Nice little flat in a nice neighbourhood

The apartment is clean and in a great neighbourhood in San Antonio’s Southtown / King William district. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available to reach by foot (for example the Guenther house with amazing breakfast just a 5 min walk away). Check in was super easy and if there were any questions we could text the owners and get a super fast reply. The kitchen in the apartment has all supplies needed for a 2-week stay and there are extra blankets and a washer / dryer room in the building. Bathroom was clean and nice, only the water pressure was a little low. Generally we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

This little place is set up perfectly for a couple of people to really enjoy all that SA has to offer. Very secure. Great location! A lot of nice touches throughout. WiFi worked flawlessly, the couch was very comfy. The only reasons I can't give it 5 stars are really personal preference things. In no particular order, the pillows on the bed and in the closet were huge and what I would call over-stuffed and not comfortable. There were only two spoons in the drawer and generally were pretty large tablespoons. The garbage disposal would not turn on, I couldn't find the reset switch on the disposal and it was not plugged into a GFI so not sure why it didn't work. We didn't need it thankfully. The water pressure was very weak in the shower but not in the bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Not sure why? Maybe an over aggressive low-flow washer in the way on the shower head or the on-demand hw heater can't keep up with the need to allow for more flow in the shower? It was not awful to be clear. Lastly there was no tea kettle for boiling water in, (plenty of options on the coffee front) the pan I could find was too large and had a broken lid handle. The owners were very responsive, great communication and were going to take care of what they could ASAP so I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I wish we could have seen the place and neighborhood in a more springtime like state. The patio looked like a great amenity too. We would love to come again.

The area homes are stunning! Felt very safe walking to and from the Riverwalk/Alamo areas. Driving in and around area is easy. The apt is wonderful! Just as advertised. The hosts answered any questions immediate. We would definitely stay here again if we returned!

We had a great stay in Southtown. The apartment is in an excellent location and the space is cool, quiet, and clean -- a perfect spot to unwind after exploring all that San Antonio has to offer. Moreover, the check-in process was seamless thanks to excellent communication from the hosts. Highly recommend!

I thought it was going to be hard to find parking in this area, so close to the Riverwalk, but parking was easily available to find and very close to the apartment!Probably just myself and not understanding the directions clearly at first after a long late drive, but I found the door combinations were JUST ever so slightly confusing at first when I arrived at the building. But when I read through the directions slowly, I understood them and was able to get in without an issue. The location was very nice and clean. If I was TRYING to find SOMETHING to say bad about the location, it would be the hot water/cold water temperature in the shower was the only thing that I could fault it for. It was a little hard to find a perfect temperature for the shower that wasn't a little too warm for our liking.....and even that's not really a complaint it's just the only thing I can come up with to fault the location for. Even with that being said, I would stay here again!

I actually didn’t end up staying here because VRBO booked my stay when the property wasn’t actually active. When I arrived there were other renters there already. The owner responded immediately and put us up in a local hotel when she didn’t have to. I would try to rent from this owner again if given the opportunity due to her extremely good customer service.

Great place to stay, convenient to downtown life

Hosts were responsive and helpful in every question we had. Parking was not as big of an issue as we were expecting, but it did get packed on weekend nights. Very lovely studio apartment and has everything you need to be settled in.
