Great place!

My family with 2 young kids had a great experience staying here. The staff were always so great to help. KBM resort staff were so quick to answer any questions I had. The place was clean and put together when we arrived. I don’t have any complaints staying here for a week. I would recommend for anyone!

Terrific Kaanapali Location!

We have stayed at this resort before, so we knew what to expect. Very smooth check in process and terrific communication throughout our stay. We appreciated having a full set of Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler for our use at the beach. The suite was clean and comfortable, even the roll away bed that we added for our fifth adult. We had a nice view from the balcony and because we were there during whale season, we were able to watch a number of momma and babies frolick just off the shore. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in Maui.

Be booking with KBM again

Our experience with KBM was fabulous. The condo was as it was listed and has a beautiful view from the balcony! KBM?s check in process was quick and easy and they reached out regularly on our trip to see if we needed anything! We have booked with private owners before but moving forward we will definitely be booking with KBM again!

We loved the unit and having all the beach amenities provided, which saves on rentals. The detergents for dishwasher and clothes washer were well stocked. The kitchen was pretty well stocked as well. Location is great, less crowded than other areas. We will definitely return!

This was the best vacation!

This was the best vacation! It was our first time and we will be back! The experience from booking, confirmation, arrival, check in during or vacation, and departure were better than my expectations! Even my husband was very pleased with how safe and relaxing this location is! The location and condition of the condo, plus the professional property management company allowed our family to relax and truly have the best time possible on our adventure vacation. Our family is looking forward to booking a second trip to Maui, and we will use KBM Hawaii again, and we will tell everyone we know about our positive experience.

April 15-25th

Was a great stay, the view from this unit is phenomenal, looks right out over the pool and can see the ocean just as the pictures show. The rental is through KBM rentals, my only complaint was that there was no house keeping for the duration of our stay without and extra charge which was not clear before booking. Not a big deal just would have been nice to know to manage expectations. Either way we will definitely be staying at this resort again.

Maui Thaw

As Alaskans it is important to escape the cold for a couple of weeks in the winter and this resort was our perfect getaway. We loved the convenience to the walking path and beach, and the multiple pools. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Birthday Bliss

My children and I had the most wonderful stay! The room was deluxe and the view from the condo was stunning. The property was resort living all the way. We loved the pools , beach, grassy areas , Dukes restaurant (the virgin tropical drinks for the kids has them smiling poolside for sure!), and the food truck lot within walking distance met everyone’s different taste bud needs each night. I would give this vacation rental a 100 star rating ! Me and my 3 will be back for sure! Thank you thank you thank you!!! The unit itself was clean

We absolutely loved our experience both working with KBM and staying at Honua Kai. KBM was very professional in all communications. Honua Kai is a beautiful property, we loved the room we chose (HKK 203) - it was an inner courtyard which we weren't sure if we would like but we loved it. The view was better than expected. The unit itself was clean and wonderful. We had an unexpected situation happen that we had to call KBM about and they were immediately on top of it, I'm not sure this would have happened with an individual owner (such as VRBO). Our daughter's friend had gotten sick and when I called KBM, they called housekeeping and sent someone up to clean the carpet and change the bedding immediately. It was such a relief to have this handled for us in such a prompt and professional manner. Right then and there I decided I would definitely go through KBM again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we can't wait to come back!

Valet people were outstanding - prompt and friendly. They helped with luggage and groceries to the room. Nearby restaurant, Duke's was convenient. Food was good. Spacious room, nice view from the balcony, well-equipped gym, good snorkeling. Relatively close to Lahaina. Everything was in working order (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc.) Clean and well kept. Large patio/balcony - easy to have dinner/cocktails in the evening while watching the sunset.
