Dieses moderne, modernisierte Sunriver-Ferienhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern verfügt über zwei wunderschön eingerichtete King Master Suites, die jeweils über ein eigenes Bad, ein Queen-Schlafzimmer und ein Etagenbett verfügen. Der Schlafraum ist mit einem eigenen Flachbild-TV für Videospiele, VHS und DVD ausgestattet. Es gibt zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten für zwei im Wohnzimmer auf einem Versteck. Für die jüngeren Familienmitglieder ist Umpqua 3 mit einem Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und Baby Fahrradanhänger ausgestattet. Apropos Bikes, Umpqua 3 bietet eine komplette Flotte mit Rennrädern, Cruisern und Kinderfahrrädern, die alle bereit sind für die mehr als 33 Kilometer asphaltierten Radwege in Sunriver. Beautiful home needs new cleaning crew.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was beautiful, and perfect for our needs. It was almost as far as you can get from the Village, but that’s no big deal to us. It’s a close walk to the river with walking trails. The deck had a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. We took a wet paper towel to clean a spill on the kitchen floor and were amazed at how black the paper towel came up. Spot checking in other hard flooring areas we learned that this place needs a severe cleaning of the hard surfaces. Seems like an occasional Swiffer would do the trick. We realize his is not the home owner’s fault, but the issue should be addressed with the cleaning crew. Otherwise, loved the stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a large family reunion. It was clean and stocked with everything we could have wanted. A huge selection of bicycles for every age, very child and pet friendly and a cook’s delight! We will definitely stay here again!

We cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and serving a large meal. I would definitely rent this house again in the future.The only glitch was there were no written instructions for the hot tub. I reached out to Sunset Lodging. They replied quickly and sent someone over right away.

Great place, great layout, has everything you need traveling with a baby

This house was awesome for our group which included seniors, adults, and an infant. Single level house with a good layout. Stocked with everything you need if you're traveling with an infant. The bikes were in great shape with a trailer hitch for the kiddo. Great hot tub under the stars. Highly recommend!

Great one level for family with seniors

We chose this house because our elderly in-laws were joining us. Having a one level with two masters was SO great. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a grab bar to one of the showers. The house is really well supplied with tons of dishes, bikes, and linens. I wish it were a little closer to the village/SHARC, but it just means you get to ride your bike longer. We will definitely come back.

Just what we hoped for in a rental house,!

Umpqua 3 was just the right house for our multigenerational family visit. One story, plenty of room, a bbq that worked, hot tub, quiet cul d sac, ping pong table and lots of bikes. We would stay here again.

Great house.

Loved the house, it was clean when we arrived. Nice variety of bikes. Lots of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and a lot of extra bedding in cabinets. Lots of hot tub towels but would have liked a few more bath towels. The lights in the hot tub did not seem to work correctly, they seemed like a strobe light so we had to leave them off which made the area dark but over all hot tub great. One lamp in front master bedroom didn’t work. Back deck was great. I would definitely stay at this house again. We had a great time. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Umpqua 3 in Sunriver. We have stayed there several times in the past. as we really enjoy the quiet location, and the backyard deck for relaxing and meals. However, the one issue we experienced was the gas barbecue was unusable. The ignitor didn't work, and had to drive to store to buy a lighter, only to then find out only 1 of the 3 burners would light - which did not generate enough heat to barbecue meat or chicken. We had many family members over for a barbecue, and we had to change plans and menus at last minute, and then had to cancel future barbecue and dinner plans that week - very disappointing. Since you can get bigger, newer, and working gas barbecues for as little as $200 now at Home Depot or Lowes - that is relatively inexpensive compared to the nightly rate of the property. Other than that one issue, the property was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay there. We would also plan to stay there again - but would confirm first that there is a new working barbecue available.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the fridge wasn't cold, a toilet wouldn't flush, and there were ants on the hot tub. There was a book with info so we called the after hours number but no one answered. I left a message at 7:30PM but my call was not returned that night. The next day I got an email saying they would send someone out, and they did very quickly. We moved the food to the fridge in the garage and the person that came out got everything fixed so we were good to go. The next day we realized there were no spatulas or a can opener. As soon as we called they got some for us. There is information about bringing your pets in the welcome book, but we were told it wasn't a pet friendly home. The home is in a great location and has lots of bikes! I love the privacy of the cul de sac for kids. Also very close to the golf course and trails. The ping pong net would not stay up however so that probably needs to be fixed. Also, the water filter light in the fridge was on to change it and we brought that up, but that was never fixed. Also, there are carpenter ants around the deck so it probably needs to be sprayed. Loved that they have a lot of Sharc passes for your entire group and the house is all on one floor.

It is VERY quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is good, though you need to bring everything you need foodwise. It is well equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. This was a really well laid out house, and we would definitely come back here, even with a smaller group.

The layout of this home made it easy to have a nap time for the kiddos and still be able to chat in the main living area. Definitely somewhere we we try to come back to in our future stays! The pantry was well stocked, however I do wish it would have stated the coffee pot selection! Haha No complaints, we just weren't sure if we should expect a keurig or a regular pot and it turns out there are Both in this house! Pretty much any appliance or utensil I would have thought of to use was there so that was great! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Nice Family get away

Property was very nice, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. about 2 miles from Sunriver Marketplace center. Plenty of bikes for all sizes and ping pong table in garage. fully equipped kitchen. Really liked the deck with patio table and BBQ, but since it was rainy and chilly the gas fire place in the living room was where we tended to hang out.
