with all the fans going.

Cute place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us to explore the island & close to the airport for those long flights. Some great unexpected things available to us were: floor fans, beach towels & chairs, soap / shampoo / conditioner, everything you need in a kitchen & even a Kauai book outlining some great advice of where to go & what to do. Oh, also in walking distance of the beach, some great restaurants & grocery stores too! Enjoy & have fun here!

Very nice condo. It is located at Kapa'a, which is 1 hour drive from North and South coast attractions. Within walking distance, there are nice restaurants, liquor stores and a Safeway. Beach is within a few minutes of walking. Inside the condo there are two bedrooms with 1 king size bed in each. Linens are well stocked. It also has a nice kitchen and family room. Very clean throughout. Parking is easy as the space is right the door step.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable and easy walk to the beach. Go to the Sheraton luau — quick walk from this home! We left our towels drying on the porch with no problems; safe neighborhood. Management company was helpful and readily available.
