Relaxing

We enjoyed the beach only a few steps from the condominium. The condominium was new, clean, and loved using the showers. Very roomy and accommodating.

Perfect beach & sunset location

Wonderful place Fan in back bedroom and vacuum did not work and needs lights above kitchen sink. Beyond that was a great sunset and beach play space Comfy king bed!!!

Beach vibes

It was a great little beach condo. One comment I will make is there was no coffee and the showers must have a water regulator because the pressure was very low. Besides that though it was just perfect for us and our Christmas get away. We love spending Christmas at the beach thank you for a wonderful stay at the oregon coast

Quiet and comfortable.

It had everything we needed and a good view of the ocean, short walk to the beach. Beds and futon were both comfortable and things were organized and clean. We had some trouble trying to get the temperature cooler - could use a few directions about operation those remotes. We had a very restful time and stayed in most of the time because the accommodation was so nice and our goal was to relax!

Great place for a small family

Fantastic view of the water. Quick access to beach. Decent indoor pool. Clean condo with small kitchen area. There's really nothing to complain about. Only thing I could comment on is the extremely dull knives. Dangerously dull knives. And we never could get the ceiling fan in the living room to turn on. Would totally stay here again.

Nice condo

The home was very clean and well stocked with linens. It was across the street from the beach with easy access. There were six remotes in the living room, but with no explanation as to what they all did, so it would be nice to have remote instructions. We also couldn’t figure out on how to light or work the fireplace, but they immediately sent a maintenance man and it was fixed! Even though the home had only one bedroom, the futon in the living room allowed us to have an additional person. There are two full baths, which we appreciated. We would stay there again!

The property was under heavy construction with a high level of noise and disruption. We received first notice of construction by Meredith Lodging two days prior to our stay. We were given options to receive full refund or three affected nights at half off. We chose three nights at half since we were already in transit to the property. Our stay was affected 6 days. The construction will continue until January, 26 per property office attendant. Aside from the construction, our unit was well equipped, generally clean and direct ocean view. No laundry machines in our unit as advertised but a facility is located on the property. Hot tub was never in order in our 10 day stay but swimming pool was operating. We had one maintenance request and it was promptly tended to. Over all, we made the most of our time there but would recommend visiting after the construction is complete.

Super clean and great location!

Contactless check in was easy and the location of the property was perfect. Even with rainy weather we had a great view. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed to cook our own meals; and there were enough linens, extra blankets and towels. We spent some time down at the pool and were pleasantly surprised at how clean the property was. Very well-maintained! Very minor, and didn’t impact our stay much… I had trouble with TV remotes being dead, but property manager remedied with batteries. TV channels were very limited in the bedroom and the living room we couldn’t change channels at all. Sad that without a smart TV I was unable to connect to my streaming accounts. Overall our stay was great and would recommend this unit to family and friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seascape Suite is in a perfect location the walk to the Beach is just across the street that is not busy and down the stairs. Every morning we would walk the Beach and find a lot of treasures. The balcony is great foe watching the waves and Whales. Everyday we would see one or two. Look for the water blow. We enjoyed our stay. The carpet has many stains and very dirty we emailed the company and told them about no hot water and how dirty the carpet. A nice lady called said they would send out a work man about the water we never saw him the water takes along time to get hot. And she was sorry about the carpet. We did enjoy our stay.

Great location

And I was with an a quick walk to the beach. Nice central location in Lincoln city. Well stocked condo with plenty of linens and necessities. Very easy to hear neighbors to include conversations. Was woken multiple times one night from the dog next-door barking. Pool hours are a bit ridiculous. Would stay there again.

Great location

Great location, cute condo, it had everything I needed, a few things could have been better, like the white fan in the bedroom that was caked with layers of visable dust, and the fireplace was not working although they did call me 24 hours in advance to tell me that, which surprised me because I saw other posts that also said it was not working, I was hopeful that during my stay that it would have been fixed prior to my stay since others before me said same thing. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

There was lots of hair on the bathroom floor in main bathroom. Looked like it hasn’t been mopped. Yuck. Also the futon had crumbs and caked on food. Stools were very wobbly and seemed unsafe.

Mixed Opinions On Our Stay

When first entering the condo it’s very charming and nice looking. It was pretty warm in there when we first arrived and we soon found out did not have AC (not listed as a feature, so this was my bad for not noticing) but thankfully box fans were provided and kept us cool during our visit. It was a slightly frustrating trip as we could not get the living room fan to work despite all our best efforts, and the fan in the bedroom barely rotated. The TV in the living room was really great quality despite the remotes taking a little bit to figure out. Our first night there the internet went out but came back within an hour. The next day the internet went out in the morning but we had plans for the day so we left and figured it would be back up on our return. When we returned later that afternoon it was still out and I contacted Meredith Lodging, who said they would send someone out to look at it. By the time we checked out the next day still no one had arrived to fix it, so we were without internet for a decent chunk of our stay which was frustrating as the cell signal there wasn’t great. The bed in the bedroom was a good size but once we peeled the bedding back found many hairs of various sizes on the sheets. It was hard to tell if it was hair left behind by a cleaning person or someone who had slept in the bed. We ended up grabbing a different sheet and blanket to use for our stay as we were wary about using the bedding. Thankfully we brought our own pillows. The futon in the living room also had ramen noodles or something similar in the folds. Overall the condo was cute, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. The chair in the living room has a lot of stains on it. The condo has a great kitchen and I loved that they had a fridge with an ice maker in it. I appreciated the quick response time from Meredith Lodging in regard to issues we had despite no one ever showing up to fix the internet. I wouldn’t personally stay there again unfortunately.

Light and Beachy

My husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. The condo was very comfortable and the property manager responded immediately when we had a WiFi issue. The view was also scenic. We only used the kitchen for our simple breakfasts. The lay out was cozy and it may be challenging if one was cooking a lot. This condo our needs quilt well.

It would have 5 stars all around, except for a couple of things. Checking in...no one was in the office. The instructions given were vaugh about a lock box to get the keys. It would have been great to be told, "No one will be in the office for check-in. Please go directly to the room number. There you will find a lockbox. Enter the code we have provided you and you will get the keys." The pool was great. But only open on M, W, and F from 10am to 5pm. Terrible for your guests. Lastly, the wifi and TV remotes. Please leave detailed instructions for these items. A picture of the remote with arrows pointing to the correct buttons would be very helpful. The wifi needed to be restarted and the correct password typed in. It was an hour of confusion and frustration for me. Afterwards, I could finally relax and enjoy the room and the view. Covid...hard to find places to eat. Cleanliness...the room was dusty, blinds and upper cupboards. Repair needs...the back bathroom really needed paint, the towel hook was falling off and a picture frame was barely holding on to the wall. Quaint room, happy to have a futon for my 2 girls. Beautiful view. Nicely decorated. I would visit again.

This was a great location. Had everything we needed. Clean and comfy. Easy parking too.

Beautiful views and comfy condo

We loved our stay. Super close to the beach and views for days. The beach access is super close and very accessible. The condo was comfy and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again.

Level 3 Evacuation due to forest fire/No electricity

We would of had a great time at this property, had the forest fire not been burning down the woods. We never had any electricity our entire stay. Couldn't cook, watch tv, etc due to the forest fire. I was told we are getting a partial refund but I am still waiting for it to cross. I hope Lincoln City gets better!
