What a great place ! I’d recommend it to anyone we had a great time. The only negative is that we had to go to a separate office to pickup the entry information which was inconvenient as we arrived after the door was locked but they answered the phone and took care of us right away . In the future it could be something that is sent electronically in advance.

Our stay here was wonderful! Everything was exactly as described, clean and spacious, the kids rooms were amazing and the pool and game room were much enjoyed!

This home was well maintained, spacious, and beautiful. We rented it for our family for my dad's 85th birthday celebration. The rooms were decorated beautifully. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to accommodate a large family. We paid the extra to heat the pool and spa, and it was nice to be able to use both. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!

All around great stay! Outdoor area is perfect for large family and Kitchen is great for staying in and eating. Clean and Modern!

Great Home

The house was as advertised in the pictures and the management company did a great job of handling some of the small issues, we had by replacing the BBQ inserts and adjusting the pool temp. Would recommend and will go back if we have an opportunity to get back to the area with the family.

First family Disney trip

After scouring all of the available listings for large houses near Disney world, I came across this house and it ended up being the perfect fit for my family. There is a ground floor bedroom for my elderly father who has issues with stairs, the pool and arcade was a hit for both kids and adults, and the bar/billiards lounge was a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks. As a family of chefs, the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq was much appreciated and heavily utilized. I think almost everyone enjoyed the house more than they did the actual theme parks! Would definitely book again!

A dream vaca

Wow! Everything was perfect. The house is phenomenal. The Reunion Resort is gorgeous. The resort pool is awesome, we could have hung out just there and been perfectly content. There is a cool water slide for kids 42” and taller. There is the biggest lazy river I’ve ever been in that we spent hours floating in. The kids splash pad is really cool too also with two water slides!The pool at the house probably didn’t need to be heated as it was 90 degrees every day but it was really nice to have.The house and bedrooms were really nice and spacious. The two thermoses kids bed rooms were a hit. We watched about 4 hours of hockey on the big projector TV every night. The outdoor grill and patio was awesome to have.We were 15 min drive from the two parks we went to which was just rightsThe check in process was so easy and MagicalVacations did a great job at responding to all of my inquiries (I was high maintenance too)We will be booking this house again for next years trip down to the parks. It was perfection and I’m hard to please!

Great Disney Vacation

This house was perfect! We traveled with 6 kids and they loved the game room and the pool. Every game worked great! We had one issue with the pool and the rental company sent someone over within an hour to have it fixed. The suites were huge and there was a washer and dryer on each floor. There is an alarm to alert people when someone goes out to the pool. Everyone quickly learned to turn it off and we felt it helped to keep the younger children safe. The common rooms of the house were large enough for our group of 12. There's a game room on the 2nd floor that the adults called the casino and played poker in there a couple of evenings. The house was about a 20 minute drive from all of the Disney parks and other things we wanted to do. We never had time to do any of the Reunion resort activities.

Beautiful Home But......

The property itself was beautiful however, there were a few things that could have made the stay a lot more comfortable. When we first walked inside of the house, we were greeted with a swarm of gnats that was coming from the kitchen trash that had been left for days thus there were gnats all over the house. This was very irritating because we had to cover our food to keep from gnats attacking us and getting in our food. Pre hurricane, the pool had debris in it and the hot tub had some white substance growing out from the tile which made us not use it (hot tub) for the entire stay because, it wasn't clean. The floor was filthy with dirt marks all over it (tile in the kitchen and bathrooms) as if no one had mopped the floors since the first guest used the property. The walls could have used some touchup paint to enhance the beauty of the property. Other than those few items the property was nice and has a lot of potential. The owners may want to reevaluate their cleaning service because sometimes it's the little things that do matter and people will choose another option if they've had a bad experience.
