Der Hauptpool und das Oberdeck wurden komplett renoviert. Der Hauptpool und die Rita Bar bieten jetzt zusätzliche Lounge- und Sitzbereiche. Obwohl begrenzt, sind auch Speisen zum Mitnehmen erhältlich. Phase 2 wird voraussichtlich im Herbst dieses Jahres abgeschlossen sein und zwei weitere Pools umfassen. Bis dahin bleibt der Beach Club jedoch montags geschlossen, damit die Bauarbeiten sicher und ungehindert fortgesetzt werden können.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Watercolor at 28 RED CEDAR WAY. Loved the house and all the porches. We used the public beach about a mile from Watercolor. Camp pool was perfect location and has a lap lane for older swimmers. It was a wonderful week. Our experience with 360Blue was great. I really appreciate the attentiveness. All phone encounters with staff were welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Our family had a fabulous time! This house was perfect for what we were looking for...quiet family time but still close enough to beach/restaurants. 5 min bike ride to the beach and 2 blocks from Camp Watercolor. Coffee on the balcony every morning was the most relaxing way to start each day. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we’ll see you next year for my sister’s wedding! ❤️

We have a bit of a mixed review for our stay this summer. The house was just okay! We didn’t love that the kitchen and main entertainment area were on the 2nd floor. We also found the photos to be a bit deceiving. We thought that there was 1 big bunk room with 4 beds. It turned out we had 1 bunk room on the lower level and 1 bunk room upstairs. The rooms were nice, but the master (upstairs) needs to add curtains to both the lower and upper windows. The sun came beaming in the room at 7am. There was no chance of sleeping in on the trip in that room. The house just didn’t meet our expectations. I will say that the 360 blue people were great and very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be using them next year.

We rented this home 3 years ago and all was well. Our stay this time was horrible and we will never rent this property again. The stove too 40 minutes to cook a 12 minute pizza. The fridge was broken did not cool well. The AC vents leaked water the whole time. The lighting was poor and there we insufficient utensils to cook with and there was no toaster (though one was brought over when we complained). The home was not clean upon our arrival, and after the expedited clean, we still found the home to be dirty and had to strip the sheets to wash them and clean the floors too before we could begin our stay. The condition of the home pretty much ruined our family vacation. I would like to request a partial refund due to the multiple issues with the home.

This house was perfect for our trip! We shared the house with another young family. The layout was great... the upstairs living area and kitchen, along with the huge wrap around screened in porch was perfect for our young kids (i.e. didn’t have to worry about them escaping!). We utilized a few of the Watercolor pools... favorite was the one on the beach. Love Watercolor... loved the house and had a great experience with 360 Blue.

We had our elderly mother and father with us on our annual trip to Watercolor this year. This house was beautiful and the expansive porch provided a great space for dad to rest and read his book. The inviting kitchen was our night time game area. The outside BBQ and fireplace was perfect for the nights we ate in. Easy access to the frog pool and Camp Watercolor allowed the girls to jump on the bikes and go! Thank you for letting us in your home, another memory in the books!

November 2016 Stay

This was our first family trip to WaterColor and our first time going to the beach in November. Temperatures of mid-70's with sunny days and cooler nights to enjoy the outdoor fireplace made it possible to do lots of outdoor activities. Five of us enjoyed WaterColor's 5K race on Thanksgiving day. The large outdoor porches were enjoyed by all for leisure reading, games and meals.

We visit every October with family. Although this is a lovely home and we enjoyed the living space especially, we had no hot water downstairs for the whole week even after two maintenance visits. Imagine a house full of people to shower after the beach in only the master bath. Also, the wi fi did not work for four days and it required two maintenance visits as well. This did interfere with our stay as we had some working people here with no access to check e mail at times. We love watercolor and had a blast doing all the fun things that we like to do. But I would not rent this property again.

This is a beautiful house with high quality finishes. We loved the family room and kitchen area. Very large and relaxing for the two families. The porch areas are abundant and beautiful. Loved the screened porch upstairs. Perfect for meals or relaxing with my morning coffee. Two masters were great with King beds. All bathrooms are spacious and nice quality. The bunk room is small but nice quality beds. Our kids liked having their own individual lights on their beds. But, it is really only good for sleeping. The kids used other rooms for storing clothes and dressing. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. Top of the line equipment. Make note that the living areas and kitchen are upstairs along with the main master bedroom. All other rooms are downstairs. This might be important if there is anyone that has trouble going up and down stairs. There is a private shower outside that is very handy for rinsing off along with a large storage closet for storing beach items. And, there is a large cover

Happy Vacationer

I loved this charming home, which provided plenty of comfort for a hearty group of 10 adults! My husband and I slept fabulously in the queen bed and I couldn't help but love that our room had french doors to the bottom floor porch. I'd love to bring our kiddos back, as this would be a great, convenient location for family bike rides to local food joints, the beach etc. Oh, and the ability to stream music via speakers throughout the whole pad just added to our fun. Can't wait to go back. :)

this house is GREAT!

we've never stayed in watercolor before - but always wanted to. enjoyed this gorgeous house with 4 other couples. it was phenomenal! super clean, decorated beautifully, very spacious, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views off the screened porch or wrap around front porch, easy location ... it really was perfect! we enjoyed the easy bike ride to seaside or to the beach each day. we even rode bikes to dinner one night. it was very well stocked with linens and the kitchen was all high end appliances. should we ever choose to come back to watercolor (and i hope that we do), we'll definitely book this house again! **and yes, the kitchen and living area is on the top floor, but that didn't bother us one bit - in fact, it added to the charm of the house!

Amazing Getaway!

Just returned from 4 nights here celebrating my husband's 40th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect...great location, great space, beautifully decorated, and the porches were fabulous. Would absolutely stay here again!

December 2015 Stay

28 Red Cedar had many great qualities. The kitchen and living areas are large and we have never experienced a rental property with a better equipped kitchen. The screened in porch off the kitchen/den is quite large and a great place for little ones to play in inclement weather There are three bedrooms for the adults and four bunks for the younger set. The covered parking and slots for four cars is a Watercolor rarity. With all of that said, I must warn families with toddlers that the kitchen/living area is on the second floor. The stair rails are horizontal rather than vertical. We were aware of this and brought two four foot walk through gates for the top and bottom of the stairs. Honestly, the owners should install permanent gates if they want to rent to families with young children 360 Blue is a company anxious to help its renters. They are quick to respond to issues and very client friendly. This is our fourth rental with them and we will use them again.
