Thank you for your feedback. The room would not be quiet if it was next to shopping centers, and there are plenty of decent restaurants within walking area. We have 5 stars reviews on Mexican restaurants, sushi and american cuisine. Regarding the shower, I do mention in my listing that it is a 6' hight ceiling. Dear Mirabella, I am troubled by your review and feel it's important to clarify some of the impressions you shared for future guests. Each of your concerns surprises me. The room and its decoration have proven quite pleasing to a multitude of previous visitors. It is exactly as portrayed in the pictures posted online. We do not claim to provide a kitchen; the small microwave and refrigerator are clearly described in our offering. The air conditioning/heating unit works well. You did not express any concerns about that equipment during your stay. The bathroom is also clearly described and depicted in the posted photos. The TV is connected to an Apple TV box, offering Netflix, Hulu, HBOGo, CNN, and more. The image is clear and sharp. We cherish our visitors' experience, and because you were here for medical reasons, I went out of my way to assist you. I drove you to a market where you could purchase organic food. I did your laundry for you. I had your room cleaned weekly at my expense. And I safely stored your luggage after you had checked out and departed for the hospital. These are not normally services expected of a host, even a "friendly" one. To assure your future satisfaction, I'd suggest you review the information provided more carefully before reserving.
