Everything was great. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars was because the AC was a little on the warm side. Not supposed to put it below 72 and have to turn it off when not in the condo. The beds also could be more firm, but that's probably a preference. I would stay here again! Loved the resort atmosphere.

Great location and view

Great views with the perfect location to access all areas of Maui. Great outdoor area for relaxing. Close to restaurants, parks as well as groceries and supplies.

Very nice

This was one of the best places I've stayed. Very clean, very relaxing and the balcony was just amazing! Close to the beach, where we saw turtles, and it was very quiet. We had all the amenities we needed, I would definitely come back.

Good location. Nice partial ocean view. Property has been remodeled but like 15 years ago. Needs new kitchenware and bedding. Overall a good place though.

great location, close to everything

clean, nice view from deck. Wish it would have had central air, unit in bedroom woke us up occasionally with turning on and off but it was something we got used to. Also not used to doing bedding linen prior to leaving but still ok.

Nice accommodations

This is a clean, pleasant place with everything we needed. The kitchen was lovely… and two bathrooms, oh my! Even though our balcony was billed as only a partial ocean view, it still was very good. One night we made hamburgers on the outside barbecue, and it worked very well. Only small complaint might be that we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, and cell service was inconsistent. We would stay here again.

Fall Break Visit

The location was fantastic. The pool, amenities, etc were great. We stayed in 220B. We started out in a one bedroom and had an additional person decide to come and had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. Loved the location of this unit. We were closer to the beach and pool. Had fun playing shuffle board and hanging at beach or pool. Being we were in a budget, the actual unit was not one of your nicer units. It definitely was from the 90s decor etc, but it served our purposes and the beds were super comfortable.

Each unit has been individually owned and managed by Kumulani. The variety, age and condition of furniture, linens, and housewares varies, depending on the owner. All in all, my annual monthly stays have been great. And the sunsets are storybook beautiful.

Very nice roomy condo for 4 adults.

We were all pleasantly surprised at the immaculate upkeep of the property grounds. The putting green, pool and bocce sets provided was a ton of fun for my competitive family. The only negative I might say is that the master-bed in the condo was a double. I feel it has the space to put a Queen in there. Also, the air conditioning in living area doesn't quite cool the room to expectations. Overall, the condo met all of our needs and we would stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful and serene. It is a comfortable place to sleep. I loved the rocking swivel chair. Everything worked. Very clean. It was close to a lot of things. Really with in walking distance of a swap meet place, food truck park, stores fast food if you wanted even the post office. I am looking forward to coming back.

Mixed feelings about the property

We really enjoyed the location in Kihei, central to so much. The grounds outside are beautiful and expansive. Being in Bldg B is a plus because it is Northwest facing, so doesn't get blasted by sun like Bldg A does. The unit also had a nice ocean view.The part we struggled with was the condition of the property. It looks and smells old and neglected. Some of that can be overlooked because we are there to enjoy the island. But the beds are both very soft and not supportive. The queen bed is also annoyingly bouncy and squeaky. Both beds are way past their lifespan and need to be replaced. The A/C unit in the main living space was short-cycling, so it wasn't of much benefit. The entire unit really needs a deep cleaning. I provided a huge list of maintenance and cleaning suggestions to the management company, so hoping they will act on them soon.
