We had a great week at the condo. It was very large, well-appointed, close to Snowbasin, and true to the listing description. We especially appreciated all of the cooking spices, the stove and the cookware.

Amazing and perfect vacation!

Polina’s townhouse was absolutely perfect for us. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you would need, the beds are very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the hot tub. The fireplace, grill and laundry all worked perfectly.

Had a Blast!

The property was the perfect size for our party of four. Plenty of places to be together and plenty of room to spread out if desired. The kitchen was spacious and the hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down after a day on the slopes. Hopefully, we'll be back next year!!

Family friendly and great location

We were in town for a family reunion and this was a great place to stay. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the actual home, but it was very clean and we would definitely stay there again. The guest instruction manual was great and well detailed as well. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the instructions for that were also well detailed. The kitchen was nicely stocked with things you would need to cook meals there. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Perfect ski trip base

Great place for a ski trip. We had five people, so definitely didn't need all the room available, but it would be perfect for two families. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Don't forget to buy your groceries (and especially wine or liquor) in Ogden before coming up! The hot tub was perfect at the end of a day of skiing. Huge master bedroom was great. All the bedrooms downstairs share one bathroom. music, tv worked great. Fast Wi-Fi. we left at dawn and returned after dark, so I don't have a good feel for the surroundings.

Perfect location for our ski getaway

The condo is very convenient to Snowbasin (and Powder Mountain) ski resorts. It is spacious, clean and comfortable - perfect for our two families with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, both a living room and a family room and a large kitchen-dining area. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! It was easy to cook there and eat in the dining area. Our teens also enjoyed using the treadmill and bike at the small gym in the community center. Polina, our host, was very responsive and left a lot of information about the house, the electronics, and nearby stores and restaurants. The condo had parking spaces and a garage spot for our cars and is located next to a park. I highly recommend and would love to come back when we next return to the area.

Absolute perfection!

I could not have been happier with our stay at this condo. The unit was absolutely perfect. It was clean and comfortable. We looked forward to returning there after exhausting days skiing. The kitchen was spacious and well-maintained. Plenty of dishes and excellent appliances. There were TVs in every room which was nice but we were just too tired to enjoy them all. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough blankets, etc. One aspect that was quite helpful was that several items were marked/labelled. For example, the light switches were individually labelled. This extra step was huge - it demonstrates the owners commitment to hospitality. Overall, a wonderful experience. This will be our go to every year. It was perfect and I look forward to returning.

Spacious home away from home

We grew tired of playing the traffic game up the Canyons a few years ago and so as a family, we've visited the Huntsville area for the last 4-5 years to ski at both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain during the month of February. There doesn't seem to be as many options up that way, but we've generally had good luck with VRBO rentals in Lakeside Village and this experience was no exception. In fact, it was easily the nicest patio with grill & hot tub setup that we've encountered there and my only regret is that we didn't have more people in our party to enjoy it. We were also impressed with the thought that went into "what someone might need when traveling via VRBO," as a roll of duct tape in a kitchen drawer came in handy to craft an insulation solution for a freezing GoPro (forgot normal waterproof case at home), as well as elevate my wife's spirits when she realized she'd forgotten her nail polish remover at home as well. It turns out there was some under the master bath sink. I think this is the first unit where we had access to a garage at this complex, which was nice because it snowed the majority of our visit, alleviating the need to scrape the windows before a drive. Nevertheless, the property manager (Polina) was friendly and communicative leading up our rental and I would have no hesitation about recommending this to others, or to return again.

Perfect Stay

This was a great property close to Pineview Resevoir. We used the pool and hot tub to relax after being out and active. Very clean. Secured parking and gated access helped leave any worries about safety to rest. I would stay here again if available.

Perfect for Family Ski Trip

This property is about as close as you can get to Snowbasin. It was perfect for three couples with kids. The unit it big so everyone had their own space and two living rooms were great for the kids to watch a movie while the grownups made dinner. Hot tub is awesome, too.

Ski Week in Utah

There were 6 adults on this ski trip and we lovedPolinas Townhome. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped for all of our cooking needs and we make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.The hot tub was a welcome relief from skiing each night and she provided hot tub towels too. The property was ease to find snd enter and her information binder was super helpful to us for the area.The home was also very spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We used both fireplaces and great use of the entire home.Polina was very helpful when we struggled with the TV and the sound system. She was very easy to contact and very quick to reply. She communicated with us appropriately and we had a great stay.The location was perfect for the Utah Skiing areas and convenient to grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy and any needed amenities. It also was nice to have a garage for 1 car and to safely store our skis. We hope to return next year for another wonderful week at Polinas Home.Colleen and Scott K
