Diese komfortable, modernisierte, mit Kabinen dekorierte Wohnung befindet sich in der BESTEN Lage der Stadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es ist eine Einheit mit 1 Bett (Königin) / 1 Bad und 1 Schlafsofa (Königin). Es verfügt über ein 49-Zoll-Kabelfernsehen, schöne bequeme Liegen, einen Kamin, WIFI und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der Komplex verfügt auch über einen saisonalen Pool und einen Whirlpool (normalerweise bis Ende Mai geschlossen). Fragen Sie nach flexiblen Check-In / Out-Zeiten

Der Raum:

Diese Wohnung wurde vor kurzem mit neuen Fußböden, Farbe, Dekor und Komfort von zu Hause renoviert. Es befindet sich im 1. Stock des Apartmentgebäudes. Es stehen 2 Queensize-Betten zur Verfügung (1 ist ein Schlafsofa - zusätzliche Kissen und Decken sind im Schlafzimmerschrank erhältlich). Die Wohnung beinhaltet Self-Check-In mit einer Tür Tastatur; Ich werde den Schlüsselcode nach Abschluss der Reservierungen bereitstellen.

Great location!

We stayed at Ethan's place for a quick family getaway. The location was perfect - easily within walking distance to Anakeetsa, the Village, the Aquarium, and downtown Gatlinburg's main street. It was great to be able to walk from the apartment to nearly everything. You will need to get a parking pass to park in the lot - the lady in the front lobby brought one out to us when we parked, even though the instructions didn't mention anything about it.

Convenient and Comfortable

The location was perfect for walking up and down the Gatlinburg strip without paying for parking. It was far enough from the road though so you didn’t hear the bustling city when you didn’t want to. Perfect place for two. The heating/AC worked great, so we were always comfortable. The couch could be more comfortable, but we didn’t use it as a sleeper sofa so I don’t know how it would be to sleep on. The recliners were very comfortable so we mostly used those when sitting. Would definitely recommend!

Stay at The Heart of Gatlinburg

Property was great and clean, but bed was very, very uncomfortable because it was old, I wish owner considered to replace it to a new mattress! I surety couldn’t sleep on it for four nights of my stay, and I slept on the couch.Also utensils was limited, I mean there was no forks at all & only one tablespoons along with two knives .

Good Space

Good space, well taken care of, I would Double Check about the check out time before I rented. In Gatlinburg in the summer, they want you out! They were vacuuming outside the window at 8:45am and by 10, the housekeeper just came on in, Followed by an "are you leaving? from the owner at 10:15, I wasn't surprised because I grew up here and know how the rules of Gatlinburg can be challenging. But if My Children were with me, and I was packing up and trying to wrangle them, this stuff would have really exhausted me. Nice people, though.

Last minute trip

Check in and check out were very simple. Liked that the property has a keypad, no hassle of a keycard. I received multiple communications from the host yet all my messages sent never received any reply. It appears this is all auto generated so if you have no questions or concerns this would work fine. I specifically asked about the pool and hot tub and if they were open. There was no response. Hot tub is broken. Area is dirty with partial water at the bottom of it. Pool was open. Could use a cleaning. Our unit has plumbing issues. The shower, toilet, and sink all drained and flushed extremely slow. We had to space out showers so the tub would not overflow. I alerted them of this with no responses. Bedroom light and dresser were broken. Overall cleanliness was fair at best. I would not return but I did wait till last minute ti book and sometimes you get what you can in a bind

Fast honeymoon stop on way home

This is a cozy little condo. All the necessities of home. It is right off the strip and you can walk to everything. Owner even let us check out an hour later. Only twist is the sliding door needs a little tic. Wish we had gotten to stay more than one night. Recommend 100%

Super location!

We visited during Thanksgiving, a very busy time for Gatlinburg. Being walking distance to the shops and activities was key! The condo is well-decorated, and the fold-out couch has an extra pad on it and was very comfortable. I contacted Ethan with a question about the gas fireplace when I arrived and he answered immediately. (And he was very kind in his answer...especially considering I realized later in our stay that the answer to my question was in the condo binder!) I highly recommend this unit!

Great location Close, walking distance to just about everything in Gatlinburg

I thought it was nice We did have a few issues When we got there we heard water dripping The faucet in the tub was dripping we tried to get it to stop by moving handle but wouldn’t It got bad at times, tub started filling up The lights in the fan in bathroom didn’t work And the clock wasn’t working Just a few simple things except the tub but over all it was nice

Great Location

Love the location, not on the beaten path, but just a short walk to The Village and Parkway. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The only issue was I was told coffee would be provided, but there were only 2 packs when I was staying more days than that. And only 1 roll of toilet paper when there were supposed to be "several rolls". Not a big deal, just pack some! I would stay here again for sure.

OK. But not great

Pros: The property is only 0.3 mile from the parkway. The property manager is very nice and very responsive. The condo has great hot water and water pressure. Cons: The way the condo is situated, there are parking lots on both ends of the condo, so it's very noisy when there are revelers, as well as when they empty the dumpster and blow the leaves out of the parking lot. Also, the condo is very dated. Lack of electrical outlets and NO thermostats. The heat works fine, but you have to manually control both heaters. The condo is okay, but for the same or a lower price, we could have gotten a nice, modern hotel room with as much space and better amenities.

Just wasn't what ee expected

The inside is a lot smaller than what the picture shows. Decor is nice. Location excellent. The pool area is extremely slippery. The baby pool is downright treacherous, slipped on the way in and smacked my head on the concrete. Watched toddler slip and slide all over, was an accident waiting to happen. If I could have left and went somewhere else I would have, everything else was booked, Labor Day Weekend
