Our family of 13, with the 5BR 5.5 baths were perfect to accommodate our large family comfortably. The game room with the pool & card table were a hit with the whole family. 4 BR were on the middle level with 2 BR with 2 queen beds in each, great for families. The primary bedroom & bath was nice on the top level, although I found the bed a bit firm. The home, sheets & bedding were very clean. The kitchen was wonderful for a busy Thanksgiving dinner. All of us could sit together at the huge table. The seating is limited with 1 couch and 2 comfy chairs but the family time felt warm and inviting. The view of the ocean was really out of one side window in the living room as the bushes off the deck hide the homes below but also the view. The walk to the nearby beach was easy with smaller kids. There were some minor frustrating issues, as the code to enter the home wasn't working (as the number "7" only worked if held down longer til it beeped.) I had to call, leave messages & the management did contact me with every concern. The bedroom ceiling lights need to be checked. Bring personal hand, bath soaps, dishwashing & laundry soap. The samples were inadequate. A major issue was the dryer drum was off-kilter & put black marks on the towels we washed which was stressful. Hopefully, they fix the dryer as wet weather & a large group need to wash/dry clothes & towels. Basic maintenance needs checking each visit. We loved the home, hot tub & the atmosphere of a quality family home.
